The staff were so friendly and helpful, helping me with my next bus trips and making my life a lot easier! The breakfast was really good. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. It was a good location for walking and trying restaurants in the center. They also were happy to let me check in early and leave my bags when I checked out. And just very communicative.

The room was just a bit dusty on the shelves and bed head. But otherwise it was a great stay.

I would like to say that the hotel is not bad, the location of the hotel is wonderful, everything is within reach, but while leaving I forgot my hard drive there and asked the reception guy who was in shift to send it to me, but I don’t know whether they will do it or not, we will see in the future.

I couldn't say nothing

This was my 2nd visit in a couple of year, I loved everything from the 1st time and it becomes my only place to stay in whenever I visit Trabzon. Last time I was solo and I felt super safe, this time I came with my friend, she loved as well. All the stuff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ibrahim he became like a family. Location is 10 mins away from airport and downtown. All shops are near by.

The location was perfect. Very close to the centre and the hotel overlooks both the black sea and a beautiful new mosque. The breakfast was great and most importantly, the hotel staff and owner were amazing. They were helpful, polite, kind and catered for our every need; we couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Very friendly and well located hotel. it’s not far from city center and near the seaside. the room was spacious, comfy bed, good shower, there is also a tea kettle. nice breakfast in a cute room with a view - lovely start of the day. the personnel is very caring; you can ask them upfront to help you book the tours in the area!

the wifi was ok but at times spotty; it was not a big deal but I would not do any serious video calls for work from the hotel.

The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. If you need anything they will help. The room and the bathroom was spotless. Really good shower and hanging space for clothes. The breakfast was really good, with a good variety of fresh and cooked foods. There were no problems at all.

The hotel is very nice , the location is excellent 10 minutes walk to Midan . The rooms have nice view to the Black sea. The staff are very nice and helpful . The owner of the hotel is a gentleman and helpful and present in the restaurant everyday during the breakfast and ask the guests if there is any complaint. Selenay the translator of the hotel is an excellent lady and she is everyday in the restaurant during breakfast to help all guests. Selenay organised everything for me from the first day and booked me al excursions and told me everything I need about Trabzon till the last minute when she brought me a taxi to the airport. Selenay is an excellent lady and I don't know what can I do in Trabzon without her help

Clean, quiet hotel located in the center of Trebizond in walking distance to all the major sites. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The shower was perfect water pressure and very relaxing.

I love everything about the place ! This was my third visit to Uzer Otel, and definitely it will not be the last ! It’s my only place whenever I came to Trabzon. Stuff super friendly and helpful, place is clean and the location is perfect, in the middle of downtown and 10 mins from airport.

This is a relatively small hotel in a relatively central location, just about 7 kms from the airport and close to all sights in Trabzon. The owner, his family and employees take good care of the guests. They serve lovely Turkish breakfast with omelette cooked to order on an open balcony with sea and city views. Clean rooms, decent prices. Nothing not to like.

No complaints, just to make sure that everyone is aware that there is no elevator in the hotel and you either have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself or to ask the hotel staff to help you.
