Everything, location, the view. The hosts Chrissy and Mike were accommodating, indeed, could not do enough. Lovely homemade cake on arrival, milk in the fridge. Really did not want to leave. Nearly claimed squatters rights 🤪😉 Baby lambs in the field, tadpoles, fish, chickens. And made friends with their cat poppy 🐈‍⬛ Their breakfast was exceptional, homemade bread, hashbrowns, was absolutely stuffed but made a little room for the homemade damson jam, now that was belter , took me back to my childhood when my naine use to make it. Lots of variety also, not just cooked breakfast. Even indulged in chrissy's homemade granola.

In a quiet beautiful setting. Comfortable property which had the bonus of a living room with large tv, dining table overlooking the owners lovely garden and the fields and hills beyond. Sheep and lambs in these fields which was lovely. The hosts were extremely friendly and professional, couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and served to our own room. Gorgeous cake on arrival, fresh milk and water in the fridge. We were truly spoilt. Thank you both for a lovely stay 😀

Accommodation was great and extra living space ie lounge and garden made it feel like a home from home. The hosts were terrific and the breakfast 1st rate! A well central place for travelling from to see various sites. Highly recommend staying over for a quiet breakaway from the general busyness of life as incredibly peaceful place to unwind!

Nothing to complain about at all. The driveway exit could've been a little safer with some road mirrors but possibly the local council don't see it as a priority, but who knows and the local drivers seem to know how to be aware of holiday drivers?!

Such a beautiful property. The garden & surrounding fields are beautiful. Plenty of space & excellent facilities. All the little touches are well thought of (milk in fridge, choices of teas & coffees, toiletries etc). The bed is super comfy & you are guaranteed a peaceful nights sleep. Chrissy & Mike are wonderful hosts & were accommodating as we needed to leave early the following morning. Chrissy’s breakfast is wonderful. All locally sourced produce & home made bread, eggs collected from the chickens that morning, home made granola & freshly squeezed orange. We’d stay for the home made Victoria sponge cake alone! The property is located in a lovely, peaceful area & is an ideal base to Conwy, Llandudno, Abergele, Betws-y-coed, snowdonia & more.

Chrissy and Mike are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The location is on the countryside and it's very quiet and cozy. Our room was big and we also had another room with sofa, TV, a table for breakfast, a fridge and a good selection of teas. Breakfast was amazing, everything with organic products (the eggs came from their own chickens!) There is also a beautiful garden that you can enjoy. We definetly recommend it!

Chrissy and Mike gave us a very warm welcome & stay throughout! The accommodation is very comfortable with lots of little touches that add to that comfort. The garden is lovely, the fresh produce & breakfast was very tasty & filling. There is much to do if you feel like it or very relaxed if that's what you choose. I would highly recommend without hesitation 😊

Our stay at Pendre was wonderful, excellent accommodation with an added bonus of a sitting room with TV. Chrissy's cooked breakfast, porridge and homemade granola yogurt pot was outstanding. The cottage is close to all the attractions both costal and the mountains inland. We would recommend this place.

Everything about this place was just perfect. From the friendly hosts, to the amazing cooked breakfast, beautiful cottage, great facilities, lots of essentials included to help during your stay.. we will definitely be back at zoom point.

Twin beds that can be pushed together if needed as we like our own beds and my sister snores loudly.

Great location, spacious tidy living area. Lovely breakfast. Out in the sticks, very rural. Nice pub with food 15-20minutes walk. Great hosts, offered to drive me to the pub and local area that I was working at.
