Newly build and modern. Very comfortable rooms and bed. Would stay again. Room service food was very good and quick.

All good. Only a tip - walk through the bus terminal to get there. Google maps will try and send you around it via the road.

The hotel has recently opened and is very well appointed. If you like to watch planes the view of the runway is terrific . Breakfast was very good, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to all departure areas of tullamarine .

Position, atmosphere, decore, staff, quality of room

Buffet breakfast cutlery, coffee cups and glasses for juice missing - had to find staff to get replenished. Didn't seem like enough staff were available. Tea pots used as sugar pots with no signage and on lifting lids they were all empty. Food choices a little limited for vegetarians. Shuttle service departure blocked by road works which seemed to be a surprise to hotel staff - might be poor communication by company carrying out the work, but disappointing when wanting to get to airport in good time. ( Shuttle driver was excellent in the circumstances).

One of the criteria on booking was a free shuttle service to and from airport as we were travelling/ in transit with my elderly mother and 3 young children. We arrived and contacted property as they requested. We had to wait 45min and shuttle still not arrived. I contacted them again and it was still 30 min away. It was middle of winter so I took my elderly mum to taxi stand to pay for cab whilst everyone else walked with luggage (including 3 car seats) but were told we were unable to get a cab to the hotel as it was within walking distance to hotel which it is. We all ended up walking. Hotel is very close to airport but for an elderly lady a bit too far. Disappointed in the shuttle service on arrival but the next day the service was very good. Driver very friendly and helpful.

Lovely and clean. Breakfast was had a great selection. Was given a late checkout. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We rang for the courtesy bus, but the message wasn’t passed on, and so we waited outside, in the freezing cold of a Melbourne winter. I had to call again 45 minutes later and it arrived about 10 mins after that. I understand places get busy, but that was awful. Apparently they don’t check the messages for the bus at regular intervals, and the reception staff do the bus after midday. Not a great system. We would have been better off walking to the property, and would have if we’d known it was going to take so long.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to Terminal 4 at Melbourne Airport and it was very easy to walk there with my hand luggage and checked bags to catch my flight. Check-in was straight forward and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. While the room had a simple layout it felt very lux with the colours and fabric that have been used. The bed was very comfortable.

It is very confusing how to get back to the Terminal 4 car park after you stop out the front of the hotel to drop your bags off. I got lost and almost ended up in the Uber driver pick up line. Had to ask a parking attended where to go and then it required a very dodgy turn at some traffic lights to get where I could turn into the multi-storey car park.

A five minute walk from the airport. I loved the short video on the site showing exact directions. Great idea!! Breakfast was $80 for 2 but a good selection of food. I loved the coffee machine very easy to use and the pastries 🥐 yum! Comfortable lounges to relax in and very quiet areas in the foyer surrounded by gardens and greenery. We were allowed early checkin thank you Julie who was very accommodating as we arrived early due to early morning flight arrival. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all you needed. Huge bottles of soap, shampoo etc. very good! The restaurant delivered the best food the staff friendly and skilled. We had the chicken and steak cooked to perfection. Good selection of drinks and service was excellent. We will definitely return if needing to.

Nothing- not everything open on the weekends but we had enough choices

Very clean, no dreadful carpet deodorant smell! The room had everything I needed for comfort away from home. Fantastically clean, thank you very much to the housekeeping staff (good job). The bed was very comfortable and the choice of pillows was a bonus. An easy sign posted walk 5 minute walk from the airport front doors. Staff were friendly and competent. There's a great restaurant there too, but quite expensive. The food was terrific as was the service.

Didn't like the cobbled walkway as it proved to be difficult to pull my suitcases over it...seriously awful!

Great facilities, wellness area, ample sitting area downstairs to stretch your legs, or lounge around while you wait to check in/out. Great to have the shuttle service to/from the airport terminals. Gym facilities were like a commercial gym, which is unheard of in a hotel setting, there's digital classes you can take, 1x reformer pilates and compression boots, and a high-tech body scanner. Highly recommended just for these facilities alone.

room temperature gauge wasn't working, we tried turning down the heating but it didn't work, so tried overriding it for the aircon but it also failed. We ended up sweating through the night and got so thirsty and in hindsight, should have called downstairs to reception. Cafe closes early and restaurant quite pricey, we didn't dine there - perhaps next time.

It was quiet and relaxing. The pillows are horrible and are the size and firmness for giants, not for normal people. Now dealing with a sore and stiff neck. Take your own pillow if possible and throw there pillows on the floor. Bathrooms are nice but small, showers that have a flat tiled floor without a door allows water to splash out across the bathroom floor and into the passage area. No way of heating food, no microwave. A fridge that's now half the size they used to be and no freezer at the top. Not cold either.

The food menu wasn't something I would choose to eat. The only basic snack was fries, just not enough variety for healthy eaters. Air cons impossible to set or understand
