Liked it all. Lots of places to sit outside. Gazebo bar was great. Staff accommodating.
Did not realize there were no elevators. I can still do stairs but a first level room would be necessary for some and probably me in a few years. Need to make that clear when reserving.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and cozy. The location was great to explore downtown Wilmington on foot. We came when it was quite cold, so we didn't get to enjoy all of the outdoor seating areas, but they looked inviting.
The room's entry door is an all-glass door, and the only way to get privacy is to fully close the curtain. Not a huge problem, but it's on the stranger side of things I've seen at hotels. But this is clearly an old building remodeled into a hotel, and they did a wonderful job. There's no "free" parking at the hotel. The valet wasn't very truthful about the parking situation. Fact is, there's free on-street parking on the other side of 3rd Street, which is a two-minute walk away. No need to pay for valet parking at this hotel.

The staff were super and the location unbeatable. Lovely grounds too. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with light switches, hooks, and outlets perfectly located for convenience and good quality finishes. For example, the lighting had two settings dim for evening and bright for working or getting ready. The bed was super comfortable! The restaurant on site is excellent.
Would have been great to have a kettle in the room as well as a writing desk - even a small ones . The room card malfunctioned several times. The staff member was always ready to provide new cards but it was inconvenient given the number of times this occurred.

That being said, it was a sparkly clean hotel with a nice courtyard in an unbeatable location. The rooms are newly renovated and very stylish. The linens and the toiletries were so good that I took notes of the brands. And the mattress and pillows were also very nice. They did not cut any cost in ensuring the highest quality. We visited in winter, so sitting around the fire in the courtyard felt really good. Bonus points for that.
We found our room a little small - nothing inconvenient though. The vibe was kinda like a tight studio apartment with everything in a small area. However, it was comfortable. So no complaints. One place of improvement can be adding some more surface areas (floating shelves/ narrow desks) in the regular sized rooms to help guests unpack their stuff with more ease during a short stay.

Comfy, cozy and posh accommodations within walking distance to everything in the historic downtown riverfront area (restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping, historic homes, churches and the river walk). The garden area outside is inviting. The interior is beautifully decorated with an eye for detail, curious accents and a super comfy bed. The room was stocked with foodie favorites in a snack basket, a refrigerator with a nice selection of beverages and the bath area was stocked with luxurious soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with the seriously the nicest towels.
Parking is on the street with meters or by valet. No microwave in the room. No coffee maker in the room… but they do have their own restaurant and bar and they are walking distance to everything. The front desk is amazingly accommodating and they make up for any issue.

ARRIVE has created a true oasis in the absolute center of downtown Wilmington. Not necessarily known to be a luxurious City, the Hotel is probably the nicest place you'll visit during your stay. Elegant finishings and a stocked snack bar were great. The inner courtyard is lush with green and welcoming, with a gazebo bar, soft couches with firepits and cozy corners for conversation. TIP: Ask for a room on the second floor overlooking the front courtyard.
Parking in Wilmington is complicated, but the valet price $26/day was a bit pricy for the area. They could lower this to $20/night, and wouldn't lose anything. There was also some kind of technical device in the room closet, which kept switching on loudly every 10 minutes or so, then gargling like a teapot.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, which made for a really relaxing experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore. The hotel itself is super cute, with charming decor that really adds to the atmosphere. All the fire pits outside were an awesome touch. We especially loved the restaurant on site; the food was delicious (amazing grits for breakfast). Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with everything you need right at your doorstep!

The boutique feel of the hotel was well done. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the darkening shades. The bath towels were very soft which is always a nice surprise when so many hotels have poor towels that feel like sandpaper. The room was very clean and the staff were responsive; when we ran out of kleenex they brought a replacement immediately. The restaurant was quaint but the breakfast was a bit pricey.
It would be nice to have an adjustable shower head. My wife likes to shower without always wetting her hair but the tall shower did not allow for easy showering for her. We missed not having an ice bucket handy in the room when the weather was so hot outside. No access to coffee in the room or reception for early morning wake up was a disappointment. We also paid the online tip for our valet service that was requested, but then found an additional $26 charge on our bill that was a surprise.

staff were excellent. Room was nice and clean. surrounds were nice. location was within walking distance of the boardwalk and the town.
No on site parking but Valet parking was offered for $26/ night. We found parking directly across the street for $12 for 24 hours. $200 was charged to the card for incidentals which we only found out about when I questioned it after looking at my account for something else. would have been nice to have been informed of that at the booking stage. They reimbursed this a few days later.

The location was stunning, with a cute gazebo bar, fun rooms, and a great walkable location within Wilmington. Staff was super communicate and helpful, and we even had a nice breakfast at the attached restaurant. Fire pits were a bonus!
I asked about parking and the valet told me street parking was illegal overnight but neglected to mention there was a public parking lot across from the property that was 24 hour! Implied valet was the only option - easy to find on Google, no need to valet!
