Breakfast was excellent , especially for a chain hotel- cinnamon rolls were the best! Bathroom was very clean!

I’m a hotel member. I always stay at a Holiday Inn express if possible I didn’t request a late check out. My phone rang at 11:05 and asked if I knew what time checkout was. I said my husband was in the shower and that we would be down in a little bit. She asked how long because checkout is at 11 was not accommodating at all I was quite rude about the whole situation all the years I’ve stayed there. No one has ever called my room to ask when I was leaving.😡

Adequate table space in the room for both occupants. My father (91) got the handicapped accessible room he requested. All-night coffee in the breakfast area. Breakfast went beyond continental to include eggs etc. Nice atmosphere of kids running by to the pool.

In the handicapped accessible room of my father (91), the plush chair on rollers was impossible for him to sit in safely; we had to borrow a chair without rollers from the breakfast area.

The location was close to where I was visiting. The staff was friendly at the desk. It was clean.

I try to book handicap or shower access when traveling for health reasons. The toilet was fine with grab bars. However, the shower area was horrible. No grab bars in the tub (low tub) area. There was a handicap plastic feeling seat to put in the tub. Great if you have something to "grab" onto. Plus, the seat was unstable. For anyone with stability or handicap issues the handicap accessible room I had would not be good and I would not recommend.

The property was very clean! The breakfast they serve is very good! I have no complaints! They have this pancake machine that automatically makes you two pancakes! The room was spacious and the location of the hotel is very close to gas stations and shopping plazas! I will be staying here again in the future! The staff was super friendly and very helpful!

Room was clean. Bathroom accommodated my need for a seat in the tub/shower. Breakfast had a great variety and the seating was plenty. The elevator was clean and quiet.

No door handle sign "Do not disturb" Front desk needs to respond to a first call not a second for attention.

Room was very modern and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok and appreciated. (they don't know how to fully cook a pancake). Good, hot coffee.

Overall was very happy with this hotel. I think they should explain to guests at check in that they put a temporary $50 charge on your credit card until you check out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; very accommodating. The Hotel itself was very well kept and clean.

Nothing to do with the Hotel or staff but we had neighboring guests that were kind of loud and banging on the floor. We didn't complain but they do have posted signs on the wall to be mindful of noise after 8pm.

Location was good. Place was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned daily.

I am in a wheelchair and couldn't get the only roll in shower in the place. I can't step into a tub so I stayed for a week without being able to take a shower, had to do sponge baths. Handicapped parking was always full, too few spots. It was hard to get past kitchen area to rest of room, not enough wheelchair clearance. Eggs and sausage patties were dry and overcooked.

The property was well kept & very easy to find. Tucked back from the main road made it very quiet. The room was large, clean & well furnished.

The king size bed needed to be replaced. It was quite squeaky and although I found it comfortable, my other half didn’t.
