Location was perfect - easy access to Commercial Street and nearby bike rental (Provincetown Bike Rental). Loads of restaurants/bars/shops/galleries nearby. The rooms are nicely separated giving it a more secluded feeling. The bedroom was super spacious and the bathroom had a huge two person shower. The general manager Mark Anthony was a delight! So helpful and welcoming - gave us great tips for Race Point Beach and the Breakwater (both of which we highly recommend!) Wonderful amenities- hot tub/sauna/steam room.

Bed could have been more comfortable for the quality of the rest of the hotel. Apart from that no notes!

The room and property were lovely and the location was excellent.

This property relies on Openkey for checkin and checkout as well as opening the door to the room. During our stay, we only saw cleaning people. When we checked in we didn’t know where our room was and were wandering around looking for the room when a cleaner helped us to find it. Open key had several door opening options and this staff member helped us to figure that out. There was a coffee maker in our room which did not work and there was no easy way to communicate this to our hosts. There was no one in the office when we attempted to speak with someone and we did not get a response to an email.

Beautiful, serene property. Great spa amenities. Convenient to everything on Commercial Street, but just far enough removed so it's still quiet. Plus our room was just steps away from all the deliciousness of Far Land Provisions, a short distance from Yolqueria and easy access to Cannery Wharf Park and the public beach.

I could have used another towel hook and a couple more shelves in the bathroom. The room gets a bit of street noise, particularly the trash truck coming by early in the morning.

I Loved everything about this hotel. From the staff that was so warm and welcoming (shout out for Marc Anthony and Michael who made you feel like you were more than a guest from the time you walked in the door until your last minute walking out the door ) Loved the wine and cheese hour that they had for you. The convenience of the Keurig machines in the rooms to the breakfast area for coffee and tea at all hours of the day. The special touches that they made in the court yards and sitting areas with the lanterns. It was so spectacular. I have not stopped bragging about this hotel since I got home. I can't wait to get back there. Hidden gem for Provincetown. Thank you to you all for making our stay for 5 nights there spectacular.

Nothing!!

The wine and snack afternoon reception was great. It was our wedding anniversary and Manager Marc Anthony sent a bottle of bubbly to our room and made sure we had dinner reservations for the evening. He sat in at the afternoon reception and gave everyone tips on things to see and do. He was very personable and helpful. He's the best! Adorable accommodations and the courtyard sitting area is very beautiful.

It would have been nice to have a pastry and juice available at morning coffee. Understandably local businesses are promoted for meals but local stores and bakeries could also benefit by being a source for those extras.

Staff were wonderful, we spoke with Marc Anthony several times who gave us recommendations for restaurants near by and was lovely. Everything was very clean, the hotel is right off of Commercial st and a short walk to the center.

The room we were in was right next to one of the entrances so it could be a loud whenever people came in as the doors are sturdy and close loudly. The biggest issue we had was that the bathroom was very small, which I usually don't care much about, however it was just physically difficult to move around in the shower. I will also say (and I believe this is booking.com or maybe my fault for not looking into it further) that parking is listed as "free" which is technically true, but it's very limited, I'd say maybe 5/6 spots? We were lucky and happen to get one, if not you'd have to pay at a public lot which I'm sure could make this affordable central location not as affordable as a hotel with guaranteed parking on site or close by for free.

I loved the location, it was central to everything! I loved the hot tub, I loved the sauna and I loved the steam room! I loved the sheets on the bed , super comfortable! We had a little issue with the TV, but the owner came over and was able to fix the connection and it worked fine the rest of our stay. The owners made us feel at home and told us of all the events going on in the city. I cannot wait to stay here again!!

Everything was excellent!

The hotel is so cute, and the staff were really helpful and welcoming. MarcAnthony went above and beyond: came to find us to give us recommendations for breakfast and yoga, and was very responsive to questions by text.

Note that the Ellery doesn't do breakfast. They gave us vouchers for the coffee shop up the street, which is a nice spot. They accept $8 of vouchers per day. Not a big deal but worth being aware.

First, Marc Anthony - out main point of contact was exceptional. He gave us an amazing room upgrade to a spacious room, sent us a bottle of wine while we were in the spa - and overall, he made the entire stay a highlight of our entire trip. The property is beautiful, convenient, and having access to the spa facilities really makes a HUGE difference.

I really don't have anything to suggest as an improvement - the stay was flawless.

My room was spacious and clean. It did say it had a working fireplace which I couldn't seem to work. After a call to management, they came and had it working!

My only complaint, which really had nothing to do the Ellery, there was a gentleman who was having a heated argument with someone on the phone. I'm not sure if he was outside or in a room, but I could hear the whole one sided conversation with F bombs flying left and right.
