Overall I was happy with my stay - no surprises or issues for me. The location was convenient as the hotel is within reasonable walking distance to Baird Center and downtown, and the neighborhood seemed reasonably nice and safe. Totally adequate simple breakfast, comfortable beds, well equipped and good-sized room. Also appreciated the small selection of snacks and drinks in the lobby as I arrived pretty late. The few interactions I had with the staff were positive as well.

Soundproofing isn't great, so if the couple next door has a heated fight at 2am you'll get to wake up and hear every detail like I did. Outside noise wasn't an issue, though.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Lots of outlets to charge devices. In room fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and safe were nice to have available. Included breakfast was simple and a very convenient way to start the day (make your own waffle, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, breads, milk, juice, coffee, tea). One of the best features of our stay was the complimentary hotel shuttle, which we used several times to take us to/from the convention center. I believe it operates within a 3 mile radius. The drivers were great! Very convenient to Marquette University and downtown. You could take the hotel shuttle or easily use public transportation to get there (the bus stop is very closeby).

Although it was a nonsmoking hotel and there was no odor in the room, the hallways often smelled of marijuana. The parking fee also seemed a bit steep for an unsecured lot across the street.

There was 24 hour shuttle and I was able to get to my meetings with no problem and within the area where I stayed at the Ramada there were very few other hotels that cost more that didn’t have Shuttle so I applaud. I applaud you all for having Shuttle if I ever in Milwaukee again I will definitely be staying at the Ramada. Thank you again.❤️

There wasn’t anything that I liked didn’t like only thing I think that the employees were overworked because the girl at the desk she had to do a 24 hour and it was another guy that did a 24 hour. I think you need to hire more people.

Comfortable room within walking distance of anything you could need. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was your typical hotel variety.

Interactions with staff were not the greatest. Showed up a little before check-in and desk person wouldn't acknowledge me, when i tried getting attention all I got was that it was not time yet, come back when it is. When checking in later that night, in which i had reserved and prepaid for 2 rooms, was continually being told I only reserved one even though I had the receipts and the reservation on my phone. Kept being told I was wrong and their system was right. Turned out he was entering it wrong. When checking out told the worker to have a great day and his response was yea whatever.

The hotel is nicely remodeled. The room was nicely decorated and very clean!! I really enjoyed the shuttle service and the drivers were super friendly. That service is available within a 3 mile radius which will definitely get you downtown. Breakfast was nice and different every day. Their sister hotel across the street (Ambassador) has 2 restaurant options: Gin Rickey (bar/restaurant) and The Fitz (more formal restaurant) if you don't feel like leaving the area. I will definitely come back to this hotel !!

Some of the front desk staff was friendly but others were a little less warm. Nothing that would prevent me from coming back. More constructive criticism for management.

Both desk agents were indifferent. They hardly spoke beyond just handling the business. A little friendliness would help me want to come back to Ramada. It was a bare bones facility. Not very decorated. Just the right amenities & features, but nothing more.

One said I'd be paying for overtime parking, $20, the other said there was no charge. I don't no whether I pd or not. The printer was broken, so she couldn't give me a receipt. What? Some management training is needed and assurance that the customers are not left behind, please.

The breakfast waffles were good. Not a lot of variety for fruit. Area for eating was very small. Location was very close to my son that I was visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the the towels were great and fluffy.

The Midwest in Winter is very cold. I did not like sleeping in socks because there was no carpeting and I get up a couple of times during the night. Elevator is not marked on the floor and it was very small. Three people with only one with luggage was a tight squeeze. It also should be listed that you need to pay for parking.

We were just looking for a bed for the night. The location was okay as there was nearby places to eat, parking was not too bad, although it was a bit of a walk with suitcases. Staff were friendly and the morning breakfast was very good.

We are short people and found the beds to be a bit high for us. Also the chair in the room was not real comfortable, but for the space for it I guess it was alright.

Staff was excellent. Great group of folks no matter what shift or day.

The location! Bad area, rife with drug dealers, homeless beggars and what appeared to be just plain street thugs. It's a shame that Milwaukee can't get a handle on this stuff. Not a reflection on the hotel at all but the city. In another location, this hotel would be great.

The location was great for getting in and out of Milwaukee without traffic. Parking at the hotel was plentiful and easy. Breakfast was very good.

The location is not near downtown, but it is not a terrible drive to get there. The television was not working in the room. It took a bit of work, but we were able to reconnect it to the internet provider and got it to work.
