Friendly staff and a nice compact, clean room. The shower worked really well. The room was also very warm in case the weather got cold (it was warm during my stay so I did not need the heating). Only had breakfast once but that was good (you order from a menu and pay like in a restaurant which was a bit of a hassle). Nice quiet location next to the pier.

There were quite a few narrow stairs, not an issue for me but could be for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. A tall mirror would have been nice but not essential. One night we got a bit of a storm and the doors were banging, however, we are talking about gale force winds so no wonder it got a bit loud.

The location right in front of the historic pier and the bay was awesome. Really great view, even though my room did not face the water directly. Really friendly staff. The breakfast is something you select the prior evening, so when you come down in the morning it is freshly made only for you. I had the hearty vegetarian breakfast which kept me full almost the whole day.

I particularly liked my room, the decor, the new appliances and the general cleanliness, but there were some stains in the bed sheets. If the washing machine cannot get them out, you can‘t really use them anymore.

Lovely location. Our room was large with plenty of space. We had a great view out of the front of the hotel overlooking the pier. We booked in for dinner on our first night here, which was an Indian meal and was very nice. We had to pay extra for breakfast the next morning and this was also nice. Staff were very friendly. Close to Aber Falls, which was a lovely day out.

We think breakfast should've been included in the price we paid! There were not many parking spots at the hotel, but there were plenty around nearby.

Lovely location, nice place, my room was small (single room) but very pretty, stylish decor in great taste, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice bathroom and bathroom goodies. Great blackout curtains. Good quality towels, nice kettle, with tea and coffee. Lovely staff, great communication, excellent customer service, and the receptionist lady was really nice as well when I was checking in. Very friendly and helpful. Parking just outside is very handy too, and the location is so pretty.

The shower went cold a few times which was no my pleasant. I got there very late due to finishing work late and my room had no heating so it was quite chilly. It was all good once I went to bed, which was very comfortable.

It was as advertised. Our room was immaculate. The carpets were cleaned well. We used our white socks as sleepers, they remain white all throughout our stay. The furnitures, the interiors are beautiful! The owners have a very good taste. The beds are so comfortable. We didn’t have bed bug bites, thank you! Rainfall lovely shower, warm nice shower. The location! seafront view! Really nice quiet area. Close to amenities. 15mins walk to city centre. And wow!! Nomi restaurant was a pleasant surprise, the food was exquisite! You must try it. Last but not the least, the very friendly and attentive staffs. They were all professional and respectful.

keep the toilet window shut as tiny insects get in especially when the light is on.

The staff were super kind and helpful. Due to trees falling on the train tracks of my train, I came 4 hours past my check in time at the hotel. Normally they close check in at 22:00 pm and that’s when I aimed to check in, but due to the incident with the train tracks I only came in at 2am. The receptionist was so kind, he assured me he’d stay up until I arrive no matter how late it is, and to not worry. He was overall so helpful and understanding to me as a foreigner that has never been there, and you could tell it’s out of pure kindness and humanity, thank you!

I was later than expected as my trains had been delayed - when I messaged they were so helpful and reassured me that they would wait for my arrival even though I would miss late check in. Staff had waited on and I was extremely grateful. Room was perfectly clean with all I needed - clean crisp sheets, towels, shampoo / soap, kettle, coffee / tea, tv. Lovely view over gardens behind the building. I was too late to get food and had to leave too early to get breakfast but will return and try it out! Thanks very much for the stay.

Actually, Nomi Rooms is absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive because of some of the previous reviews but on arrival from Snowdonia, I was greeted with kindness and hospitality. It was a warm day, so I was immediately offered a fan for the room and the staff member brought it to the room. The towels and linen are plain white, which is my favourite in hotels, you don’t have to worry about stains being concealed underneath patterns. The room and bathroom were spotless and there were good quality toiletries provided. Plenty of tea and coffee, also some milk. The night light didn’t work but I was immediately brought a spare one to the room. Well done, Nomi Rooms. The area is really nice, close to the pier and there are other restaurants nearby, also shops and the train station within walking distance.

Noisy seagulls from 4 am but it’s also quite charming. If you’d like to sleep longer, maybe bring some earplugs.

Very cosy room under the roof with beautiful view over the pier and harbour. Facilities modern and functioning. Location close to pier, coast trail and bus station. Breakfast was very good with vegetarian and vegan choices as well. The hotel includes an outstanding Indian restaurant. Hotel is run by very nice people.

Breakfast was not included in room price (since it is a la carte), and for a person making day trips by using public transport, it is also a bit too late offered (8.30 am).

What a fabulous place! We were driving through so booked last minute. absolutely stunning location and view from our room. The hotel and restaurant is located on an elevated site right next to Bangor pier. The room was a great size despite being marked as “compact double”. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. Shower was also great. Our dog was made most welcome and allowed in dining conservatory. Breakfast is additional cost but was fresh and very tasty. Owners have recently taken over and could not have been more friendly or helpful. Other staff were equally as lovely. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again

Nothing but there is a tight staircase so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues
