Apartment was spotless and Jane has added some lovely touches to make it feel welcoming. Private parking on the property within the well maintained yard. Apartment had everything you needed and more and Jane was very accommodating allowing us to check in early so we could explore Reims ,about a 15 minute walk away. Very nice breakfast provided to your apartment. Jane was a lovely host and we managed to communicate even though my french is very limited

Not a problem for most however some people may not like the stairs up to the kitchen and living area

The toilet are can be a bit of small space. Especially for people who are a bit taller.

Every surface was exceptionally clean. A very warm & cosy cottage as the weather was cold & wet. A beautifully well appointed kitchen upstairs along with a dining/lounge room with TV. Downstairs the bathroom, toilet & bedroom with a TV. There were lots of options for teas/coffee & Jane delivered a breakfast tray each morning of croissants, bread, jams, butter, milk, fruit & yoghurt. After Jane showed us through the cottage, she arrived with a bottle of champagne for us. There is a terrace off the kitchen upstairs with table & chairs, plus table & chairs outside the cottage in the pretty garden. Secure parking inside the walled garden with a key to operate the electric solid gates. Jane was a delight & went out of her way to make us feel welcome. A good walk approx 1.3km into Reims & 400m the other direction from the cottage to an Aldi. The bathroom had lots of towels & lots of extras, overall exceptional attention to detail.

Jane pointed out the height walking into the bedroom & going up/down the stairs. This is not a criticism, but as Jane noted you have to be careful

Location (10-15 min walking distance to downtown, 10 min driving to Velve Clicquot), safe parking. Breakfast was brought to us really delicious and fresh, certainly more than enough (we’ll miss the croissants!). Jane is friendly and helpful, and used Google Translator for communication. She provided a baby cot, stroller, high chair and books for our kid. The place is amazing for couples and small families (there are stairs that were not a problem for our kid but pay attention if you have a baby still crawling). There is also a nice terrace and a well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher)

We have stayed in six different accommodations across fifteen days and this was our favourite so far. It's safe (an electric gate and two internal locked doors), clean, warm and comfortable. Location is excellent. Shower is excellent. Jane is a kind and patient host who understood we spoke no French and used a translator app to speak with us. She also brought us a delicious breakfast with many choices. Thank you, Jane!

The toilet room is very small, so if you are overweight or very tall you will likely have trouble getting the door closed. My knees were up against the door.

Great location, close to the centre but in quiet area. Private and secure car parking (solid locked gates) very useful. Bathroom and bedroom on ground floor (no need to carry bags upstairs!). Very clean and comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with little extras. Jane was a kind and helpful host, and she set out a lovely breakfast for us on the terrace. We didn't speak any French but we communicated fine via Google translate, and felt very welcome. Thank you!

Very generous space, spotless clean just like it shows on the photos. Despite the host (Jane) cannot speak English, she was super nice and communicative (Google translate works). Powerful hot shower. Secured private parking with electric gate. Location was great, 10-15 minutes straight forward walk to town centre.

Lots of bread and dairy in the breakfast. It was fine with us but if you have intolerance or allergy concern, recommend to communicate it with the host in advance. We appreciate fruits (kiwi) was provided.

Beautiful little house which was spotlessly clean. We received a warm welcome from the hosts who were very friendly. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you needed. We had a fantastic stay topped off by a lovely breakfast in the morning which we enjoyed very much. We will definitely stay again in future.

Jeanne and her partner are lovely hosts. The property is delightful with good quality facilities and furnishings. The situation is close to Reims but in a quiet area. We enjoyed the roof terrace as the weather was very warm. The home was spotlessly clean.

Long life milk with the breakfast, fortunately we had our own fresh milk. Too many strong smelling air fresheners - not good for those with sensitive noses or allergies.

Lovely place to stay. If you have a nice car it's great off street parking tucked away in their driveway but the ramp in is slightly raised so may need to be careful if you own a low front sports car.

We did wake up to lots of noise next door in the middle of the night (3am) which I am guessing was other guests but we didn't see any other people there at all, which was a little strange?
