Quite understated from the outside, but really gracious once inside. Excellent bed. Safe parking for our vehicle at no extra charge. The best mini Pastel de Natas at breakfast!! We loved that it was a bit away from the busiest areas of Porto, yet is was still within walking distance downhill to the Alfama and Bairro. We took an Über back late in the afternoon when we were too tired and hot for the uphill walk. We stayed for two nights and I can totally recommend this one!!

The breakfast room was uncomfortably warm in the mornings whilst it was lovely and cool outside. We wished we could open the windows. :) But it is not a big issue, just a small comment.

Good location. Breakfast was simple and the same every day, but the ladies were really nice and welcoming. Big rooms.

I know, we didn't come to watch TV, but I have excellent eyesight, and I was unable to see it properly because of its small size and distance. A minibar in the room would be nice, as well as more hangers and a kettle. The bed was too soft for me. The water from the pipe in the sink was yellowish. Paid extra for room with a balcony, huge mistake! One tip: if guests are leaving the hotel with large suitcases, it would be nice if someone at least helped us with the doors (I can carry my own suitcase, no need for that) and said a proper goodbye.

The room was spacious and everything was sparkling clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful at all times and the location was pretty good. Quiet area but still close enough to all the sights. The views from the breakfast room were absolutely stunning.

We personally missed having a fridge in the room but that's just because we travelled with a toddler and needed to have milk available.

Its in a good location and has the potential in years to come to be an absolutely amazing hotel. At the moment you can tell it's a bit of a project within an old cinema. There is a large terrace area but needs work as it's run by the local seagulls.

There is a bar but I never saw it in use. The terrace needs some TLC and could be a really nice chill area for guests. Could be more variation on breakfast.

Hotel with an incredible view, big and clean, nicely decorated. Great comfortable rooms with a view too. Great service and a plus side is that they included free breakfast (complete breakfast buffet) and beds for babies. Would stay here again. Was surprised by the price/ quality ratio. It's located next to ''Jardins do Palácio de Cristal'' a big tourist point, and just a 20 minute walk to Aliados.

The bed was comfortable, it had a good breakfast facilities. Paid parking on the back of the hotel, and a very small parking lot near the entrance (both outdoors). Hotel was clean and mostly quiet

The AC unit in our room didn't work. There was a pretty hot afternoon we would have liked to have it. But overall everything was good

A nice hotel, with clean and comfortable beds. The hotel is not brand new, and one can see that. But all facilities worked well.

The hotel is very far away from any metro station. While this will eventually change when the new line is complete, it is relatively remote for now.

a very good hotel. nothing fancy but decent. A very good breakfast and even pasteis de nata for guests. Very quiet at night and excellent location to get to the centre

The hotel very nice maybe quite a way from the center but the staff were very helpful at getting us a taxi . The breakfast was one of the best on our trip, the lady running the breakfast service was very friendly and welcoming, selection first class.

Only the distance , the parking was a bonus .

The facilities were excellent- food and drinks and very helpful friendly staff at all times.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in my room. A fridge in the room would be good too.
