- The friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to check in 1,5 h later after set time - Really clean and new renovated hotel - Comfortable beds - The good parking area

- Stoppers on curtains holder make impossible to close it proper - Just under our window there was a car washing, so from 7 hours in the morning it started to be noisy and problematic to sleep. If you have plans to sleep longer ask a room far from car washing.

The room was even bigger than we expected, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Friendly and professional staff. The only objection would be the fact that the hotel is located next to a road with quite intense traffic both day and night and thus the noise of the cars bothered us a bit (especially at night, as during the day we were tourists by all means and did not stay too long in the hotel ). Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about, the quality-price ratio was a good one.

The chaos produced by traffic. Perhaps a better soundproofing of the hotel should be considered.

Everything was great, I did not interact with the staff that much but I have been to this hotel on numerous occasions and they are always friendly and helpful and I appreciate it especially when I am busy it's a gem of a hotel.

Location is far from the center of the city. Not many facilities and options in the hotel. Only the basic.

Location was key when I was looking for a place to stay in Veliko Turnovo. I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room. It’s great for a short-term stay.

The stairs are A BIT steep but there's only about 20

Easy parking. Location on the highway between Sofia and Varna, easy access from all routes. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

It wasn’t within walking distance from the city center, there wasn’t much around the hotel. We could hear the people from the other room talking and the noise woke me up at 6 AM.

Everything was neat and tidy. The staff was very nice and agreed to wait for us even after the check-in times. Thank you!

The staff were beyond excellent and the room was massive.
