Nobody to receive me, when I arrived there. I slept on the couch and one of the guest tried to contact you with no response.

Host was friendly and accommodating, room was small but very warm.and comfortable inside. Tea, coffee and lots of other amenities provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you might need during your stay. Shower is excellent. There is a laundry room too!

Only downside is location as its a few miles from the centre of Hamilton but even then its not a big issue

I felt so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. I went for one day ended up staying for 4 days. I plan to return. The lady who keeps the house clean was wonderful kind and attentive. I really appreciate the hospitality and the time I spent there. The owner of the house was quick to answer any questions I had. Had the opportunity to meet him and he was very kind.

Located in a great area with all you need close, also a bus stop right outside to take you downtown. Walter is friendly and easygoing, making the stay even easier! The house have also all you need from kitchen to laundry room.

The walls were very thin, if you are a light sleeper who easily gets disturbed by other people walking, get ear plugs.

Cleanless ,except the light in bathroom is poor and doesn't meet a good requirement for wall mirror ! I

Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities available for daily living. The value you get is unmatched, especially with it being in a great location.

Nothing. Can't complain or even say "you get what you pay for", since you get a lot more than what you paid for.

The location was exactly where I needed. It was in walking distance to all of the places that I needed to be. It's also right off the 403, which was perfect.

Air conditioning would certainly be a big improvement. It's a bit taxing in the summer when it gets hot.

Very close to the university, 10-15 min walking. The bedroom was comfortable, I could work at the desk inside with no problem whatsoever. The host was always available in case of doubts, beginning with the directions on how to arrive.

-Fully usable kitchen w cookware and plates etc provided -Clean house; more than decent furnishing and the like -Friendly and supportive and accessible communication with proprietor -associated with a trustworthy organization (Booking.com) -people I met staying there were friendly or decent people

The lock holding potential guest keys was set at passcode to open up (ie, anyone could have opened it); but this is more a concern for the proprietor
