We loved it, excellent location for visiting Bodnant Gardens, Conwy and beyond. Beautiful room in keeping with the historic nature of the farmhouse, very comfortable bed, Welsh fabrics and comfortable armchairs. Lovely view of the estuary.

Booked the previous day which led to confusion about check in. More information about the room required, it turned out there is a full size fridge, microwave and cutlery and plates- enough for a simple meal. Also confusion about the inclusion of breakfast. We got the room at a very reasonable rate which apparently did not include breakfast. This was not clear. No hairdryer.

breakfast was delicious. large amount, warm area, But the staff were wonderful.. I was not in a good place emotionally, as it was my first journey on my own after losing my husband. staff very considerate. don't ever sack them they are most important for your business.

being on my own.. I was in a small attic bedroom, the room was attractive, worked well for my needs. HOWEVER the noise..hobbed nailed boots clomping up the stairs, doors slamming. I could hear a baby crying but you expect that and some noise. Everyone settled down eventually and the night was quiet. The narrow stairs and creaky steps an issue.

Absolutely stunning location. Fantastic breakfast, great value for money. Beautiful room great tea selection in the room and nice touch to put snacks in the room

If I had to say anything, purely based on how extensive and good the tea bag selection in the room was; maybe instead of sachets of instant nescafe they could put some coffee bags or a cafetiere and ground coffee. Also there is absolutely nothing they can do about this but just in case a light sleeper is reading this, maybe bring earplugs because its an ancient building and you will hear other guests moving about

We loved our stay at The Farmhouse Bodnant Welsh Food. Plenty of car parking. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, including the bed, and our en-suite was spacious with a great walk in shower. We had a meal in the restaurant and that was delicious, the restaurant itself was very relaxing and the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. The following morning we visited The Furnace Cafe for a cooked breakfast and that too was great. We absolutely loved our stay here and if we visit Llandudno or Conwy again this is where we will choose to stay.

All excellent but if there was a downside, which was not the fault of The Farmhouse, is that we unfortunately had very noisy and inconsiderate folk in the room above us, waking during the night and banging around and similar fairly early in the morning, both times waking us up. We would book a first floor room the next time we stay.

Surroundings, very tidy and clean area ,nice room ,very small but clean and quiet. Restaurant ,Cafe and shop were lovely, staff all very nice and helpful. All very dog friendly.

Walk up to accommodation was dark at night as sensory lights in parts were not working .lights on both sets of steps at restaurant and front door of accommodation were not working either, so very dangerous, I used my mobile phone torch to see. I did mention to staff who were very apologetic and said maintenance would be informed ,so hopefully fixed.

I had a really enjoyable stay. The food at the restaurant is fantastic as was the breakfast in the café. Not forgetting the farm shop to take treats home. My room although a little on the small side was nicely decorated clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the estuary and a much appreciated welcome basket. Dog friendly - my doggy had a lovely stay with access almost directly from my room to a lawned area which she though was her personal on suite! I will definitely stay again.

A bin somewhere outside for poo bags would have been appreciated.

Lovely setting and very pretty . Immaculate and clean.It also smelt lovely 🤩 Lovely staff and felt very genuine .High quality ingredients for food and a very generous welcome pack. Over all great value for money and fabulous .

I loved my stay and I am only feeding back constructively. I took my dog and it was tricky to find bins, maybe directions to them or more of them would be helpful. You collect your keys from the farm shop but it isn't dog friendly and came as a suprise to a lady I met with a dog .Maybe warn guests first or organise pick up from a different area .However considering the high standard of rooms it is really nice that dogs are allowed .Very appreciated .Thank you . I had the fish for dinner and I could tell the quality was great but I was a bit disappointed with the meal.No veg , potatoes , and it felt like a jar poured over a slightly over cooked fish . Sorry but feed back was requested . Over all thank you it was a lovely stay and the breakfast was lovely 😍

We loved staying at Bodnant Welsh Food: you’re out of town but between the tea shop, food shop and restaurant, you have everything right there. The accommodation feels newly done, everything very clean. Tea and shortbread, snacks and glass bottles of water in the room, I felt well cared for.

Despite being in the country, there weren’t any public footpaths. We could see the bay/estuary which seemed like you could walk there, but apparently not. It’s a small thing and it didn’t bother us too much.

Fabulous room in a gorgeous, quiet location away from everyone. Lots of nice touches including free crisps and bottled water in the room. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, and staff were charming. Great farm shop on site.

For a food-driven venue, evening meals are not available on Mondays or Tuesdays, which needs to be made much clearer when booking. Luckily, we had time to drive into Conwy and find a supermarket to make ourselves a 'picnic tea' or we would have gone hungry.

Breakfast was very high quality. All local produce and very well cooked and presented. Good choice of options, a good start for the day. Our room was very comfortable and of a very generous size. The bed was extremely comfortable. T.V. a little confusing to understand, but we were not there for the television so no problem. Very surprised to find a microwave and kitchen, in a good way. Will be back definitely.

Wife would have liked curtain on main door. But no complaints.
