This is a super nice hotel, upon arrival we got upgraded to junior suite. Bu really the best was the staff that were so amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel decor and interior is nice, very new but a little grey and cold compared to all the colors that Maroc offers. The staff: Ichrak at the bar, well she was everywhere to help and assist, downstairs, upstairs at the terrace restaurant and bar. Such a sweet girl. Medi at the bar, great guy and friendly. The lobby staff was so helpful and provided a fast check-in and helped with all questions we had and always smiling. Tam and Tarik and Taha you are great and keep up the good work. Then there was the doorman that almost got into a taxi driver fight because they were trying to hustle me, shokran 🙏 Only downside really was the breakfast, doing ala carte breakfast is not your strong side, out of 6 options 3 were not available and I had to wait for a long time to get anything, like more then 30 minutes, then they told me breakfast was over…really a joke. Please fix this 30 Euro breakfast disaster. Over all the amazing staff made our stay.

Breakfast was the only downside, will not visit again due to that fact.

The highlight of our stay was the staff, especially Taha at the reception, who went out of their way to make everything comfortable. We had booked two rooms and received a complimentary upgrade for the parents’ room. When we experienced dampness in our first room, Taha arranged a change the next day and ensured both rooms were next to each other. The team also helped us quickly when our son needed a doctor, and they followed up with genuine care. Service in the restaurant was equally professional, with a very good breakfast and attentive dinner service.

Less positive were the surroundings of the hotel, which are underdeveloped and not very pleasant, although we never felt unsafe. The initial dampness issue in our room was also disappointing, but it was resolved well. Finally, the rooftop pool is more suited for relaxation than for swimming laps. Overall, the excellent staff and service made our stay highly enjoyable despite some drawbacks.

We stayed here for three nights. The staff’s warmth and attentive service were genuinely appreciated and made us feel welcomed. The hôtel room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed, with the toilet separate from the bathroom. The breakfast was good, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pool area is small but peaceful; during our visit, we had the space all to ourselves. The gym was equipped with weights and cardio machines, ideal for my workout needs. However, it can get warm inside, and adding better ventilation or air conditioning could significantly improve comfort. I don’t quite get how the hôtel star rating works in Morocco, so I don’t use it as a reference. However, here we got value for money.

While the location is convenient, it’s not in the most upscale part of town. However, it’s still a good base for exploring the city.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my time in the city. From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready with a warm smile and helpful attitude, which immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. One of the true highlights was the stunning view from my window —a sweeping panorama of the city that included glimpses of the old medina and the sea in the distance. Waking up to that view each morning was a real treat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being in the center of the city, the room was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, ensuring restful nights throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring sleek, high-quality finishes and a powerful rain shower that was perfect after a long day of exploring. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, both local and international. It was a great way to start the day, and the dining area had a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The location is another big plus—just a short walk to the old medina and also very conveniently close to the Les Voyageurs train station (20 minutes walking), making it easy to get around or continue your travels within Morocco. Whether I was heading out for sightseeing or hopping on a train, everything felt within reach. Considering the comfort, amenities, and prime location, I also found the price to be relatively good—great value for what you get in return. Overall, the Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center far exceeded my expectations. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic visit to Casablanca.

If I had to mention a downside, just for the sake of balance, I would say the elevators could be a bit slow at peak times. But honestly, that’s a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless stay. Another thing to mention is the pool. It's inside the restaurant, at the top floor of the hotel, and it's not ideal to have a bath in it as long as other peoaple are eating overthere.

My family and I stayed at Radisson Blu Casablanca for one night before our flight back home, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and its location in the city center was perfect for us. A special thank you to Tarik, Khadiah, and Taha for their outstanding hospitality. They were attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. Even though our stay was short, their kindness and support left a lasting impression. We are grateful for the warm service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.

After traveling 42 hours from Mexico to Casablanca it was comforting to know that I could look forward to: 1. an early check-in, 2. a delicious breakfast to be delivered to my room, and 3. a an appointment for a hot stone massage for later that day. The hotel employees are very helpful, kind and welcoming, across the board; reception, concierge, restaurant and housekeepers. I'll have been here for a total of 8 nights during my trip in Morocco. Traveling as a solo woman it feels good to be safe and taken care of. For instance, last night I attended an art opening and wanted someone to know where I was. Went to reception, told them where I was going, he took a photo of the location. When I returned, a big smile from them. Extensive morning breakfast buffet, delicious dinners (couscous, asparagus risotto, salmon) fast wifi, comfy couches in the lobby for reading...it's a small oasis in the city center.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding; whole and cut Fruits, salads, cheeses, cereals, a plethora of breads, numerous selections of water and juices, and the best custom-made omelettes! The dining areas are warm and inviting, and the breakfast staff are cheerful and welcoming. My favorite dinner menu items are the asparagus risotto and salmon. Muhammad is an outstanding waiter. If you have dinner at the restaurant, you will be welcomed with his warm and engaging smile and friendly aura. Mohammed the concierge needs a shout out for always being right there, greeting every guest that comes into that lobby with a welcoming smile. For a weary traveler, that is the best gift! Jumaima at Reception embodies the best of this young generation’s professional Moroccan woman in the hospitality industry; polished, committed to guests’ satisfaction, great communication and language skills (in many languages!), attention to details, and genuinely enjoys her career.

I prefer to use cloth napkins instead of paper napkins. Better for the environment, and it raises the dining experience the restaurant (just like I do at home.)

Very friendly staff, from the door to reception to breakfast to cleaning staff everyone is excellent. I can name Tarik, Umaima, Fatima Zahra, Younus, Chaima, Taha you are all fantastic. The boss Muhammed, you are gem! The house keeping Miriem also gave a very good service. The breakfast is amazing. Hotel is clean at a fantastic city location only minutes from the centre. A real 5-Star 😊

I like absolutely everything

The staff members did above their duty. We booked 2 nights to celebrate an engagement and they did everything possible to accommodate us. They were really kind, friendly and caring. They also treated our family amazing when they came to the sitting areas. The rooms and common areas were also very clean thanks to the amazing cleaners.
