I like the hotel!. Excellent breakfast, quiet, services in general very good. The professional and super friendly attention of Hildegard Strauss! I will return to this hotel as soon as I return to Holland

Some employees show little patience for people who do not speak Dutch or fluently English. Their annoyance is noticeable and they are not very attentive, for example the dark-skinned boy at the reception and also a Ukrainian girl (the oldest) who is rude when giving instructions. Take care of those details. Because the Hyatt brand is empathetic.

Room and breakfast were excellent. Lunch or dinner menu was limited and no preferences! There should be drinking water bottles as though tap water is said to be drinking but it has link to toilet water separates with a valve only. bacteria’s can easily move to water taps advised to take water to drinking. I think this should be advised whatever unless there is dedicated drinking water tapes totally isolated from toilet water.

I like the location, car parking and support, computer services, staff, rooms, bed.

While acceptable and very good, the return shuttle charge to the airport seemed a little "out of place" for Hyatt.

Staff service was nice. Airport shuttle was useful and punctual. The bed was very comfy. They offer simple breakfast package for takeaway if earlier than breakfast starts. Public transport was 9 minutes walk

Location was not very easy for people without cars. No coffee machine in the room.

Our stay at Hyatt was super. The most outstanding experience for us throughout our stay was the politeness and friendliness of all staff. You could ask anything without getting the feeling that you are bothering them. Also noticed lots of good communication between them. A standard I am yet to see in some of the hotels here in Belgium. Please keep up the good work with your fantastic team. I would also like to say a special thanks to Mara for her hard work, her readiness to help all at all times while still busy doing her daily task. Great job Mara. Hope to see you on my next visit to Hyatt. By the way, I never came in close contact with Mara during my 3 days stay at Hyatt. All the compliments on Mara above are based on observations from nearby, while Mara keep being Mara.. Thanks Hyatt for having us.

We had a daily variety of breakfast choices. But refills where not consistent especially like 45mins to the end of breakfast which is like too early in my own opinion.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The services were excellent, and the reception and kitchen staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed that made for a great night’s sleep. We requested a room with a bath and the staff happily accommodated us—my son loved it! To top it off, it was his birthday, and the staff surprised him at breakfast with delicious brownies a candle, which made the day extra special. The food prices at the hotel were very reasonable, and having a free shuttle bus to the airport was a significant advantage. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

The hotel was clean and looked great, businesslike but very pleasant and professionally done. We enjoyed the spacious room, great shower and grand view from the 9th floor. Bonus points for the staff, who were just exemplary and very sympathetic. Also great: the proximity of a bus stop that takes you the center of Amsterdam very quickly.

Breakfast was not bad, but offered a relatively small choice of items when compared to similar hotels. Also, none of us enjoyed the taste of the eggs. Also, 8.50 euros per person to use the shuttle back to the airport is steeper that other hotels. Minor concerns. I would visit here again.

Every encounter we had with the Hyatt Place staff was an absolute pleasure, the hotel was beautiful and so easy to navigate to Amsterdam city center without having to fight the traffic of staying in the center. The manager went above and beyond with kindness spoiling us with a late night snack from the bar when we arrived back late from a day of site seeing. Bringing my sister and niece to Amsterdam from the US was a huge adventure for us all and Hyatt Place made the experience just perfect, we are so grateful and will absolutely be back and will suggest to our friends in Germany for their trips as-well, thank you all!

Fantastic value, good location. The pickup from the airport was great, the breakfast was amazing, staff excellent and helpful. The room was quiet once the windows were closed, the air conditioning was effective. Bed was comfortable.

Getting away from the hotel was a little complicated, and needs planning and some research to find the best option. The shuttle charges 8.50 euro p.p. to bring you back to the airport. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk or so and will bring you to Schiphol or onward into Amsterdam. Hoofddorp railway station is 20 minute walk through an office park.

The spread was very good and diverse and tasty as far as the breakfast was concerned. Regarding location, due to availability of shuttle with good frequency connecting schipol airport in very short time, the location may also be considered good. All reception staff were good and helpful. But particular mention should be made about Ms Francesca who checked in us on the first day. Throughout our stay she showed exceptional client relationship and hospitality skills with commanding decision making ability.
