It was very clean and the staff were lovely

Had a meal in the restaurant at night and within 2 minutes of ordering my starters and main course and drink they were all placed on my table !!!!!! Far far too quick ! As a solo traveller I wanted to spend as much time as possible enjoying my meal but I had to eat my main course before my starter so it wouldn’t go cold and the red wine that was recommended with the main was awful. It was brown not red and I had two sips and then left it. I went to the restaurant at 7.50pm and was back in my room by 8.30pm ! I would visit again but would make sure that my food was served as I want it.

Friendly staff and a nice compact, clean room. The shower worked really well. The room was also very warm in case the weather got cold (it was warm during my stay so I did not need the heating). Only had breakfast once but that was good (you order from a menu and pay like in a restaurant which was a bit of a hassle). Nice quiet location next to the pier.

There were quite a few narrow stairs, not an issue for me but could be for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. A tall mirror would have been nice but not essential. One night we got a bit of a storm and the doors were banging, however, we are talking about gale force winds so no wonder it got a bit loud.

The location right in front of the historic pier and the bay was awesome. Really great view, even though my room did not face the water directly. Really friendly staff. The breakfast is something you select the prior evening, so when you come down in the morning it is freshly made only for you. I had the hearty vegetarian breakfast which kept me full almost the whole day.

I particularly liked my room, the decor, the new appliances and the general cleanliness, but there were some stains in the bed sheets. If the washing machine cannot get them out, you can‘t really use them anymore.

Lovely location. Our room was large with plenty of space. We had a great view out of the front of the hotel overlooking the pier. We booked in for dinner on our first night here, which was an Indian meal and was very nice. We had to pay extra for breakfast the next morning and this was also nice. Staff were very friendly. Close to Aber Falls, which was a lovely day out.

We think breakfast should've been included in the price we paid! There were not many parking spots at the hotel, but there were plenty around nearby.

Lovely location near Bangor Pier. Great sea views from the room’s large windows. Very good shower & the room itself was clean & spacious. We had a pleasant meal in the restaurant below.

There was a lingering cigarette smell. (We are non smokers). The room is big enough to accommodate a king size bed rather than a double. There wasn’t a blind in the bathroom window. The bedding could be better quality & if using white sheets they should be spotless & better ironed. The room above has squeaky floorboards!!

Lovely location, nice place, my room was small (single room) but very pretty, stylish decor in great taste, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice bathroom and bathroom goodies. Great blackout curtains. Good quality towels, nice kettle, with tea and coffee. Lovely staff, great communication, excellent customer service, and the receptionist lady was really nice as well when I was checking in. Very friendly and helpful. Parking just outside is very handy too, and the location is so pretty.

The shower went cold a few times which was no my pleasant. I got there very late due to finishing work late and my room had no heating so it was quite chilly. It was all good once I went to bed, which was very comfortable.

Staff were very polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped with our luggage up the stairs & provided us with a fan as it was a hot day. Located near the pier with stunning views. The sea view room did not dissapoint, glad we upgraded. Very nice Indian restaurant on site. Pub & fish & chips nearby, cafe on the pier.

Can't think of any negatives.

It was as advertised. Our room was immaculate. The carpets were cleaned well. We used our white socks as sleepers, they remain white all throughout our stay. The furnitures, the interiors are beautiful! The owners have a very good taste. The beds are so comfortable. We didn’t have bed bug bites, thank you! Rainfall lovely shower, warm nice shower. The location! seafront view! Really nice quiet area. Close to amenities. 15mins walk to city centre. And wow!! Nomi restaurant was a pleasant surprise, the food was exquisite! You must try it. Last but not the least, the very friendly and attentive staffs. They were all professional and respectful.

keep the toilet window shut as tiny insects get in especially when the light is on.

Nomi is a pleasant small hotel overlooking the attractive bay at the northern end of Bangor with modern stylish rooms and an Indian restaurant attached. There are half a dozen or so hotel parking bays adjacent plus alternative parking in nearby streets. It's just a couple of minutes drive off the A5 as you come into Bangor from the south (A55 J11) and minutes from the town centre too.

As mine was a business trip, a desk suitable for using a laptop in the room would be a useful addition.

Nomi rooms & restaurant is situated in Garth a beautiful location literally overlooking the pier and gardens, they offer fine Indian cuisine and the rooms are clean, well maintained modern with rain showers and smart tvs with coffee making facilities. The staff were very helpful, respectful and lovely to liaise with! We had a family room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location! Will definitely book again and recommend to friends and family!
