Beds were comfortable. The on site restaurant was a hit. When we went, there was one guy Samuel running it and he was very friendly to talk to even though he charged me for a drink and I only got a water. Shuttle to the airport was on time

No refrigerator in the room we stayed in. Brought my leftovers from the restaurant up to the room and ended up having to throw it out because there was no refrigerator. Water pressure in the shower was ok. Definitely wasn’t the best.

Literally everything. It seems like a newer hotel or was recently remodeled because the details like the accent wall, floors, bathrooms, etc. all seemed expensive and new. Typically hotel pictures are misleading, but this hotel is legit. Definitely a steal for the price! Also, even though we were super close to the airport and highway, we didn’t hear any planes or traffic while in our room, which was nice. AND the cookie they give you at check in was a nice surprise and hands down one of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Also, the complimentary coffee in the room was some of the best coffee I’ve had, especially for a hotel. This will be our new go-to hotel when we visit STL.

The ONLY “negative” was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room, which was fine for our stay but could be inconvenient for other guests.

The beds and pillows were so comfy. Shower was really nice, staff was kind! It was perfect location for us! We drove anytime we went off the property but it was easy to navigate and there is many stores and such in a 15 min drive and so many things to do around the area

We didn’t realize the pool was getting worked on until after we arrived!

All front desk staff were awesome! Room clean and nice. Our trip was delayed a couple of days as we were stuck due to Hurricane Norma. The employee at the front desk did not charge us for the additional parking. That was an unexpected, very nice surprise considering what we had been through!

Our only concern was with the shuttle. The ride to the airport was great but when we returned in the country and called to get the shuttle back, we were told it was not running due to the driver being ill. So then we had to scramble for other transportation.

The hotel was recently renovated. It had a lot of character. The valets were extremely friendly and a couple of the front desk people were as well. The room was clean and well decorated.

When their kitchen was open the lattes were great and breakfast sandwiches were good. It was hit and miss as to when the kitchen was open. Valet parking was $50.00 a day.

Room was comfortable, AC was great. Location near restaurant was handy. We enjoyed the stay and it met our needs

Felt the welcome was a little cold. Also looked like there had been a medical situation on site with 2 emergency vehicles so understood

It was very disappointing to pay that much money and not have a pool when I called.They confirmed the pool was very long time to get checked in with the people very nice.We got there early to spend the day in the pool and much to our disappointment.There was not a pool

Breakfast was a lot of food! Very good. Server pleasant. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Excellent water pressure in shower. The staff had to open everyone’s door due to the key card maker being affected by the global IT problem.

Pool could be cleaner.

Near airport and rental car location. Quiet and very comfortable. Clean and complimentary shuttle service. Free parking. Restaurant on the property. Will definitely stay here again if in St. Louis.

The glass door to the shower had been installed BACKWARDS, so you had to maneuver yourself around the toilet to get into the shower. It appears it was installed this way and was never repaired.
