The staff here were lovely. Down to earth, friendly and offered great advice on what to see here. I couldn't fault them. They gave us a really good breakdown of everything available to us. Brilliant. The bar downstairs was quaint, drinks were decently priced (compared to London, it was dirt cheap!) I also lost two airpods while leaving, but was reunited with them very shortly after due to some quick work from the desk staff and housekeeping. Thank you!

I'd be nitpicking. No WiFi was odd but phone signal wasn't too bad. Shower didn't have a lot of pressure but worked. No major concerns tbh.

Close to the train st, national cycle network, lidl and pubs for food. Staff helped me store my bike inside to keep it safe over night. Clean room. Functional. Had some nice decorations.

Breakfast wasn't available until 8.30am which was a little later than I would have preferred, so opted not to book for that. The decor was in need of some TLC. There are 2 holes in the wall outside my room where they looked to have been punched through. The tiling in the bathroom was of an interesting composition, with the previous efforts on show. The bed was not the most comfortable.

The location was great just across the train station and it has free parking which helped because we drove there. It is just 10-15 mins away to Llanberis Path. Staff were also helpful when we asked if we could reheat our meals that we bought outside. If you want to have few drinks, there’s a pub in the vicinity as well.

Could use a little updating of facilities in the room.

THe hotel was well located for our needs, bonus was parking for two cars. Breakfast was excellent

We booked two rooms, the double was clean but tired and needed decorating, the twin room (on a different floor, even though was requested rooms close together) was not that clean and had black mould on the ceiling. When we returned from meal at just after 10pm the hotel bar was shut.

Staff wonderful especially landlady Wendy. Needed a room because husband had a stroke while we were on holiday, her first words were " I'll run you to the hospital!" Barman Will great too, another barman very friendly also. Breakfast great, nothing too much trouble Wendy has turned this bulding around , my room was basic but fine and clean..very handy right opposite station and bus stops. Was very easy to get to the hospital.very good value.

Building is old and therefore some room facilities basic, but has everything you really need. Lots of traffic outside but couldn't hear at night with window closed.

Its location if you’re traveling by train it’s great. All bus stops are very close to get to town and then go other places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. It has a bar and restaurant. Both looked clean but I didn’t try anything. I saw other meals and it looked fresh and lots of food. WiFi in room 2 was great.

The room was well sized for the two beds but the sheets were comfortable neither was the beds mattress. Lots of holes in the walls in the bathroom. Seemed clean.

All the staff that we met here were very welcoming, which made it feel very comfortable to be here! In a perfect little spot, excellent if you were arriving by train and also provided parking with excellent flexibility. We had the room with the shared bathroom but reception had let us know that we had it to ourselves. It would only be shared with one other room on any other occasions. Convenient location to explore North Wales.

The chair in the room was a little tired, but not a problem for us. The curtains were a little thin with the bright lights outside but we still slept ok.

Great staff good location for what we needed

Beds were terrible we had a twin room with two single beds but were very small and uncomfortable single beds didn't enjoy the bathroom too was a lot of mold and damp in The bathroom, having told the staff when we checked in that were doing nights and still was put up in the room next to a room being worked on so had the worst sleep tradesman was just doing his job but ruined me stay here and ruined our little sleep that we was able to get during our stay very dissatisfied.

Wendy, Kit and the rest of the team were welcoming, friendly and would go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. You couldn't come across nicer, more genuine team of people. I was more than happy with my room, as well as the overall running and upkeep of the Hotel. Wendy cooks a mean breakfast, too!! 10/10

Perfect location next to train station and bus stop, great if you are planning to go hiking to Snowdonia. Staff was really nice. Room was small but had everything necessary. Was clean, water was warm enough and those are the most important things after a nice hike

The mattress was bit old already with kinda "hole" in the middle. As it is next to the main road it can be bit noisy.
