A truly special villa with a spotless, beautifully decorated room, a balcony, and a breathtaking sea view. There’s a mosquito net for comfort, and the large double bed is exceptionally cozy. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the sunny rooftop terrace with a garden is simply enchanting! The host is incredibly welcoming – a kind, warm-hearted lady who’s always happy to help and share useful tips. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Staying at this villa was one of the most memorable and delightful experiences of our entire trip.

Beautiful villa, great location and Anne Marie is so helpful, she waited for us to arrive with our delayed flight and gave us a very useful itinerary based on the length of our stay! Our room was very spacious and very clean, we had no issues at all, we were comfortable and I know that if we needed anything, Anne Marie would support us. A beautiful home, decorated elegantly, we loved appreciating the art all over the villa as well (which is all made by Anne Marie's husband!) The rooftop is amazing too, we are so grateful for the lovely stay we had and only wished we were staying for longer.

What a beautiful villa and what a wonderful host! Anne Marie was so kind and helpful, she welcomed us warmly and suggested places for us to see. Our room was great, it was vast, and so was the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the room view was perfect! The view from the top floor was even better! We could see the whole St. Paul's bay with the boats and it was a really beautiful calm scenery. We loved the cats around the villa and the small kitchen upstairs where we could make coffee and relax at the terrace with the beautiful view. I even had some clothes that needed cleaning and Anne Marie washed them with no extra charge. She was an excellent host and made us feel right at home.

We stayed at Villa Zammitella for 3 nights. We had a delightful stay. Our room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. The room itself was small but more than big enough for us an we even had a small balcony. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator and stove as well as basic kitchen appliances. And a gorgeous roof terrace. The kitchen had free and delicious coffee and drinking water from an extra tap. We felt very welcome and even got a lot of tips for good places and restaurants in the area. And we got all of this combined to a very reasonable price per night. So we are completely happy and can rate nothing but a 10/10. Definitely a recommendation.

The hosts are a lovely couple who provided us with excellent local recommendations. Anne Marie gave us great advice about the best beach and restaurants to visit. The villa itself was comfortable and clean. It's set in a great location and has excellent travel links. The bathroom had great shower pressure and the room had a beautiful view over the bay. It was everything we needed for our few days in St Pauls and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Everything was perfect - there's nothing I would change.

I booked this accommodation on the basis of the fantastic reviews for my 18 year old daughter and her friend, we were not disappointed! Ann Marie was an exceptional host, nothing was too much trouble and she was super helpful. My daughter and her friend felt safe at all times in the accomodation and in the area (they actually commented how safe they felt at all times in Malta) Thank you Ann Marie for looking after the girls, they want to return to malta and we will definitely book the accommodation with you again.

Only a few minors points: A bit far from the city center (there is more of a suburban area of Sint-Paul’s Bay), there is not much around. We have had a little issue of hot water supply (fixed the next morning by the host) When people come and go in the night/early morning the doors are quite noisy

It is a fantastic villa, very elegant, in a calm place, out of the mess, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The view is fantastic and the owner is really kind and polite. The position is perfect for exploring the island. I had the room with internal private bathroom: room is very big and bathroom is very big too. I totally advice this place.

Anne Marie and her husband are the best. They will help you with all your questions and provide tips to make your stay a success. The place is amazing. There is a shared kitchen connected to the roof garden where you can chill and see the sun set.. or rise if you are up that early 😉

Honestly if there's anything that doesn't work they will do their utmost to fix anything promptly.

Lovely place and an absolutely amazing terrace on the roof with a bay view. The owner is super nice. She gave us some great tips for the beach nearby, explained how to get around, and recommended some good restaurants. Coffee and tea is provided at all times, you can cook and eat a meal on the terrace or in the kitchen. We felt very welcomed there and would definitely come again
