The location is super good, you are very close to Khao San, you can walk less than one km, or you can go very cheap by getting a taxi, in case you don't have a sim card with the Internet in the lobby you can start to use the free Wifi, doesn't have any password/

The wifi in the room never worked, I had to use my phone's internet, and the bathroom was very tiny just for big people to consider that.

I arrived at the hotel very early, they didnt have a room ready but they made sure that I was accommodated very quickly. The staff were very nice, free tea and coffee station, close to khosan road which was fun. Quiet despite the busy road outside. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

The room was large enough but the bathroom/toilet was difficult. the door opened directly onto the toilet and you had to walk into the shower to close the door so you could access the toilet. The shower was impossible to control, it was either scalding hot or cold, no inbetween, both mine and my friends were like this.

Good location for sighseeing in Bangkok. Most things we wanted to see were in walking or short taxi drive distance. The room was not very big, but enough for just arriving to it to get some rest and sleep.

Deposit - when we arrived to hotel I got an A4 side with list of things that I will be charged with if they will get damaged, with their prices (for example: glass, towel, matlat, pillow). I knew the hotel will take deposit (like other hotels in Thailand that we visited) but the way of handling this was not a nice welcome of guest in my opinion. Finally everything went smooth and we were returned the deposit without any issues, but it caused a bit of aftertaste.

Room was huge, especially for the money I paid. Air conditioning was working but it took a bit to cool the room. Warm water although it was hard to find the right balance, so it was either too warm or too cold. Beds were good. Reception staff was super friendly and helpful. You can also pay by card. Reception hallway is really nice, if you want to hang around at night or even during the day. They also have ness and tea and cookies available at your discretion. There are also two terraces where you can stay. Location is not perfect but it's ok for the price. You can get to some of the main attractions in about 30 minutes walking.

The room was clean but looked really used. Furniture had scratches everywhere so the first impression is not great, but after that you realize everything is functional and clean and that it's not such a big deal, then you don't care anymore :) The view in my room was non existent, there was a wall from another building in front so there is little to be done about this. So overall a great stay :)

Very good price for a very nice place, Very clean and safe place. very nice room and bathroom. in the maps it seems to be closed to a crowded road, but no noise inside, you have a 7 eleven just 20 meter out of the door on the right. if you need trnasportation to the airport is better if you book outside on your own and ask a pick up at the hotel. You can easily walk to Khaosan road... and stay to sleep in a silnet area .... you have big buddha temple just in front of the hotel just need to cross the road and enter in the temple area

The hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Although the hotel is located next to a main road, my room at the back was quiet. The room was cleaned every day. There is a lift. There is a 7/11 within walking distance of the hotel.

There was no kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but these were available free of charge downstairs in the lobby. I found this inconvenient because I had to walk downstairs each time I needed a cup of tea. The water in the shower was not hot.

Friendly and helpful staf, clean room, ac that is adjustable (even to very cold temperature) without noise, curtains that make the room very dark.

The water in shower is sometimes very hot, sometimes medium hot and sometimes icecold. Usually this changes during a 5 minute shower but sometimes have to wait 5 minutes and water stays icecold. Electrical waterheaters in every room would solve this.

Location is quiet but 15 minutes walk to khao san road.

the drain doesn’t work so the water from the shower floods the entire bathroom. There was only one plug available in the room so we had to unplug the tv so we can charge multiple devices. Hotel is not Not close to public transport so we only used Grab our entire stay

Nice room. Friendly staff. Free cafe and tea. Near by the Khao San road. Great temple across the street. The bus will bring you everywhere. To Chinatown, Chatchuka market, chao praya river. The busstop is 200 m to the right. 15 bath per trip. Its cheaper then a Tuktuk.

The shower was not very clean. I thought the roomdeposit was out of place.
