I was on the top floor overlooking the sea so that was a bonus. The breakfast was amazing for £10. It was a fairly low cost room rate so my expectations were fairly low. The hotel exceeded my expectations in most areas. The hotel had sustained investment and the general quality of the building and interior was good. I got a car parking spot for 2 days running, so that was a bonus The room was nice, and reasonable size. Plenty of tea and coffee, which were topped up daily
Being on the top floor had its drawback The power of the shower was not good. You could have a shower, but it was a bit of an effort The WIFI was intermittent.(and my own Vodaphone signal was very weak) If the two above areas were improved I would have rated a 9 or 10 score

Loved the room, newly refurbed toasty warm brilliant housekeeper ( Binka) fabulous view.
The pool was cold, there was nowhere to change or put your things when you did. 3 showers, 2 toilets a chair and lockers that did not lock. The charge was £8 per person. Too pricey would not recommend. One other thing, the new bathroom needs a grab handle. As there was nothing to hold onto i could not use the bath or the overhead shower due to mobility issues.

Excellent service from the staff. All were extremely welcoming, polite, helpful and chatty. Guests were also very nice and a good mix. They had a themed night so guests were dressed up and their was a live singer. Couldn't hear anything in our room though so all was nice and peaceful and quiet. Room was very spacious with plenty of space in the beds for us all to be comfortable and spread out. We all had a really comfortable nights sleep. Swimming pool was definitely a bonus for the kids. With the big pool for the older kids and small children's pool for the younger one. Parking was really easy and convenient and we had no issues. Free 4pm to 10am. Which was really good. We even got parking right in front of the hotel which was a bonus. Would definitely book again in the near future. Everything is just really convenient around the hotel as its situated in the main part of Llandudno . Lots of food, entertainment and shops just a stone throw away. Thanks very much.
I think only negative was the TV. Just basic channels when you're used to a fire stick with different channels. Shower wasn't very powerful either. Lastly, we was given a key card for the swimming pool which was good, however the swimming area was left unlocked. So this could be a safeguarding issue if anyone could just walk into the swimming area and changing rooms. As there didn't seem to be locks in the changing rooms. Something that could be noted to ensure the swimming pool is actually kept locked with requiring the key card to open.

I stayed with my husband and 6yr old son, the hotel, the staff and the location were perfect Main road parking at £5.40 from 10-4 (between that it’s free) All the staff we came across were super friendly and couldn’t have done enough for us The room was huge, we stayed in a family room, with 1 double and 1 single bed, en suite with shower with complimentary toiletries, fresh clean towels that you can use for the pool and then get new ones for your room from reception The beds were super comfy and comfy pillows, lots of stor within the room, it was very quiet during our stay. The view from our room was incredible, sea view and you could see everything. Windows do open which is rear nowadays which was lovely We didn’t have an evening meal in the restaurant but I could see the restaurant was set up very nice Breakfast was a buffet style served 8-9 and for every room your table was reserved for breakfast so no need to rush or think you will be queueing Breakfast was a buffet style with toast and tea/coffee brought to your table, there was cereal and a full hot breakfast that was replenished all the time, everything was made fresh and put under the heaters The swimming pool was great, very clean and the water was warm There are changing rooms with WC and showers and lockers that need £1 to use Will definitely stay here again
There is nothing note worthy to write down of anything negative

The location was brilliant the hotel is clean, theres few bits of wear and tear eg stairs carpet but it doesnt effect your stay, had a laugh doing the bingo at night, theres was entertainment on all weekend and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and a good little time filler if the weather isnt great.
We had a three bed family room and it was just so hot all the time. We even slept with the window and curtains open but it was still too hot. Could do with new pillows in the room we had but apart from that we had a great stay

Nice clean exterior and entrance, check in was quick easy and friendly, room although small was clean, well stocked and a super sea veiw,,
Suppose you get what you pay for but for a double room it was tiny,, the vanity basin was actually in the bedroom and the shower/toilet was cramped, very clean thou, but if we had been staying any longer I'd of paid for an upgrade,, the que for breakfast was like old people queuing at a food bank, 🤦🏻♂️ never seen such a shambles, 2nd day we ended up at macdonald's 🤗

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly on our first day of arrival. She showed us facilities and kindly shared information about local attractions. We asked if we could pay for breakfast, and the receptionist explained that we could do it in the morning but need to turn up around 8 am. The next day we attended reception at 8:15am to pay for breakfast but we were told by a different receptionist that it's fully booked and we can't have breakfast. We went to the swimming pool instead and asked again if there was any chance to have breakfast around 9:15am. At this time, we were told that we could have breakfast, but we have to hurry up as they close at 9:30am. It was a bit upsetting as we felt like we were allowed to finish leftovers and had to rush to eat. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but next time, we would book breakfast in advance. Would really like to say thank you to the Receptionist who met as on our first day of arrival, on 11h August, as she really made us feel welcomed.

It had a heated swimming pool, inclusive with the stay. All the staff were supportive when finding places, lifts available to other floors. Though we did not book a room with sea view due to costs, we were automatically given a room at the side, that enabled us to see the sea and pier atan angle! Buffet breakfast with full English was great. It has everything you want even at a low budget.
The cooked breakfast and the porridge were on the cold side. You need to look into means of keeping it warm
