The breakfast was incredible. Nice staff. Very clean. The bedroom was simple but with EVERYTHING that you would want in a bedroom. I was impressed by the unique design of the bedroom. The bedrooms are away from the road, consequently, very quiet. There is an immense shopping centre across the road, and a bus stop three minutes away. The price of the hotel was very low compared with closer to Bilbao centre.

I should not complain because I knew before I booked. The hotel is way out of the centre of Bilbao. It's a 35 minute bus ride away. However the bus is dirt cheap and of course there is always uber.. Due to its location, the hotel is very cheap.

The breakfast was fine. Lots to choose from. The hotel was very close to an EV charging station for our car. The staff were very helpful in finding it for us.

It’s a budget hotel so you cannot expect plush furnishings.

Clase to city center (travelling by car), helpful and friendly straffrei Ibis Budget Barakaldo had all we needed: a comfortable quiet room, a hotel bar with food and an apple breakfast. And: they don't change for the dog. I'd respecto anytime.

The two buildings have seen better days and should be in the next refurbishment campaign of Accor Hotels.

Super friendly staff, very helpful - especially Enexo at the front desk. It is a basic room, but the location is excellent for the ferry. Everything you need is available nearby, and not too far of a walk to the Metro. Parking was free, but my observation was it fills by late evening.

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Free parking was available in the hotel’s carpark. • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy at the reception of the ‘Ibis hotel’, which is the next building to the ‘Ibis Budget hotel’. • First impression: The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the motorway. The place is clean, quiet and tidy with a lift to access the rooms. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There was a microwave on the ground floor, but no kitchen as this is a hotel. There was an ensuite bathroom which was clean and well equipped with towels and toiletries. • Bedroom: We were given two separate double bedrooms. The beds were soft and comfortable, with clean bedsheets and pillows. The room was spacious and luxurious. • Amenities: There was good wifi reception, and a TV in both rooms, with a lift. • Particulars: • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

Absolutely no facilities in room, no kettle, not one hook on wall. Room very small, banged my shoulder on TV to walk past end of bed. Aircon very noisy. Nowhere to park bikes under cover

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, on bus route, so easy and cheap into Bilbao. Buffet breakfast was good and again, staff helpful. Would recommend

The bedroom was extremely well laid out,very clean and very practical.we had 2 small dogs with us and it was perfect.The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good, fresh orange juice, croissants ,fresh bread,bacon and eggs etc..The staff was very friendly,the car park was free ,we were 3mn walking distance from a huge shopping centre and we were only 20 min drive from the ferry port.

The room is small but clean, cozy, cleaning was every day, breakfast is good, staff is wonderful! thank you.

There was no wardrobe in the room. There was no hair dryer. But this is a Budget hotel.

The hotel met my expectations, it was comfortable, clean and good. The room is comfortable. There is a parking and a lift. p.s. driving in this nice city is a challenge, and finding a way to this hotel is another challenge:))).
