Side of the M1, restaurant with the usual generic food you'd expect, don't expect too much from it. Has beer so a bonus for a pint. Parking is good.

Nothing really, didn't expect too much in the first place, for me it was fine, don't expect a usual Ramada style hotel, it's a motel on the M1, there for a purpose and not a romantic weekend retreat. The rooms over the back, the windows should be replaced with super sound proofing ones, as the trains shooting by are loud and that tends to defeat the purpose of trying to get a good night's sleep. I've stayed here a few times and it does get busy with contractors. Average to ok for me. I don't expect too much.

Very approachable and value for money The staff was very friendly and helpful The bar is 24 hrs. Happy days Nice and clean for just overnight stay

The information for nearest tube/ train is incorrect. There is a barrier which is always closed and hotel guest cannot use it. So if you want to use the tube/ train it will cost about £30 for UBER. This is incorrect information and the hotel should update on the website. We also paid £5 for parking so it is not free. Uber Delivery is a nightmare as there is a barrier which does not allow the drivers to come and deliver. I had to go about a 500m to go collect food.

The hotel was clean, after reading many bad reviews ect it was to a good standard of cleanliness, for the price you pay £50 a night you can't complain. Yes it's no Hilton but again the price is cheap and cheerful. The location is good as it's just off the motorway and you have service stations opposite you with a good choice of food, the staff where all friendly and helpful, they serve lovely food and have a bar, the gym is a good standard, I would recommend.

My window lock was broke so I could open it and close it with difficulty. But again nothing major if your mum wanting perfect then go and book someone 3x the price.

Convenient location to get to Tottenham Stadium. Rooms were clean with modern decor. Very reasonably priced. All you can eat breakfast at £10.99 was great value.

Aircon wasnt working in the hotel and the windows only opened an inch which had the aircon been working wouldn't have been an issue but the hotel did provide a large fan which helped. I have seen a lot of people complaining about this but it wasn't that bad considering the heatwave.

Room, bed friendly nature of lady on reception don't know her name but she was Greek very helpful

Bar person poured a flat lager and gave it to my husband saying its a bit flat anyway my husband said he could not drink it and had cider. I asked for Rosie wine and he could not find it so we needed to point it out and then he overcharged me but I did not realise immediately so lost out, he really needs some training

The Hotel was a transit hotel closer to the highway. If you go by car it is very convenient. If you would like to go by public transport you can use the number 113 BUS in which is direct to London downtown to Marble Arch. It is not too fast but the price per quality is good. Near the hotel are Burger King, Subway, Starbucks, and a little shops which is good if you are hungry. The bed was so good in the room. I received an extra pillow! The employees were so helpful and kind.

There was no socket by the bed. It's not the hotel's fault, but the road to the bus stop is not the most confidence-inspiring.

We stayed here for 5-6 days waiting for our flat to be ready. It was just what we needed, very clean, friendly staff and very comfortable. The most important thing for us was that it was dog friendly and we could stay there with our dog. Their restaurant is great too offering large portions with very good prices!!

They didn't offer us Free Parking even tho they advertise that they do have Free parking!

My fifth visit in the last 11 years. It’s well located from the M1 and only a £20 Uber away from Wembley so I use it for that purpose. Reasonably priced and walking distance to a decent sized Services

Parking charge since I last visited. Also the gentleman on reception spoke very poor English which isn’t ideal when you have questions. There were a few hairs on my bedding too but all in all room was clean and spacious

Amazing location for Wembley stadium, and in and out of central London easily. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

The only issue is when you search for the hotel on Apple Maps you are directed to a delivery entrance which you cannot use, and are then diverted quite far to get to the actual entrance. Likewise when searching for directions from the hotel they send you out through the delivery entrance. Not the hotels fault at all but maybe something they are able to address?
