I did not read all the details. Was super excited about being by the lake. Although they offer a breakfast buffet, there's no room service. I understand its concept, hence the kitchen in the room. I'd definitely book again for a stay no longer that 3-4 days, especially if im just visiting for business. But I dont have any major complaints, considering an on site restaurant was not listed, just my mistake for not reading more into it. Again, I loved the location, cleanliness, the space, and staff!

The location was fabulous. Easy to find and all the staff were super friendly and helpful! I brought my dog and she was in heaven as there were so many other dogs for her to engage with. Folks hung outside their rooms more at this hotel than anywhere I’ve stayed and we met loads of people. It was a great weekend!!!

The breakfast could’ve had more choices. Only boiled eggs the 2 days I was there and sausage. Bacon and scrambled eggs would’ve been nice and maybe pastries. French toast was excellent!

The property was in a wonderful location. There was plenty to do around the area which my family enjoyed. Easy drive to Hot Springs National Park, mini golf close by, and the views of the hotel themselves were spectacular. The property was clean, breakfast was great, and the amenities were exactly as described and convenient. There was a Mexican restaurant nearby that was phenomenal and walking distance.

Nothing I didn’t like.

It’s clean and it has everything you need as if you were at home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

That the price change to a higher price then what the website said I would be paying and I don’t think that was right.

Breakfast was a little short on the pickens but other than that our stay was very enjoyable. Staff was prompt and very polite.

Traveling with pets can be strenuous. The area for dogs tu use the potty is a Lil small for bigger dogs.

The breakfast was amazing. love all the options. just like the one we stayed at in fort smith. Please keep all the options

water pressure wasnt what i hoped for. i know it was set the way it was to conserve but that should be the guests option. i really enjoy hard water pressure.

The room was nice and clean. We liked the space and mini kitchen. The bed was comfortable. We had a view of the lake and the location was good.
