Very well situated fort visiting Snowdonia, Anglesey, Caernarfon, Bangor and the seaside resorts in the West. Plenty of parking, large Tesco a few miles away, plenty of fuel choices. First class breakfast, reasonable size room. The shared bathroom facilities may be a turn off for some but given the reasonable pricing this is not a hardship. Hosts are lively and helpful with their local knowledge and willingness to offer advice on eating places, places to visit etc. I have stayed here twice now and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Biscuits are not provided with complementary teas and coffees. The bath towel is rather small. But these are minor quibbles.

Pleasant setting ,comfortable stay, felt homely. Very clean.Basic hospitality tray, average breakfast offering of fruit juice,cereal and cooked breakfast, with very tasty bacon. Friendly hardworking hosts. Great for a short stay Many thanks .

Some road traffic noise early morning. Dogs very welcome with usual rules. Would have liked a gate on the drive. 😊but appreciate that would be difficult due to location No hairdryer that I could find ! Overall a very satisfactory stay

Excellent breakfast, freshly cooked, quality ingredients, good portions, choice of cereal before generous cooked breakfast. Shared shower room/toilet offered no problems as there were only three rooms. Comfortable and cool lounge if you wanted a bigger tv screen or social chat. Ruth and Mark, the hosts, were friendly but not familiar and seemed keen to ensure your stay was comfortable. The had excellent local knowledge and responded positively to requests for, for instance, strong tea, the loan of utensils. There is a beautiful garden, the b & b is well placed for Bangor, the coast, Anglesey and Snowdonia. The double bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows to offer a good night's sleep. Ample parking hidden from the main road. All in all, they offered exceptional value for money.

No wardrobe. Hangers were offered so you could hang your shirts on the door, but none of them would accommodate trousers. No biscuits on arrival and subsequently! Very minor quibbles which are easily put right.

Ruth and her husband were lovely. The location is excellent, especially for the Llanberis Path for Snowden. It's very quiet and the bedroom was roomy and comfortable.

The bathroom was very small, and the shower was a bit unpredictable. The site states a restaurant, but it's actually a tearoom that closes at 5pm.

Even almost on a big roundabout is quiet and comfortable place. Perfect location for lots of trips around. Mrs Rachel was kind and helpful.

If you are not having a Wales Breakfast, could be better selection and more varieties. But Wales Breakfast is very good.

Picturesque and quaint little place stunning scenery and postcard picture perfect. Beds are exceptionally comfy, and the facilities provided in the rooms were quality. The staff were just amazing and went above and beyond, and they made the most amazing breakfasts and hot chocolate, even dairy free ones, too Even though it's located on a busy intersection, you couldn't hear any outside noise. Cannot wait to book again for next year

The shower was quite tempremental, which was either too hot or too cold, but we managed.

A very convenient location hosted by a congenital couple who went out of their way to accommodate their guests. Pretty gardens, a waterfall and koi pool and bird feeders all added to the ambiance!

I double size bed is tight for us.

Fantastic location, easy access from the A55. Green space outside for dogs was great. Room was comfortable for our needs. Breakfast was very good.

TV screen was a bit small, especially if viewing from the bed. Didn't bother us too much as we chose to read instead.

Location is perfect for touring all of north Wales, it has a good sized car park and the bonus is the host welcomes bikers, and have 2 downstairs rooms off from the main building next to where the bikes can be stored securely!

Although it’s August it was a tad cold in the room so I would bring a water bottle just to take away the chill on a evening.

Spent three days in the area and our stay was a perfect location. Lovely people and they gave us such a warm welcome. Our room was very comfortable and easy to relax in the evening. Breakfast was prepared wonderfully. Thank you very much.

I never find the need to say something negative for the sake of it. I'll call them A, B, C and X, Y Z.
