The rooms were nice and clean as well as the breakfast area and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

The pool just needs to be cleaned more frequently, the scum build up on the wall going around the pool is gross.

The property was great!

We arrived at 2pm. Check in was 4pm. The gentleman at the front dest told me it would be an additional $100 dollars to check in at 2pm even tho the room was ready and not occupied! That’s outrageous.

Complimentary breakfast was very nice and well organized, the food was very good. The rooms were updated and clean. Great location Great pool and splash pad for children! My kids loved it! Activity for the pool area for juggling was fantastic! House keeping Is great they come around and check on you without you having to call for extras

we didn’t like that check in was at 4pm we called multiple times to check in early and asked to do early checkin for $100 we got there and the rooms weren’t ready and we were told to call back hourly and didn’t end up checking in until 4pm (rooms still were not ready until 420pm) Love that it is animal friendly but unfortunately people who brought their animals did not clean up after them around the hotel and left pee in the elevators without saying anything .. The activities for kids are great but not well organized movie night is 6-8 but movies do not apparently start until 8pm and the snacks and prizes are not a thing per the staff they stated it’s adverted incorrectly all over the building. Pillows are hard as a rock - bring your own

The property was very great I love it and will return.

I didn’t like the fact when I was about to sign out before I can leave I went back to the room before you knew it the staff was in my room taking my person liquor out of my refrigerator taking it down the hallway for her self I approach her and told her I didn’t leave yet why are you in my room she say she thought we were leaving I didn’t appreciate how rude that was and then to come in the room to steal that’s not cool I didn’t appreciate report her to the front desk but I doubt she got recommend for going in someone else room without finding out if they was leaving the hotel the woman at the front desk. Try to make excuse for her I just left. Hopefully I will return back..

We loved the pool area and hot tub and how close we were to the beach! It’s only about a block away, a quick walk to the beach which wasn’t at all busy!

The only problem was housekeeping never came to our room to clean or restock toilet paper or towels or anything else, and we stayed for a week. We took our dog and had to stay on the second floor which is designated for people staying with pets, and other dogs would pee in the hall way and instead of cleaning it up the just put up a wet floor sign and left the pee.

All the updated amenities were awesome the environment was friendly every staff member was super nice always smiling and greeting the front desk people were extremely welcoming let us check in two hours early the gym was very great it had all new varieties of equipment and a cable machine. My son enjoyed it he plays football the pool hot tub splash pad was Awesome! Hot tub was hot pool was warm it wasn’t cold when u got out of the pool it was very relaxing beautiful waterfall best pool/hot tub my youngest enjoyed splash pad I’ve been in at hotels I’ve stayed room was spacious beds were comfy gave us extra pillows restaurant looked cool I had kids so didn’t go but u can see ocean from inside can’t wait to go back n take my parents breakfast was awesome in the morning tooo variety choices perfect for me n kids they love pancake machine And the rates are awesome!!!!!!!

The only thing I would say is my son wanted some dumbbells weights in the gym but really you still get a good workout and some of the arcade games took our money n didn’t work but we didn’t complain that’s everywhere you go it’s a hit or miss

Missing socket on counter edge Water pressure in the bathtub was way too low Bathroom had yellow stains Ask the room service lady for towels. She stated very rudely she didnt have any. I asked if she knew when she would have some..she stated she didnt know. (I guess she was having a bad day) I called the front desk ..they brought some up.

The hotel was clean. The staff were always helpful, professional, and friendly. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The rooms were nice and updated. Make sure you request a microwave in your room. They have plenty of parking. Looks like they recently installed security cameras around the building and put code entry in for the pool, which was great. Walking to the beach is only 4 minutes. Resteraunt on the top floor is an awesome touch. I would definitely recommend staying here. Check-in was quick and painless.

Some meat options for breakfast would be nice, but there are plenty of places nearby.

We stay here exclusively now that we have our dog.The staff is always friendly & helpful, & the rooms are a nice size & very clean.I love that the hotel offers a grassy area to walk our dog.It’s kept very clean.You can tell it is rinsed throughout the day.

The only thing I do not like is the extra $30 nightly charge for bringing our dog with us.I understand why the hotel does this,however,I wish they would have a refundable charge or just charge the dog owner if their dog does any damage.Our dog is trained,well behaved & never left in the room by herself.She honestly would never cause any damage,and if she ever did,I would certainly pay.

We love staying at the Fenwick.We stayed here a few years ago when our regular hotel was booked.We loved it,& my daughter really enjoyed seeing all the dogs coming in & out of the lobby.We started staying here instead.Last year we got our own puppy & now we only stay at the Fenwick.The dog walking area is so convenient for our girl.The staff is always super welcoming & helpful.

My only complaint is the $30 a night pet fee.Our dog is very well behaved,& we never leave her alone in the room.I wish the hotel would take a pet deposit instead & just refund it when there is no damage.There are hotels in Ocean City that do not charge a nightly pet fee.
