A stunning heritage house that allows you to dream a little about a bygone era of immense sugar wealth. Peaceful and authentic, we loved the history of the place. The host Andrew, deserves special mention as his friendliness and immense knowledge not only about the house but about the wildlife found in the surrounds kept us entertained. There is a parrot farm on the estate which we explored, as well as orchards and the chapel and graveyard attached was also interesting to visit. Multiple lounges also present to just chill and read. Wifi was not great all over but we enjoyed the disconnect. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back to experience the peace and solitude for a few more days next time. Breakfast was also very good.

The room was very small with a super large bathroom so we unpacked and dressed in the bathroom which is open plan with the room. Also not ideal as there's no toilet privacy. I thought the price of R750 pppn was a bit steep. We have had better value for money in so many other places but chose this place because I am so into heritage houses. The Booking site does not give you accurate information about the rooms. I hope the 4th pic that I uploaded with assist people better with booking rooms on our floor.

Breakfast was also extremely excellent and time keeping also marvelous and staff are being good too thanks very much

We have noticed that the only thing which is needed in the rooms are TVs and the Air-conditioning since if it's hot Fans cannot handle the situation other than that mosts othe the things are perfect

Please put the TV in the room. There will be no need to go down stairs for the TV. If you are tired you want to stay in the room

Kearsney Manor is a beautiful place. Peaceful and tranquil. Lovely surroundings.

It would be nice if the rooms had a TV. The dirt road leading to Kearsney Manor us horrendous especially if you have a normal sedan.

The location of Kearsney Manor is in a quite and peaceful plot surrounded by nature.

The wooden flooring on the upper rooms made noise when we were sleeping. I also like the cat that is in the plot.

The views sarounding the manor is absolutely beautiful, and so peaceful.... I'm already planning the next trip.

A beautiful historic building with lots of atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and simple, but comfortable.

it was nice quiet, clean, in a nice location closer to town the rooms were nice too

There are no aircons in the rooms
