Stay for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Close to the train station and easy to walk navigate all over the city and beyond. The hotel is plush and elegant. Staff were lovely and helped us navigate to where we needed to go. The star of the show is the morning breakfast served on rooftop terrace. Views of the city and Vesuvius every morning with included breakfast was an amazing treat. The food was amazing as well, we came back for the evening dinner service. It was excellent. Comfortable and incredible room and hotel. Miss it.

My only complaint would be the noise from outside. We had a balcony, and despite the sound proofing, we heard sirens all the time and made sleeping difficult at night. But it was worth it for the views and balcony. Nothing the hotel can do but just something to be aware of.

Spacious room, always clean with good, reliable air conditioning which is a must in Naples….The staff at the reception was very helpful and provided some good tips. The rooftop restaurant was fabulous… very good food and original cocktails. The staff was attentive and the service was excellent….went back a second time. Kudos to the chef who grilled the perfect beef filet ! Right around corner from the hotel, you can purchase tickets for the 24/7 hop on hop off bus tour and just a few minutes walk away at the Garibaldi Terminus you can join a pre-booked day trip tours such as those to the Amalfi coast or Pompei.

Location is good with all necessary amenities nearby such as small food markets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops but some shady people in the area so need to be vigilant walking mostly at night…. must say never felt unsafe, though.

We were charged additional 20 Euros because the second room had the names of the two occupants (Jorge & Maura Szendiuch) but the number of occupants on the reservation was “1”. The additional charge made mo sense.

Room had everything that we needed, the view from the balcony of Piazza Garibaldi was superb. Transport links are excellent with it being just a short walk to the subway and the train station. The roof top terrace has the most amazing views! We had breakfast in with our room rate and the selection was enormous!! Staff were welcoming and courteous. It was really helpful to store our luggage on the day we checked out - this gave us an entire extra day in Naples. To say the hotel is on a majorly busy road, we heard no road noise through the very effective windows!!!

Only minor niggles and really just personal preference - pillows were a little soft and the air con just didn't take the room down to cool enough for us

The location is super convenient to the central train station and about 20 mins walk to the shopping and main tourist sites. The room was spacious and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. The reception was very courteous and helpful.

I didn't realize that the hotel was in such a busy area. The first day arriving was a bit of a culture shock as it is like a Moroccan bazaar walking from the station to the hotel. Once I got over that, it was fine. The breakfast was a disappointment (as it typical in most Italian Hotels) and I would not recommend taking the breakfast option. Better to go out and have some authentic quality breakfast from Napoli.

Whenever I go to Napoli, I stay at the Una Hotel. This was my 10th stay there. The location makes it an ideal home base for exploring the Naples area; it's like an oasis from the city. The moment you walk through the door, you feel welcomed and safe. The front desk staff are extremely polite and helpful, and the level of service is exceptional. Our hotel room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning was nice and cool, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offers a plentiful variety of food, including a range of meats, cheeses, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. There is spumonte, fresh juice, coffee made to order, and a giant slice of honeycomb! The staff is attentive, efficient, and welcoming. We had dinner on the rooftop, and it was exceptional!

The location of the hotel is perfect, and it's easy to get anywhere. The breakfast is excellent, and especially having our coffee on the terrace after breakfast, with a view of Mount Vesuvius, was priceless for starting the day off right.

There was a measurement error in the bed headboard design in the room. When you want to read a book while sitting on the bed, the wooden light strip is positioned too low, so every time we lean back, we hit our heads. The reading lights are therefore ineffective in this situation. Additionally, the general room lighting panel is connected to the desk lamp, so it’s not possible to just turn on the desk lamp and work. In the bathroom, there are no hooks to hang towels. You can only hang them on the radiator panel, which is'nt hygienic because it’s located over the toilet, and any slight movement causes the towel to touch the toilet area. The hanger under the sink is also very low and not functional.

I stayed at Una Hotel in Naples with my adult children. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was professional, polite and very helpful. We had dinner two evenings in the hotel's restaurant. The morning brunch is exceptional! The views are great and the quality of food was very good.

The hotel was great, however the location at night is a little intimidating. We chose the hotel for its convenient location to the train station as we used Naples as our base for tours in the area. We ventured out the first evening, and stayed in the remaining nights.

I do like the UNA chain of hotels and the Naples one fulfilled all my expectations. Room was large and with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Hotel is in the same square as the main Naples train station so a very busy square but double glazed windows meant that we had a very good nights sleep. Room was at the back of the hotel so that helped. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of local items. Staff was super helpful . Hotel has a great rooftop terrace bar, We also tried the restaurant one evening and the food was superb. Really good place to stay in Naples.

UNA Hotel Napoli was a fantastic choice for my stay before and after a cruise in Naples. Being part of a well-known Italian hotel chain, it offers a level of quality and consistency that can be hard to find in independent hotels in the city, based on my past experiences. The room I stayed in was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, with the added bonus of two balconies offering wonderful views over Naples. The amenities provided were excellent, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although the hotel is located right next to the central train station, I found the area to be surprisingly safe, and the level of city noise was perfectly manageable. The breakfast each morning was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. One of the standout features of the hotel is its rooftop bar—stylish, relaxed, and offering fantastic panoramic views of the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the Front Desk team. They were consistently polite, welcoming, and extremely helpful with anything I needed. I truly felt looked after. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend UNA Hotel Napoli to anyone visiting the city.
