We had an excellent stay! The property is clean and warm and an appropriate size for sharing. There’s some great facilities like sauna and hot tub for after slope recharging. There was the right amount of options available for breakfast such as scrambled eggs with sausage along with granola and yogurt. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. The shuttle bus stop is immediately outside the property. Overall this felt like the right price / value for a few days on the slopes. There’s plenty of USB sockets in the room for charging.
The property isn’t new but feels updated enough to work fine.

The property was very nice and clean, the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The place is very clean and the owners pay attention to every detail to be cleaned so people can feel comfortable during their stay. Me and my daughter loved the pool , I really enjoyed the hot tub. I went for a walk around the property during my stay and seen a small lake behind the lodge it was very nice to hear the water go down the stream.
I don’t have anything i didn’t like , but i just wish there was more choices in the breakfast menu like omelette or pancakes or waffles. But other than that it was okay.

We had a delightful stay! The room was pleasant and clean, and we greatly enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. The older gentleman who served us breakfast most mornings was very friendly and kind. The location provided us with great access to the stores and restaurants in Stowe, as well as gorgeous views of the mountains.
The fitted sheet on the king size bed was significantly too small and came off multiple times a night. Otherwise, no complaints!

The outdoor pool was freezing and what you'd expect from a non-luxurious outdoor pool, not the cleanest... The indoor pool was magnificent! Clean, heated, a fun bridge which leads guests to their quarters. The Jacuzzi looked wonderful but we opted to stay in the pool. I didn't try the sauna this time around. The rooms were very cozy and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was exceptional! Breakfast, served between 7-9AM was nicely organised. I wasn't too hungry but the man with the grey moustache at the service counter was remarkable.
The TV could have been larger. We would have liked to squeeze in a swim before checkout at 10AM but the pool was covered/closed at that time. I'd still visit again in a heartbeat!

the bed was clean and comfortable. the staff was very kind and understanding. they were quite helpful. the room for the most part was quiet. the breakfast could offer a little more in the way of breakfast options, but what they offered was fine and their staff was quite nice and courteous.
the surrounding area did not have much in the way of shopping and gas options. I thought the room rates were expensive but I guess vermont is like that because this option was actually the cheapest on offer.

Shannon and Mike are great. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. Location perfect for skiing Stowe. I travel a lot and sometimes have to do some of my own cleaning, but not at Northern Lights Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean. No dust anywhere. I checked some of the places for my own cleanliness and when those were already spotless, I went on to check the bathroom trim, on top of the doors and on top of the shower enclosure...and they were all clean! This is unusual but really nice. Also, bed was comfortable and shower pressure and temperature were great. Can't ask for more! Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.
That I had to leave after only two nights.

Property grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. Borders a beautiful river that we could hear from our room (block of rooms hotel style, and another block of rooms motel style). Staff was great. Breakfast is a buffet on paper, and such a treat! It’s not a walkable to restaurant locations really, but still very close to everything. Pools were nice. Game room was okay - there were lots of board games to borrow. Yard games were out during our stay. Rooms are not fancy, but nice and clean.

The room was adorable and clean. This place is full of VT charm. All the people there were warm, welcoming, and lovely. The pools were sparkling. The included breakfast was great. Internet was nice and strong (kids). The owners take really good care of everything and it shows. Well loved. Looking forward to going back.
No coffee pot in the room but this was easily manageable since they had fresh coffee, tea, and fixings in the common area all day every day.

Location was great for visiting relatives around the state, and there were lots of activities of interest nearby in Stowe and Waterbury. My cousin liked the 24/7 available coffee. The creek that ran behind the property was refreshing to see.
OK one little thing...the towels could have been larger and fluffier, but overall the beds were comfy and bathroom fixtures were easy to use, and nice selection of toiletries.

Breakfast was top notch. Green mountain coffee off the charts. Loved the organized way the breakfast was offered.the Breakfast General I called him/ kept everything running smoothly. Organic bread was amazing. Real scrambled eggs kept me full for several hours. Awesome. Lots of little upsides about the property. Rustic but fine and clean. Tv and wifi also excellent. My wife loved the babbling brook in the back.
Wish there was a little pub or something walking distance away.
