I love the non-carpeted floors. Hotel carpets are nightmare fuel. This hotel felt clean, really enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot tub combo (you have to flip a switch for the hot tub, which is not labeled - make sure you ask if you can't find). I felt safe walking around grounds and at all hours - it's a quiet location. It's off of the really touristy path so you're out of the ruckus but still very close so it's the best of both worlds. It's a dog friendly hotel chain and it felt like there were tons of dogs - the pet fee was not as good as other La Quintas (which are typically no pet fee), but it was still better than most other chains. I have stayed at Hamptons, Marriots, etc before and after this place - and this one is up there. I feel like they were on top of any issue that arose (even minor ones, like an elevator button popping out, for example - was fixed very quickly) so it felt like the staff cared and was good at what they do.

Wifi was pretty choppy. I was working from the room and ran into a lot of problems. The breakfast was almost same thing every day (and I had a longer stay, so was more impacted than most would be). I also think they should reconsider using styrofoam plates and bowls - going paper is better for environment.

The location and price was reasonable.

We stay here because of the free breakfast, but since our last stay, the breakfast has changed, so much so, we had to leave a purchase breakfast elsewhere. It was very disappointing and added $200 to the cost of our stay. The mattress and pillows were like bricks, and the elevator had a lot of lag in them. The doors wouldn't close, buttons were loose, unsettling. Lastly, when charged for three people, there should be a place for three people to sit. I prefer not to use the bed as a table.

The staff was amazing, kind, friendly, and professional. Maria, Rick, Partha, and Devi were especially friendly and courteous. They accommodated us during our move to the area from a different state. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the place clean. Even though they had some maintenance work going on, it never interfered with our stay. They allowed our family pets stay as well. I would highly recommend this place for a night or extended stay, I'm sure you should have a similar experience.

Location is good, we like to be out of the craziness of the strip. This place is usually very clean. They have indoor and outdoor pool. We haven't used these but they look nice. The breakfast is pretty good for hotel.

One elevator was out and it took forever to get to our floor and back on 4th floor. There must have been a Birthday party for a kid and lots of families were there in the lobby going up and down.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. Their rooms on the first and second floor are pet friendly with vinyl floors. The pet fee is reasonable; $25 per pet with a max of 2 pets. The location is out of the busy area, but a short drive to all the attractions . Staff was friendly. The pool looked nice. I liked that an exercise facility was onsite; 3 treadmills, a bike, weights, and elliptical.

The bed sheets felt a little damp and a bit musty. Being that we were in a pet friendly room, there was a bit of a dog smell. Breakfast was good, but they didn't have the full breakfast during the week day.

The room was large, it had all the essentials a nice room should have. No carpet that is a plus. Clean as a whistle. They also have regular sized shampoo and conditioner not the mini ones. I liked the couch with the lounger. It was also clean. That is a nice change.

Squishy breakfast eggs. And no milk or regular creamer for coffee. They did not provide a fruit choice. You had a choice of a bruised apple or a shriveled orange. All of the breakfast meat was gone an hour before breakfast was over.

I have stayed in expensive hotels as well as some cheap ones in the area, This hotel is definitely in my top 3! You get the quality of an expensive hostel at an affordable price! I already canceled my booking in the fall and rebooked this hotel! I highly recommend giving this hotel a try! Oh and the spa/pool will have you melting with comfort from the time step into the pool!!!!

The breakfast was well stocked and clean area. When one of the items got low, I believe, a manger was telling each diner that more was coming and fast and efficiency was replenished. Room was big updated and you could smell the sheets were clean. Great value did not expect such a nice room! Bathroom was nicely updated and very bright plenty of clean fresh towels. The attendant at check in was fast and so friendly. Enjoyed the location away from the hustle and bustle. Indoor ool very warm and fairly clean it's just smaller and most likely in high demand. Easy trailer parking. Outside was being cleaned up when we arrived.

Every staff member that we encountered were friendly and helpful. *When the pool ran out of pool towels we requested and were provided with more. Within 10 minutes someone was in the pool area restocking pool towels. *When we got in late and requested late check out we were met with a friendly yes even though the hotel was full (bonus... No one knocked on our door before noon which is a common issue in many hotels!) Although not big, the pool was pretty cool, with part of the pool being a hot tub. This pool also had the warmest water of any hotel I've ever stayed in. It was NICE!! Great free breakfast in the morning. Hot coffee was available throughout the day during our stay . Beds and pillows were cozy and the room felt clean overall. Lobby is a cozy place to sit and visit. There is also a small business center. Although we didn't travel with our pooch, this hotel does allow pets. Our room didn't smell of pets. Once or twice there were pet puddles in the lobby and the staff was immediately cleaning and disinfecting... In fact they seemed to be cleaning almost constantly **I noticed other reviews mentioned noise from traffic..I requested a room on the back side of the hotel... Problem solved!

Some areas of the hotel such as elevators, some seating, and carpets looked worn/aged. While we never heard anyone in the surrounding rooms, the noise from the hall does travel to the rooms Pool deck is extremely slippery tile. We used pool towels to create a walkway after everyone in our party slipped at some point. Sometimes the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming. Larger luggage carts were rickety and covered in per hair... This wasn't an issue with the smaller carts as they don't have carpet type material on them.

You could bring your pet. Staff very helpful. I mentioned wanting to buy certain items & they recommended stores with great prices. Location easy to get in/out to main highway. Good, free breakfast. Beds were super comfortable. The whole facility was kept clean. Stayed here before but without my dog.

Thought a little pricey on having a dog—$25 a night. Not sure though because this was the first time I ever took a dog.
