I had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn & Suites at Carrier Circle, East Syracuse! The front desk guy was incredibly calm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in a breeze. His friendly and helpful attitude set the tone for a great stay. The manager was also very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everything was perfect during my visit. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Syracuse. Although there was snow in the parking lot during my stay, it didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. The front desk staff were doing their best to assist guests and keep the parking lot as clean as possible, despite the heavy snowfall. Their efforts were much appreciated!

I couldn't find a hotel in the city for family weekend at Syracuse University. I thought Comfort Inn & Suites-Carrier Circle would be too far and a nuisance to drive back and forth, but I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and made my stay there very nice. I would definitely use again.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't close solid curtains to block out lights from the parking lot. There were only sheer curtains, so the lights shined in the room all night.

The only downside was the snowstorm during my stay, but that’s out of anyone’s control! I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the area.

In exception the man, the girls were amazing. Room is nice and clean. Bed is the best.

We didn’t like the man who works at the hotel yelling at the girls at the front desk. That was scary. We needed to travel again and we preferred stay in somewhere else because of that. He was aggressive with the ladies.

Wonderful hotel. I usually stay here everytime. Staff was so kind, offers me everything i need. I will definitely recommend this place for the people who are welcoming to syracuse

The bathroom door wouldn't close, there was a huge mound of dirt that we unfortunately tracked into the room across the sidewalk to the outside private entrance. Then we where charged for "breaking the bathroom door" ruining bath towels (how I don't know by getting them wet I suppose. And tracking in the mud. (Which was minimal) all before we checked out.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms; convenient Carrier Circle and East Syracuse location with plenty of parking, excellent continental breakfast included (with waffle maker!).

We originally booked another hotel and showed up to blood, burn holes, dirty rooms and not friendly staff. we drove 35 minutes to the comfort inn and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. delicious hot breakfast. very clean and friendly. parking lot off the road and tucked in felt safe. thank you
