We had the most wonderful stay with hosts Gerry and Annie, who were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was absolutely luxurious—stylish, spotless, and so comfortable. I genuinely had the best night’s sleep! They went above and beyond for our 7-year-old son, even providing a toy cubby filled with games and activities to keep him entertained. It felt like a true home from home—one of those rare places where you can just turn up, relax instantly, and enjoy the height of comfort. And the breakfast—wow! It was to die for. Beautiful, high-quality ingredients cooked to perfection. You can really taste the care that goes into every detail here. We couldn’t fault a thing. Highly, highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

Everything about the stay was fab. The hosts were lovely & nothing was too much trouble, great location, nice walk to the beach, food was good too. We made use of the packed lunch option, the home made sausage rolls a real treat. The accommodation was spotless & loved the high speed wifi, smart tv & coffee maker & the treats left for us. Having a pub nearby serving lovely food was a plus, also a petrol station & Spar attached with a great selection of goods was useful. All in all a wonderful stay & would definately re-book & recommend.

Absolutely glorious stay. What lovely hosts Annie and Gerry are. Made us feel at home and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The huge bathroom and room were spotless with extra touches like a freddo on the bed for my son, homemade shortbread (best thing I’ve ever eaten) and a Tassimo in the room Breakfast was faultless with so much choice Gerry helped out my partner with the best place to buy local cheese whilst Annie taught my 5 year old some Welsh words. I couldn’t recommend more and can’t wait to go back

Once again this bnb really delivered exceptional service. This is our second stay here and won’t be our last. Annie and Gerry are so welcoming and make you feel like old friends rather than a paying guest. The room was immaculate with lots of homely touches should we have forgotten anything we needed. Breakfast is a real treat and left the house feeling full both days. We took advantage of the packed lunch which was perfect (the homemade sausage rolls were a real treat) and kept us going on our walking of the coastal path which you can access in about 10 minutes of walking. All in all a fab stay. Thanks again and see you soon.

Gerry and Annie couldn't be more helpful and the food was beautiful nothing was to much trouble went above and beyond to make sure you felt at home and so helpful in helping us navigate our first time in wales recommending places to visit we will definitely be going back for another year to spend our wedding anniversary at this beautiful place thanks again shealeen and James.

Stayed at Lon y Traeth Bed & Breakfast for 3 nights and it was brilliant! Annie and Jerry were dream hosts — super comfortable room, the breakfast, snacks, and hospitality were all excellent. There was a real welcoming, homely feel to the place. It's in a perfect location for exploring nearby attractions like Zip World, Conwy Castle, and Snowdon. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Gerry and Annie were so kind, hospitable and thoughtful. There is literally nothing we could have wished for that they didn’t provide us with, including the delicious snacks. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. It really was beyond all expectations. Our breakfast was a feest of choices. The beach is just a short walk away as is the local pub which is a lovely place to enjoy a drink and a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this B&B.

Annie and Gerry have thought of everything. Lon y Traeth Bed & Breakfast offers a warm welcome to weary travellers. From the home made shortbread on arrival, to the USB ports, the very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, excellent shower and wonderful home cooked breakfast. My pancakes were the best I’ve ever had. We loved our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t have time for a walk to the beach as we had to adhere to a timeframe but it’s just a short 10 minute walk. Annie and Gerry are very welcoming. The best B&B we have ever stayed at. Every effort and eye to detail has been made to ensure every need is met. Absolutely outstanding on cleanliness, comfort, top quality furniture, fittings & soft fittings, hospitality, and location. This is a high end accommodation with the BEST breakfast anyone could ask for. And to top it all off, Annie's deliciously home baked lovelies are provided as the cherry on the cake! So friendly & the genuinely warm welcome was another bonus. You really could not ask for more.

Genuinely did not find fault! Only issue was we couldn't stay indefinitely! Seriously, no problems at all.

As other reviewers have said, they provide literally everything you might possibly need (and more!). The room was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect as a base for exploring North Wales. All in all, an absolutely wonderful place!
