The apartment was well situated with just a short walk to public transport and only a 10-15 minute comfortable walk to the Altstadt. There are a lot of different restaurants in a 500m radius. The apartment is comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped and clean (daily cleaning). The owner is communicative, very responsive and proud of the property. Limited parking possible. We would definitely stay here again when visiting!

I have booked the room a couple of days before arrival. However, I received a warm pre-welcome WhatsApp message with the preview of the room. Arriving there, it was a lot better than expected. Mr. Walid is a very charming host and made me feel very special on how he welcomed me. However, also when special things were needed on a short-term, Mr. Walid was very helpful in giving good advices. As by the room: My room was towards the street and when windows were closed, you didn't hear anything from the traffic, though the street is rather busy. The room was separated in a bedroom and living / kitchen area. Kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare food easily. However, walking disctance 3 minutes (leaving the hotel and turn right) is a REWE Supermarket so you can get your groveries. All together I'd say, this place is very recommendable, very clean and my special thanks go to Mr. Walid for making me feel not in a hotel but at home.

We were here for the Christmas markets for a weekend. Contact via booking.com messages was difficult, but after calling we could reserve a parking spot and got an upgrade to the penthouse. The building has a lift. Walking to the center is about 20 minutes, but there is also a metro nearby. This was perfect for our family with a 1 and 3-year-old. Our apartment was cleaned during our stay.

There is a movement sensor on the stairs of the building that beeps around every minute, which is bothersome. The personal says this is normal

The air conditioning was very noisy and seemed faulty as kept stopping and trying to restart the compressor. The exterior blinds were broken which meant no blackout when it was light. Some information on local bus services and public transport would have been nice

We loved the host! Othman was extremely nice and welcoming to us. The apartment has all necessary facilities and the location is great. You can walk, scooter or take the public transport to the centre within minutes. There is a supermarket with flexible opening hours nearby as well, we picked up some snacks after getting tipsy at the Christmas market 😁

The bed was a bit too soft for our liking but thats personal. Other than that all was fine!

Small studio near city center. About 15-20 min walking. Very new apartment with all necessary and modern stuff for a short stay. Private parking available but for a small fee of 15 euro. Good help and explanation of friendly staff member Otman. About 200m supermarket and subway. 2 or 3 stops to get to city center

Only one minor detail. Aircondition should be positioned slightly higher as it blows direct in your face at the seating area

Ease of access, quiet location and close to transport hubs, cafes and shopping.

Tobacco smells in the lift and on some of the fresh towels. Could do with some extra pillows, tea towels and cushions for the sofa.

I enjoyed my stay with this mesmerizing apartment, at the center of Dusseldorf, close to every public transportation and supermarket , very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

The location is central with all facilities around. The apartment is super clean and has all facilities, especially modern and digital . Kitchen well equipped and electric appliances well maintained. Staff was helpful. Waleed is a superhost, who takes care of all details, kind and helpful. I recommend the Hotel and would surely come back.
