We really enjoyed our two nights here. The location was the reason we chose the hotel - it is next to the station for the train to the airport and this station is also served by the sky train. Hotel is on a quiet side street - no street noise at all. Staff incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, including two cooked savoury Thai dishes, plus eggs cooked any style you like, including pancakes and waffles, plus fresh fruit and other items. Taxi to Grand Palace is ~25 minutes and $5 USD. A great place to stay fit our first time in Bangkok.

The hotel was perfect. Arrived at midnight after a very long 3 flights and it was so easy to get to from the airport. The service was fantastic from the porters to to reception, cleaners and breakfast staff. You cannot fault the place. Everything is amazing. Breakfast was just wonderful, really tasty. The receptionist on our last morning was helpful in her advice of how to get to the train station as there was a demonstration in the city. She was so great.

A small but very nice hotel right beside the Phaya Thai BTS & air train link.We found nice clean restaurants over the other side of main road after crossing on the train stairs.This hotel had a beautiful swimming pool area with good plentiful pool towels.The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for hot & cold food, lots of fruit.Very quiet in the rooms,decor was excellent.Staff very helpful.We had to leave early for our flight & when we asked they gave us a very nice breakfast bag to take with us.We would return without hesitation.

The breakfast was so-so but the curry they had was amazing. The green curry was the BEST I ever had. I was sad to hear they changed the menu the next day for pork and pumpkin curry. But don’t worry, that curry was even better !!! Top marks to the chef. Rooms are really spacious And the beds are sooooo comfy. Air con is perfect. Staff are fiendly. Perfect location for airport transit

Too many children here. I guess because they have many twin rooms with 2 adults and 2 kids - which just means too many noisy children at breakfast and running around the hotel. I choose NOT to stay here again based on that.

Room was very well equipped and spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom had a good shower and cleanliness was excellent across the board. Staff were very friendly and helpful for doing things such as booking taxis and transfers. Breakfast had a good amount of variety with great quality and some items changed daily to add a bit of variation. Location was perfect, a short walk down a side alley gets you to the stairs of the Praya Thai airport rail link and the BTS station which takes you anywhere in Bangkok.

No plug in bathroom sink although I understand why some hotels have to remove them.

The staff is amazing! So nice and attentive, welcoming and always smiling. The location is perfect. Near the sky train and link to the airport (literally 3 min walk). There are multiple 7 eleven nearby and restaurants. The hotel is on a quiet road, therefore it is very relaxing. The pool is nice (normal size), and the kids' pool is spacious. Unfortunately, it isn't hit by the sun, just a little bit, but that wasn't a major problem for us. Beds are very comfortable. Lighting in the room is excellent. Breakfast is nice with a good choice. There is also lunch, which is served at the hotel, but the menu is very limited. They keep your luggage before taking the link to the airport. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future

Bathroom lights need to be improved. That was the only thing!

Bangkok is a tricky place to stay if you want to be in Pratunam next to several of the key sites. With this hotel you are out of downtown so it is easier to get to. 10 minutes’ walk to famous Platinum Mall or Big C. This was our second stay at Anajak for three nights. The hotel feels just as comfortable as the first time. It’s just meters away from the Phaya Thai station. The small alley off the main road leads to the carpark and entrance which is why it is very safe, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the famous Bangkok. The reception staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Our rooms #5108 and #5109 are on the 5th floor where both architecture and interior design are beautiful and incredibly clean. One cannot go up with the elevator from the 2nd floor onwards without the key card. Wi-Fi signal is very good but still need to log in again and again. Breakfast buffet which starts from 7:00 a.m., until 10:00 was amazing with a delicious omelets station and menu changes every day. No free flow f coffee though. The water at the swimming pool was cold but good for a quick dip. Don’t expect to lie in the sun as it is under the second building. Note that there is no lift to the rooms on the second building. Getting there, from Don Mueang Airport by a metered taxi cost around THB 250 and an extra 80 THB if you are taking the express way. For God knows what reason, the airport taxi charges 90 THB in addition. The hotel will book you a taxi for the price of THB 500 – THB 700 on the way back to Don Muang. From Suvarnabhumi Airport, just use the airport link for THB 45 per person. Overall a very good stay and a lovely hotel. We will be staying only at this hotel on our next visits.

Location is very close to Phaya Thai BTS. Nearby restaurant Red Panda is famous for Yakiniku ( though I did not get to try). Pratunam night market is also within walkable distance. Staff is very friendly, especially the front desk staff. Facilities are well-provided for. The breakfast buffet looks small but I think the variety is quite good with a mix of Thai and western. Their stir-fry pork dish is always very good.

The bathroom is too slippery! Recommend to include a bathroom mat. Price may be abit too pricey, will make one expect more.

Fantastic location, just steps away from paya thai station but in a cute street and super quiet. Though it was not so easy to find on arrival if you're not familiar with the area and the station. Airport train is so convenient! The room was spacious and clean, though it could do with a cupboard or area to put clothes that is not just hangers. Breakfast was good though not a lot of variety if you don't eat Asian food in the morning:)

Breakfast could have more options (or change on different days) for bread/sweet kind of products, though I realise this is not the local way to eat breakfast so really I'm just being fussy :)

The location is super. Just a few minutes of walking to the raillink, that connects to the airport. But also to the bts line which gets you practically anywhere. Breakfast and rooms were fine. Everything you need and expect is there. Staff is very friendly.

The main building has an elevator but the secondary building does not. So anything above the second floor is done by staircases. With a lot of heavy luggage that is not ideal. But the hotel staff is there to help carry it for you so that's solved.
