However I did check out since from19 may, now it is 17 june and I am still waiting refund of 50$ security deposite.

Breakfast was good and had pancakes, milk and yogurt. Location was good and close to the ferry, which I took to get to a concert venue. Very comfortable beds. Easy parking and parking was also possible before and after check out.

The breakfast room was not available, and we had to eat in the lobby, which did not have enough space for all to sit. Also, there was no water at the breakfast and you had to walk to the water fountain. Also, one of the female receptionists was not very friendly on the day of our check-in (I had an interaction when I called in the morning and during check-in) so I did not feel very welcomed. The other receptionists were all nice.

The location was right by Penn’s Landing and Old City. Also easy access to the highway. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. It was very convenient to have the parking lot access even though it was $35 a day. The breakfast buffet was good with many choices. Coffee was also very good.

We had a room on the 10th floor and it took a while for the hot water to come up the pipes. The air conditioner was a little noisy but not terrible. There was some sort of construction in the lobby by the elevators. The elevators were not the cleanest.

The proximity to the things we wanted to do was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise- we didn’t know there would be such a variety of food to choose from( and it was good!) We appreciated that the building was secure (security guard on premises) which was a great thing for peace of mind. We felt safe. Huge plus.

Parking was a bit of a challenge for us with a larger vehicle(truck) with tight turns. The noise level was a little high being so close to the highway and the street below. The walls also seemed a little thin- we could hear those in the room next to us having a good time in the wee hours of the morning. We would definitely stay again; But, next time we will bring a fan or a noise machine so we can sleep through the night.

The breakfasts were nice. It was hard for staff to keep up with demand but can't fault them. There were alot of guests. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great. We had great views of the river. Road noise was a but much on Saturday night. Ear plugs were great!!

Noise from other guests throughout the night. Some people are just inconsiderate and rude. Mostly the young drunk guys and the high schoolers on their field trip. The hotel tried to keep things under control but.

everything went well. The only surprise to me was a c;harge to my credit card that had never been done before. I've stayed at that hotel everytime I've been to Philly. Never had encountered a charge as I checked in. However it was removed a few weeks after we checked out.

Everytime I've been to philly since 2005 I have stayed in that hotel . The upper management staff is no longer as nice and helpful as they were when I first started staying in that hotel. But things change, I guess. The breakfast is always superb .

The location is good very close to the old city, the breakfast is property, the staff is nice, and the paid parking lot is available. Overall the conditions are convenient for a trip arrangement.

The air conditioner equipment is old with a louder operation fan noise, and the windows are barely soundproofed so you would hear noise when cars pass by during the middle night.

Staff was amazing! Front desk staff memebers Yasmeen and Terri were fantastic! Breakfast was well-stocked and comfortable. The floors all require a key-card to access. Parking is gated and overseen by an attendant. Location is great; it is tucked in a corner alongside the bridge to New Jersey, the river, and the expressway. I was concerned about safety, but it was perfect--somewhat remote but still accessible, pretty safe, and walakable to the historic sites.

Directions to getting there are a little tricky. We missed the turn and ended up on the bridge to Camden, NJ, which cost us a hefty toll and took a lot of time to turn around in the always heavy traffic.

Very beautiful scenery and the staff was very very professional and very nice to me and my family

I was using my cell phone, playing music and Security knocked on my door and said that my music was too loud and I needed to turn it down but I don’t believe it was Security. I think it was a stranger trying to come into my room very strange, because when I called the front desk they didn’t have any information about annoying noise on my floor I don’t believe it was the staff or if this actually took place you have weird people everywhere and we all must be very careful and mindful of those things 

Great location near the waterfront that was close to many attractions. Did a one night stay to see a concert at The Freedom Mortgage Arena. Easy access to the Philly waterfront and ferry that will take you across to Camden. Breakfast was surprisingly good. If you have kids, they will enjoy the automatic pancake machine.

Extra charge to park. If I book a room, I should not be charged extra for a parking spot. As others have commented, hotel is near multiple busy roads so it is a little noisy at night. I grew up near a busy street so I didn’t bother me. It is to be expected because of the location.
