Excellent! The house is very attractive, very clean and very comfortable.. The bed was excellent (as we get older, that matters more and more to us. ;-) There was plenty of hot water and everything worked. The room is small, but pleasant, with two big windows; and the lounge on the ground floor was very comfortable when we wanted to spread out our maps. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and attractively presented. The location was just right for our needs - about a half hour walk to the Falls in one direction, about a ten minute walk to the restaurants on Queen Street in the other direction. Sunny is an excellent hostess, even to the point of salting around our car after an ice storm and helping us to get our luggage organized and out.

It was perfect.

The Bed & Breakfast WeGo bus stop on River Road is only a block away in a safe neighborhood. Downtown (less touristy) is only a few blocks away. Using the entry code for the front door was efficient. Comfy mattress and pillows, hot shower and soft towels. Sunny is a friendly hostess and her breakfasts were delicious (Canadian maple syrup!). She asked if I had any food allergies. There is a coffee/tea setup in the dining area, as well as dishes to use, and a fridge is available to store leftovers.

Everything was perfect for my three nights in Niagara Falls, ON.

Sunny was very friendly and accommodating. She always made sure we had anything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and always left us satisfied and ready for a day full of adventures. We enjoyed conversations with the other guests we met as well.

Everything was lovely and clean, but it is an older home. The bathroom and shower are small and cozy, but great water pressure & plenty of hot water. Didn't take away from our stay, but just something to note. Because it is a B&B in a residential home, the guest rooms are upstairs close to each other. You do hear some noise, but nothing problematic.

Located outside of the tourist area, but still convenient. 10-15 minutes walk to the old Town. You can also walk to the Falls and new casino area in 30-40 minutes, but we chose to drive. Enough parking spots in the yard. Our room was small, but very nice and clean! There wasn't any bacteria or mold in the bathroom at all, even in obscure places. I like to keep my own home very clean, so I'm good at noticing stuff, and know how much work it takes to keep it that clean with all the humidity. And the owner is so nice! We only stayed one night for a concert. She told us about the free breakfast and checked with any requests. We said that we planned to sleep in but it'd be great if she could save some food for us. We were expecting cereal or bread. But when we got up just in time for check out, she gave us a full breakfast that she personally cooked and heated up for us. It was delicious too, way better than the stuff from tourist trap restaurants.

The only down side is that the AC unit is in the room and *very* loud. It cools the room alright. We were still able to sleep well though. We'd love to stay there again next time, and would highly recommend unless you have lots of luggage or are sentitive to the AC noise.

Located right beside a walking trail that gave access to bus station (7 minutes), Queen Street with restaurants, in one direction; 20 minutes to the falls in the other direction. Quiet streets, parking in back. Very cute decor, extremely clean and well maintained, breakfast was made fresh and delicious. Room was spacious with 2 large windows, air conditioning, ceiling fans and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Owner was very easy to deal with and accommodated our request hold our luggage. Felt truly welcome and comfortable here.

Communication with owner was by email through booking and there was a delay. Eventually I gave her my phone number and we texted each other.

The room was so quaint, the owner was accommodating and sweet! I loved the location, nice and quiet. The breakfast was well balance and hot! Plenty of food, and again accommodating when it comes to allergies or preferences!

The parking was weird when you’re coming in by GPS. I actually pulled in the neighbors driveway! The thing is the front of the house is around the corner, and when the GPS tells you to turn into the driveway, it is at the side of the house, so if you have an idea of what the house looks like from the app, it kind of throws you off a bit. But honestly, I have no complaint, just something to be aware of :)

Sunny was a wonderful hostess !! My mobile phone had water damage and that caused it to shut down and I had multiple problems (loss of access to my e-mail accts, contact list, etc) that affected my ability to communicate with anyone. I was very disheartened by the time I checked in to Strathaird B&B. Sunny was so encouraging and gracious to lend an empathetic ear and that meant a lot to me! My stay was fantastic and I can't wait to go back !!

Everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was very yummy!

Charming lil house, upon arrival spring in bloom ,pretty house. Beautiful inside and upstairs room so cute. Twin beds ok size.Impeccable taste in decor ,my favorite. Quiet and small deck at back for warmer weather.Our host just the sweetest and her breakfast-fabulously filling. Dining room elegant lots seating. Rooms very clean and small desk available to write or lap top plug in. 3 rooms available. Stayed only 2 nights but within 2min walk distance to WEGO stop. So much to say but Thank-You so much Sunny. Sunny was an amazing host! She is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She generously gifted us two cell phone protectors, which were useful for visiting the Falls, as well as a bottle of sparkling juice to celebrate Canada Day. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The breakfast she prepared for us in the morning was delicious, featuring egg, pancakes, sausages, tomatoes, and half an orange, served with coffee or tea. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend her place!

We absolutely loved staying here. We stayed 5 nights. It’s located in a nice , quiet neighborhood . The rooms are so cutely decorated and the place is so clean and quiet too. Each morning Sunny the owner/host prepared a delicious breakfast. The location is great. You can actually walk to the falls area in about 20-25 minutes. It’s also located close to the local WEGO bus stop and about a ten minute walk to the train/bus station. Places to eat are also within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Most important of all. Sunny the owner/host is such a wonderful , friendly, kind, person. We loved talking with her each day. She helped us so much with directions to places, catching a cab to go to the airport, places to eat etc. We plan to stay here again because of her kindness.

I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful.
