Location was absolutely perfect for my visit to Albury Performing Arts Centre which was less than 5 minutes walk , perfect also for Services Club on our Doorstop and for walks around the town discovering the beautiful Historical buildings . Friendly efficient staff, good communication around check in details , Room was thoroughly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tea and Coffee making facilities well stocked and much appreciated. As only stayed one night other facilities that were available were not required. Would certainly visit Albury again and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Seaton Arms motel . Thank you

Meals were not available for this room; so we ate locally and pleased the variety of other suppliers of these services. The location of Seaton Arms Motor Inn was perfect for sightseeing, gaining access to the freeway and other major roads and highways. Vehicular or traffic noise level and that of revelers was very distant to almost nonexistent. Off-street parking was a bonus; facilities are great and staff are very friendly. Access to clubs, pubs, eateries and shops are only minutes away by car. Our room was clean, neat, spacious and appeared to have been recently painted. It is quite difficult to find a comparable accommodation provider with all these attributes, especially at these prices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One trivial item was the inoperative exhaust vent in the bathroom. I suspect mould will build up quite quickly and another clean and repaint will be needed there. Everything else was fine though :-) .

-The staff were great in communicating and facilitating late check in -The rooms were spacious (had booked a twin room apartment) and neat -Instant hot water plus strong water pressure in the shower -Quiet location -Onsite parking availability (plus it was interesting to note availability of two charging spots for electric vehicles)

I had to stop the night in Albury when my work trip required another day, I booked the Seaton last minute. Check in was very smooth and soon I was relaxing in my room. Room was large too. The place looks great - the foliage growing up the poles and across the fence on the second floor is very impressive and looks great. Walking distance to the centre of town, next door to the shops (Woolies). Reasonably priced place for a few nights in Albury.

Good budget place for a short stay

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main street of Albury. Very comfortable room. friendly staff, tea, coffee, strong shower. Exactly what we expected. Would highly recommend as a stay on a road trip.

Some of the facilities were tired and older - but that's to be expected in a motel like this. It actually gives it part of it's charm. The most important aspect was that the room was completely clean and nice!

Loved the location, close to everything. Services Club next door with great food and kids play area.. Our receptionist (Pam I think!) Was so accommodating and planned ahead for us. We arrived early evening with 4 kids so she took it upon herself to turn the heaters on in our room and also book us a table at the club for dinner which took a job off my to do list that night.

The beds were a little firm but we weren't too bothered

The rooms are bit out dated but clean, the bed was comfy and the pillows and linen were good quality. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were pleasant. The motel is central to clubs and shopping. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Rooms were bit small

The apartment was very spacious and beds comfortable. Location perfect. Close enough to walk to cafes and beautiful tree lined streets, bird sounds and even possums on roof near our apartment door. Parking available in the courtyard below.

Nothing to complain about.

the property was in perfect proximity to shopping, restaurants, leisure activities. the room was very clean and provisions of coffee, tea, sugar and milk were well stocked. staff were very friendly and accommodating to any needs. we preferred the eco option of not having the room serviced each day and the staff still wanted to provide extra towels.

The only improvement I could think of would be a small area with seating so you could sit outside. The property doesn’t have a pool and it didn’t bother us at all.

Great beds, nice-sized room and relatively quiet. It also provided great central access to Albury without being on a major arterial road. Being next to, and part of the SS&A club provided a great option for evening meals.

Not enough power outlets for charging more than one phone or available for plugging in the toaster or kettle. Aside from being fiddly we didn't think it was safe to locate a steaming kettle or toaster - with elements inside a cupboard Light outside bathroom when internal bathroom light when on disturbs others sleeping.
