Excellent and friendly staff. Very professional and helpful. Cleaning staff was very thorough with making up my room. The hotel and the rooms are very modern and clean. Fairly spacious for a business hotel and well laid out. I had plenty of room to move around. There's a cafe space on the first floor with free tea, water, and soft drinks for all guests which I found quite refreshing. The hotel is right in front of a major shopping arcade, several bus stops, and several streetcar stops. Its also just around the corner from a major tourist street that leads to the Matsuyama chair lift. You can take a bus directly from the airport to a stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel's location is excellent. All the amenities were excellent and the AC's were allowed to go down to 20 C, allowing the room to stay quite cool even in the peak of summer.

I had very little to no complaints about the room or the hotel, though I wish the wifi had been a bit faster. It was mostly around 20-40 MB.

This hotel was such good value for money! We couldn't believe how inexpensive it was for 3 nights! We were in the small double room and we were worried it would be too small but it was more than enough room. The photos really don't do the room justice! The room is very well designed and has the shower/bath, basin, and toilets all separate. We also appreciated the humidifier as it was still so hot and it was not possible to sleep without the air conditioning on. We did walk with our suitcases from the station but could've got the tram. It is close to the Matsuyama Castle which is worth visiting and the Okaido shopping arcade along with restaurants and convenience stores. They advised they change the towels and empty bins as their housekeeping and this was more than enough for us.

⬆️ Location: near Okaido and several bus stations. So basically you can go to any popular places by bus. ⬆️ Matsuyama castle is in a walkable distance. ⬆️ facilities are good! Separate toilet and bath room. Room is well cleaned :) ⬆️ This city is quiet during night so plz don’t worry about any sound-proofing issues.

The room is a little bit narrow for two people with two luggages. But I think this is an overall problem of the hotels in Japan.

Good location, near the tram station that goes around Matsuyama. 5 min walking to the cable car to Matsuyama Castle. Mall and comercial street with shops, cafes and restaurants just in front of the hotel. The room is meant to be Japanese home-like experience, separating bath/toilet and the sink (which is in the main room). Breakfast was buffet, mixing Western and Asian cousine. There is coin laundry and vending machine, microwave and ice machine available on 2nd floor. Staff was really nice.

The air-conditioning is quiet and efficient. The bath room is good and quite Japanese style.The toilet is separate with modern electrical function. Very close to the high street called Okaido, perfect for eating drinking out and shopping. Can see a half of the Bansuiso building from my room 308.. Very good security to enter the hotel during the night.. Stayed for 5 nights. SK

There is a facility for coffee and tea on the ground floor. But I didn't know it until one day before departure. Pity.!!!

Nice spacious room with Japanese-style bathroom including a bathtub. Comfy beds and comfortable room layout. Little space for luggage though, but we managed. Very central in walking distance to the castle. Public transport nearby. For parking a car there’s two official parking spaces in cooperation with the hotel. The hotel hands you the exit cards for a reduced tariff.

The location is very central, near train station, airport limousine bus stop, shopping centre/street and eateries. Within walking distance to Matsuyama castle and museum, a short train ride to Dogo precinct. Okaido shopping street is just opposite the hotel. The toiletries provided are excellent with facial cleanser, lotion and moisturizer. Also provided many types of beverages besides coffee/tea for free. The laundry machines are super easy to use with English instruction.

The room is a bit small to open up two medium size luggage but we manage to put one on the couch and forgo the use of the couch. The staff hardly speak English but they tried their best to communicate and accommodated our needs.

The hotel was easy to find on the streetcar route, close to Okkaido stop, right across the road from excellent shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to the cablecar up to the castle. Breakfast included a very good selection of western and Japanese breakfast options.

Rooms were overheated, but we were able to open the window - a bit unusual in Japanese hotels.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is located very close to Matsuyama Castle and provides easy access to trams, buses and taxis. It is also in an area full of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Dogo Onsen is a short tram ride away.

The toilet was in a separate room across from the bathroom, but the room was tiny.

Easy to get around, castle behind so within walking distance, great supermarket over the rod (downstairs). Staff helpful with directions on public transport. Hired a car and went to the mountains, overnight parking g all around and nearby
