I came to D’Andrea Lagoon because my partner had wanted to visit for many years, and I’m so glad we finally did, it turned out to be an incredible experience for both of us. We stayed in a beautiful swim-up room that offered complete peace and relaxation. The beach is only a short walk away, with crystal-clear water that’s perfect for swimming after a workout. As someone who does a lot of sport, I really appreciated how well this hotel caters to an active lifestyle. There’s plenty of space for outdoor exercise, and the surroundings are perfect for morning runs or training sessions in fresh air. The healthy food options were excellent, fresh, balanced, and full of variety, which made it easy to keep my nutrition on track while still enjoying the local flavors. The staff deserve special mention: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. A big thank you to the Hotel Director Lambros for making us feel so at home, and to Ioulios and his team for their great service and positive energy. The entire hotel is spotless, with an impressive attention to detail that shows how much they care about their guests. Whether you’re looking to completely unwind, stay active, or enjoy both, D’Andrea Lagoon is the perfect choice. We left with wonderful memories and are already planning to return.

Everything was just perfect but Anna on reception was like a guardian angel. Any problem she solved. An exceptional person within an outstanding team. It really makes a difference amazing service,, it's what you expect from a five star but rarely get to this standard.

Returned to this stunning hotel after 3 years and it was just as perfect as I remembered. Exceptional service, friendly and professional staff, luxurious suites, delicious food, and beautiful facilities. Everything felt relaxing and high-end from start to finish.

The fitness center could be better equipped, and it’s important to ensure all machines are in perfect working condition.

Exceptional resort with amazing rooms leading directly into the pool. We loved the tranquil atmosphere and excellent & friendly service (thank you Kostas & George). It was a true oasis to calm down, relax and indulge yourself. We really enjoyed the pool area, the tasty breakfast and the free tennis & yoga. Would come anytime again to this beautiful place.

If there is one point to optimize it‘s the beach area. It is - apparently limited due to current regulations - on only rudimentary facilities (small bar, shower). The beach itself is though really nice, private and clean. The resort is very calm and so are the guests, so don’t expect a lot of action taking place. Also due to its private location outside town, there is not any other bar or restaurant around the corner (you have to drive 5-10’ to the next village).

From the moment you arrive at the Hotel (approx 30 minutes drive from Kos Airport) you feel 'super-happy' !!! You receive a very warm greeting, refreshments, towel and information about the Hotel. Check in is seamless and it is as if the staff have been waiting for your arrival all day. The Hotel is STUNNING - low rise and very beautiful indeed! The meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are exceptional - everything made/baked on premises and the breakfast buffet is exceptional - everything you could wish for. Lunch is a-la-carte and dinner is either buffet (food theme changes each evening - Greek, Italian, BBQ, Asian etc) or a-la-carte. The Chef is in attendance at all times and able to prepare any personal request you have. Food and beverages are of the highest quality and presentation. All staff are exceptional - on all levels. The Hotel is managed by an exceptional Manager who is always in attendance to ensure everything is perfect. His level of perfectionism and professionalism is very evident. He is supported by an exceptional team whose motto is, I'm sure, to ensure all guests have a wonderful holiday experience. Mention has to be made to Maria, Monica, Anna and Geordia - wonderful team at the front of House who go above and beyond to organise anything/everything for you. Nothing is too much trouble and they are the loveliest of ladies. Prior to my arrival I had organised so many activities for our stay through Maria - her professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding. Her attitude was wonderful to any changes (at last minute) my group made and she organised anything we required. All wait staff are wonderful and happy team members and all cleaners are lovely and proficient people. I would recommend this five-star Hotel to anyone and look forward to the further 'extensions' it is making to be ready in 2026 - it will be an unbelievable place to stay.

NOTHING - everything was exceptional.

The hotel was great! It felt like we were all alone there - in a good way. - The common areas are super spacious and the guest were quite and respectful. - The breakfast was good with many warm options, desserts and fresh fruit - however, not many options for vegans. - The private beach was spacious as well - plenty of room for each couple, clean, and with a small booth where you can get some drinks. - The pool is really nice and beautiful - We had a swim up suit which is a must! - We were able to stay a couple of hours beyond checkout, the luggage was stored and a shower room was booked for us to use. - It was great that a bottle of water was brought up to the room each morning and also offered at the beach. Overall good service from staff. - It is very convenient to rent a cart directly from the hotel. You pick it up and drop it off at the hotel parking lot.

- Toilet in the room - Beware! At least in our room, the toilet is behind a glass door! - Location - the hotel is quite far from anything other than the next door hotel. So you need to rent a car if you want to do anything other than go to the beach. The taxis on the island are only good for going to and from the Airport. Otherwise it is almost impossible to get one. - Lack of toilet on the beach - which makes the distance from the hotel to the beach a bigger problem than it should be. It is not far if you go to the beach and back for a few hours. But it is far if you need to walk back every time you need to use the bathroom.

The hotel was truly amazing. We had the swim up room and it was worth every penny. The lagoon was such a nice touch to have outside of your room. The staff were really friendly and attentive. We found the lunch menu was our favourite as it had the most variety. We had such a great time there and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Too many bills. Makes more sense to just bring one bill out at the end. Don’t really see the benefit of having several bills at the table. We felt that there should be an automatic service charge added onto the bill for the staff. All of the staff were great so it would make our lives easier if it was on the bill already. Room service didn’t really work via the phone as no one ever picked up. It didn’t matter what time of the day you called. We ended up leaving our room and going to the bar to order. Would be nice to see the dinner menu change a bit. We went for the buffet most days as it was the only thing that changed on the menu.

The entire stay was amazing!! Great staff. Maria and her entire team ensure we had a great stay. We will certainly be going back.

A phenomenal experience from the moment I arrived l to when it sadly time to leave. The grounds and layout are spectacularly beautiful but the environment created by the staff is what makes this a once in a lifetime luxury experience. Maria, the reservations manager, greeted me on arrival and during my stay kindly helped me organise an upgrade and allowed me a late check out without even asking. Throughout my stay she made it a priority to ensure that any requests I had she would try her best to fulfil. The food was impeccable, the waiting staff were knowledgable and attentive, you can see the staff get along very well and maintain the upmost level of professionalism. The grounds are cleaned to some of the highest standards I have ever seen. In addition to the regular morning clean, they do an evening fresh up of the room too. The private beach was my personal favourite, you can really find a piece of heaven and ultimate relaxation here. In the middle of my stay I was gifted with a locally produced almond oil which was so kind and thoughtful. I cannot wait to return again!

The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, with crystal-clear waters that we enjoyed every single day. I must say, the staff truly made our stay exceptional. We met so many kind and genuine people, and we would like to extend a special thank you to the Hotel Director Lambros for his warm welcome and personal attention.
