This is a wonderful apartment complex in one of the best areas in Porto. When we arrived it was very easy with just a few instructions to enter the apartments which were ready for us. Not only did every apartment have everything we needed but the view in one of the apartments was amazing - overlooking Porto - it was such a great experience to come home after a day of sightseeing and sit down by the balcony and relax with this great view. I will attach photos of the view. Everything we needed to see was walking distance and there was a supermarket nearby. Every day we would get fresh bread delivered and we had a stacked refrigerator with breakfast food from the hosts. The restaurants nearby were good too. There are even shades in the apartment that if you want to sleep until later in the day could create a blackout effect if you wanted it. Also my mother has a disability so there were just few stairs to the elevator and then we used the elevator and the bathrooms were walk-in so there was no problem with that at all. We want to thank the hosts - it is evident that the apartments were well-thought out so that the guests do not need anything else and in addition they are newly renovated and in the best area in Porto! We will definitely be staying here again!

I cannot think of anything really. Just a tip for people - the day we arrived was a Saturday and it was time for dinner - it is better to have a reservation because most of the restaurants nearby are all full and it will be hard to find somewhere to sit without a reservation. That is all :)

Convenience - both location and the range of services provided in advance by the host. We booked the breakfast for our first day and that was very convenient for our toddlers and elderlies. On our second day we booked a babysitter for our toddlers through the link provided, so we were able to visit the port lodges.

The sofa bed in our one-bedroom apartment had a bended surface and was not that comfortable. In the bedroom there is a section of the wall being transparent, meaning we cannot prevent the light coming in from the living room (we put our toddlers in the bedroom and we slept in the living room). In our second, two bedroom apartment (where our parents stayed) there was a small water leakage from the shower but did not cause major problem.

We were welcomed on arrival by the super friendly José Salvador, who even carried our suitcases upstairs. He showed us around the flat and gave us valuable information about Porto. There was also a delicious homemade cake waiting for us. The flat was totally cosy and spotlessly clean. It is strategically located, restaurants, shops, sights, Sao Bento and the other side of the river are all close by. The hosts could be contacted at any time and the contact with them was always very warm and pleasant. We felt very well looked after. Highly recommend this flat for a trip to Porto!

Before you complain afterwards: ;-) - The flat is on the fourth floor without a lift and the central location can also mean noise. (However, neither of these factors bothered us)

We were greeted by the wonderful Luiz, who gave us the best recommendations for Port tasting tours and other daily excursions. He checked on us through the week, attending to our needs! Last year my son and other family members stayed at this property and that is why we booked with them this year and without a doubt we will be back! The location was ideal for dining, fado, access to waterfront, restaurants and night life. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Loved the windows, great views!

I loved it all!!

There was great support from the host team. The location of the apartment in the historical area gave us easy access to many things as well as being close to the waterfront. Cleaning services were provided as well. We were offered help with any matter that we needed. A bonus was the towel heater in the bathroom, and a nice heater in the bedroom. Welcome treats were provided which was a nice touch.

This apartment was fantastic!! It was not only beautifully decorated, it was well equipped, in a perfect location, and the communication was the best I have ever seen. And having a balcony was an added bonus. So much detail was put into making our stay comfortable. When your stay comes to an end, you will wish it was your own apartment and you didn’t have to leave Porto. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Porto and would stay definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable apartment with everything that we needed! The staff were very communicative from the start, and we appreciated their in-person welcome and recommendations throughout our stay. The location is central and it's easy to walk to the top tourist sites in Porto.

Because the location is central, there was noise from nearby until late on the weekend. I was fine with earplugs, but it could affect sleep if you're a light sleeper like my husband.

Everything! Joseph, who met us when we arrived, explained the apartment in detail, gave us the names of 3 particular restaurants (in addition to those in the apartment book, which were excellent and responded immediately with a replacement when we found the hairdryer did not work. He also made up the sofa bed as we needed two beds but had not made this clear when booking. We were able to leave our luggage at the property after checking out until later in the day. And the overwhelming feature of the apartment, taking everything I have said so far for granted, is the location. It could not be better, being within a two minute walk of the main part of the river for cafes and a short walk to all the principal sights of interest.

Being unable to stay a few days more!

This was a fabulous location and very quiet apartment. The staff were super friendly and gave us lots of information. We arrived early so was easy to leave bags and go and explore and return later. Apartment was so clean with everything you’d need. Even Nespresso pods! Very comfy bed! Bars, restaurants, bakeries on your doorstep. Short stroll to the river. Cannot recommend highly enough to stay here for a trip to Porto!

Nothing at all!

Good location, just a few minutes walk to the river. Kitchen got all the stuff we need. Washing machine was not included in the facility list, but you can find a laundry nearby.

There was en elevator inside the building, which was great. But since it was an old style elevator, it means if someone forgot to close the elevator's door, it was unusable. There's some creaking sound when you open the room door.
