Dallas who worked front desk was very inviting...great personality ..very helpful....very kind individual. He is a joy to have met. Valued employee for sure we need more people just like him working in their establishments.

I find that every Tru I stay at ..every one has like a half inch or more gap between the floor and the door makes it even harder for quietness due to the fact that open gap is there. Not a deal breaker but you can every little thing going on in the hallway no matter how loud the noise from other guests in the hallway corridor.

We will use this hotel again! Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed and perfect pillows. The breakfast was good. The hotel offered some top rate snacks for sale. A great workout room! Delightful area outside for relaxing. I love how pet-friendly the hotel is. Great location with plenty of safe places to walk.

Our one complaint was intermittent loud mechanical noises throughout the night. It was most likely our location on the first floor. However, with ear plugs, our next visit will be perfect!

The breakfast was very good. I liked that tere was no carpeting and I felt like everything could be cleaned well. Staff was great.

Lighting could ha been a little better but not a big issue..

Loved the fun feeling when walking in. Loved the extra mile that was taken to make it such a friendly place especially to bring people together such as the pool table and outside ares. Hope to have many more visits here!

I have nothing negative to say. If I have to pick a place to stay, this will be my first choice.

We really liked the breakfast bar. It had a really good variety. There was something for everyone. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

There was not a separate closet to hang clothes or to put dirty clothes. It was ok for a summer stay, but more space is needed for a winter stay. Also there was no clock in the room.

All the things I listed as excellent including the gentleman at the front desk. He was extremely helpful, professional and kind.

Location was perfect. Just a 10-15 min drive outside downtown for everything. From check in to check out, Tru is always the best.

My only gripe was getting a room right next to the elevator. Not a huge deal but we had asked for a quiet room and that typically is the noisiest.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Pool table and jenga were great for grandkids to play with.

Fan on air conditioner in the room was loud. Blinking light from smoke detector was annoying.

The water when we took a shower was warm but definitely not hot this was a disappointment.

Great location for us. We were heading south to get away from northern states cold. Hotel was near shopping and numerous restaurants.

Shower temperature could have been warmer.
