The Village at Burleigh Heads is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach, parklands, and some of the best dining spots in the area. The facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped apartment, a smart TV for entertainment, and an air conditioner that worked brilliantly to combat the humidity.

However, while the apartments are spacious and well-appointed, sleep was a challenge. The area is quite noisy, with street sounds, birds, and high-performance cars hooning around making it difficult to get a restful night. The beds were quite firm, and there were no doonas provided, which added to the discomfort. We’d definitely recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. However, it is a great choice if you prioritise location and amenities, but be prepared for some nighttime disturbances.

I love the layout of the apartment and the kitchen was so nice, I never wanted to leave. I had a balcony on either side of the apartment, one facing the beach and one facing the pool/garden. I spent most meals looking at the beach which was in walking distance. The cafe downstairs was closed, but there is son much good food available in walking distance. My favourite was the coffee shak around the corner. Woolies is directly across the road too. I used public transport every where and the bus stop was about 3 minute walk away. The location really is unbeatable.

Probably 2 things, but not really a big deal. 1 there's road works happening by the beach and for some reason they operate more at night passed 12am. In the future it will be handy to have the tram line there to surfers ect. But when it's hot and you want the doors open at night it's a bit loud. But when the doors are closed you can't hear anything. Which I though was really crazy and need to find out what that glass is made of and there is aircon so no big deal, and out of hotels control. And 2 again not a big deal there was a clothes drying rack in the apartment, great washing machine by the way, but when I put a full load on the rack it took a while to dry. Perhaps 2 racks would be better.

Supplies were very basic and stingy We were a family of four staying there and only enough tea/coffee etc. for one person to have one cup per day. Only one refill on the toilet rolls. One washing detergent sachet. The microwave was too small for the plates, and there was no equipment for the oven. No heat mats, oven trays, oven mits, nothing. Knives were so blunt I got blisters. Most other kitchen equipment was pretty good, though. Also, one of the toilets didn't work. The washing machine broke, but they got a technician in the next day, which was pretty good.

The location was excellent. Close to lots of restaurants, a supermarket and the beach. The apartment was huge. Heaps of space, and having 2 bathrooms was great. We could see the ocean from our balcony. It was really quiet in the apartment even though the street outside is busy. The pool was lovely. Very secure with parking and lots of security doors. For the price, this apartment was really great.

Only one air-conditioning unit in the living area. We kept it running and kept bedroom doors open overnight and used ceiling fans. Lots of stairs and no lift. Not an issue for us, but it could be an issue for older people. WiFi was really slow some of the time.

Location was great, good access to town. Facilities were good, pool, spa and BBQ area are close to rooms. Quiet location. Rooms were spacious and had good lighting. Rooms have everything you need.

Rooms were not clean on arrival. dirty floors. We cleaned when we arrived in the room. Vacuum cleaner did not work, we had to request another from reception, staff let them selves to remove the vacuum cleaner they had let us use, with no notification. We advised reception staff who said that a manager would come and talk to us - never happened.

Location and Size of the apartment were great. Car Parking excellent. The complexes pool was excellent and outdoor grounds beautifully maintained. Hosts quick to respond when needed. We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable.

No biggies to worry about. The apartment itself (6) needs a bit of maintenance (broken hardware in shower, tile silicon, missing blinds and pull cords etc).

Great location. Burleigh is an awesome spot, so many eateries, 5 min walk to the beach, super market, bottle store , every thing we needed for a family's stay. Facilities were excellent, pool and spa used regularly.

Maybe the only downfall would be the strict rules for the pool, but that'd the only thing I can really think of. Still had a fabulous stay.

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment and had some ocean views. The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of room for my family. We loved the space and enjoyed how close we were to everything. Staff were accommodating when we arrived early and allowed us to check in and worked around us which was lovely.

The Village location was great, close to shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarket, and two blocks from the beach. The apartment was quite large, comfortable and had a nice view. We could even see a little of the sea.

Some kitchen stuff was missing, e.g. kitchen paper towels, or tea towels.

The apartment was well appointed and in an excellent location . Easy walking to everything, and loved the coffee shop attached .

Disappointed that the pool was so cold. I appreciate that we traveled in winter, but had hoped the pool had some heating.it was way too cold to swim in which was disappointing for my granddaughter, who all she wanted to do was swim on her holiday !
