LK Metropole is in an ideal location to experience everything Pattaya has to offer, the rooms are kept very clean and there are different sizes to choose from depending on your needs. There is a nice pool and pool area to relax and plenty of food options around, we chose not to have breakfast in the hotel (only because we were never up in time) but it looked fantastic. The staff are friendly and very helpful, so all in all a great addition to a great holiday.

Location is great &rooms clean and large. I especially liked the big fridge and kitchenette. Room had a balcony with table and chairs.Veey good house keeping staff who are flexible on cleaning times. Breakfast was good and staff are friendly and happy and get you what you need. Large pool area with enough beds and seating areas. Has onsite ATM machine. Overall great value hotel next door to 711 and other food places, money changers ,pharmacy & bars. Everything is walking distance. This is one of the hotels that have wider corridors to the rooms so feels airy and relaxed. There are also 4 lifts so you don't need to wait long for and generally don't need share the lift with others. Will come back again.

Gym multigym machine needs some maintenance as the pulley system cable damaged. Cross trainer machine didn't work. Room needed better lighting in some areas eg near cupboard and mirror desk areas.

Excellent location. Easy to get to everything. 7 11 on the corner next to hotel , late night food vendors nearby and TT currency exchange also nearby in Soi Bukao. Walking distance to Mike Shopping mall, Central Festival Mall. Room was large , had a good size fridge, microwave, couple of plates and cutlery, balcony with table & chairs. Cleaning staff were friendly and cleaned the room quickly. Got fresh towels and water everyday. Functional room much larger than others, not the most modern style but it all worked. Good size pool. Had a gym with machines and free weights. Comfortable reception area with chairs and couches for waiting. Menu type set breakfast options with some buffet also, breakfast staff were great. Hardly met other people in or around the lifts, no waiting for the lifts/ sharing lifts with people in June period.

Great hotel overall. Lighting in room could be brighter. TV could be stuck on the wall opposite the bed for easy straight line viewing - although i did not watch tv so just a suggestion.

I liked the spacious and clean room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is ideal, very close to major nightlife venues. The breakfast was decent, though I usually woke up too late to have breakfast. Overall, I liked the style of the hotel, which follows an oriental theme.

The hotel could benefit from a renovation. The coffee at the breakfast was bad.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly the room exceeded my expectation size cleanliness. Yes the property is a little dated but that does not deflect from the above. They continually clean the common areas and the rooms are clean daily replacement bedsheet, towels, toiletries, et cetera. I could not have been happier with my stay.

I’ve stayed at the LK. Metropole six times in the past three years and find it the best hotel,that suites my needs when visiting Pattaya. It is in a great location with vibrant nightlife and also has nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

Overall, the hotel is a bit dated and maintenance is very active to handle issues in the guest rooms. That said, the staff is very attentive to the guests needs. The cleaning staff does a great job.

The staff are excellent.

The maintenance of the hotel needs to be up dated, air-conditioners are so old and noisy when sleeping compared to the new brands. The plumbing in the toilets needs to be updated held together by string. I had a look in side while it was noisy at night. It keeps flashing because of the pressure of the water in the building. I have AIr Con & Plumber back ground

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay—Twice! Stayed twice in a superior room and loved it both times. Spotlessly clean rooms, great shower, perfect air con, lovely pool, and a solid breakfast. Staff across the board were fantastic—but special thanks to Noi at reception. Her warm smile and welcome every time made my day. A true gem in Pattaya.

Hotel is in an excellent location near to LK Metro, Treetown and the bars of Soi Buakhao. It has a beautiful pool with plenty of sun lounges for everyone. The facilities are a bit dated but plenty of friendly staff to keep it spotlessly clean. It is tucked away around the corner in Soi Diana away from the hustle and bustle of the evening crowds. Really good wi-fi and no issues with hot water. I think most rooms also have a bath tub, however you have to step into the tub to shower.
