The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was great clean and tidy, and the TV connected easily to the phone to share our TV apps, like Disney. The Golf course is amazing. We're not golfers, but we wanted somewhere to take the boys for a bike ride and the path around the golf course was so great. The boys loved it. The inground bounce pillow was a favourite, as too was the playground and the pools. So much to do there, we really didn't need to leave, but we wanted to get the boys out and about. Having an EV charging station in the parking was a bonus too.

The pool area is a fantastic space, but the layout could be improved. With the temperature at 38 degrees and no portable umbrellas available, finding shade feels like a game of hide and seek. While I understand concerns about wind, a simple solution could be installing fixed umbrellas for consistent shade. The pool area manager might want to reconsider the lounger and umbrella layout to make better use of the space. That said, the pool temperature was perfect, the kids’ splash park was well maintained, and the staff were attentive and helpful. We love the venue, especially the pool area, as it’s great for families. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive because it comes from a place of appreciation!

The room was very comfortable and the grounds were immaculate! The kids loved the pool area and games arcade, would have been nice to have some pool facilities for a slightly older age group (8-12; rather than 0-5), but otherwise great. What an awesome view to wake up to from level 15! Brekky buffet was awesome, as was the Italian restaurant for dinner.

A little disappointed there was no acknowledgement of our friend's birthday, despite leaving notes ahead of our reservation. It was a special occasion for us, so a little 'happy birthday' message on the tv on check in to our room or a cheap bottle of bubbles with a note which could have been added to our tab, would have been nice!

Staff were genuinely friendly, which suggests that they are happy with their job and treated well, and that flows through to their interactions with guests. Really enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary treats around the pool. Live entertainment around the pool. Free undercover parking.

My room could do with a deep dive dust, really get into the nooks and crannies, i.e., light fitting. My shower head was a bit leaky, not so that it couldn’t be used, but should have been picked up by housekeeping. I didn’t have any mugs or spoons. Would have liked to have room slippers. Room 915

Parking in hotel directly under reception, beautiful views, room's furniture looked all new and modern, great place for kids aged 0-5, kids pool heated, family vibe, big pools so it doesn't feel crowded, waterside for kids was great, Japanese restaurant within the hotel was very delicious, breakfast next day was good, check ina and checkout was very smooth, great staff!

The shower in the rooms leaked water all over the bathroom after showering, and the kids waterplay zone has some potential hazards, both my partner and kid accidentally hit the water guns in different times while running around.

We booked the mountain view room and what a lovely view we got of the mountains overlooking its sprawling golf course & pond. Big rooms and modern amenities, kids play area on the reception level kept our kid entertained. Loved their restaurants, amazing food and service. Spent a morning on the golf course and loved it. You will appreciate this resort if you have your own car to travel to attractions in GC. Parking was complimentary with booking.

If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the action in Gold Coast then this is about a 20 mins drive from there. However the resort has enough to do if you are there to relax. Shower felt a bit dated but am told they are undergoing a renovation and might be on the list.

Room was beautiful and spacious, great views over the pool area and also over part of one of the courses out the bathroom window. Bed super comfy. Buffet breakfast each morning was amazing. Staff all lovely, friendly and helpful. One Spa was incredible, would highly recommend having a treatment and enjoying the beautiful facilities. Tee's Clubhouse was a great place for food and drinks, super fast and friendly service. Husband enjoyed two of the courses.

The room wasn't available at check in time, and we ended up choosing a different room that was ready at 2.45 (on L7 instead of the advised L16) as we didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for the one we were supposed to be in

I would really enjoy a short period of time staying in RACV Royal pine Resort. We checked out from our previous serviced apartment in Gold Coast and we arrived in RACV at 10:00pm. Issac helped us to find out the solution before we had to attend our meeting at 1:00 pm and he managed to prioritize our request promptly. Before we can actually checked in the room, he kept his eyes on our unusual demand. He even dealt with our checking in process as soon as he finished his lunch break. He even recognized us actively in order to give us the room key in time. That has given us a really big help as we couldn’t figure out when we should have had the key before we were rush for an important meeting. Meanwhile, he gave us the access to the executive lounge before we could check in. That helped me, my wife and two children to have a proper refreshment. The most amazing thing is that Issac even helped us find out the price range for golf club that has given us the assurance of coming back to stay in RACV. He is one of the best member of staffs that I have even seen in 5-star hotels around the world. Additionally. We all enjoyed a seamless services during our stay as other staffs present very high professional services, especially room service, Japanese restaurant and executive lounge.

This hotel was the highlight of the trip. The view from the 15th floor over the golf course was incredible! The room was a superior suite, which is a great space for 3. It was comfortable to hang out in the room, and the bed was very comfortable. With a 12 year old in tow, we were able to enjoy tennis, golf and the swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was a big step up from what we had experienced elsewhere on our trip .

The tennis booking system is a bit of a fiasco - limited staff at reception have access to the booking system, we would have liked more time on the court. But the real lowlight was our dining experience at the onsite Japanese restaurant. We have always found teppanyaki to be engaging and as much entertainment as dinner but we were seated with a group who completed ignored the chef and continued to yap really loudly when he was doing his tricks - as a result the chef stopped performing so we just ate our overpriced meat and rice.

Loved how big the facility is, heaps of things for the kids to do, loved the Warm swimming pool, staff were amazing I was sun tanning and staff asked if I wanted an ice block which was really nice, staff take your order at the pool, concierge brought our bags to our room check in was made soo easy, hotel is close to supermarkets, fast food branches and nice area.

I think it was the last night in our hotel our bed wasn't properly made, the blanket was just thrown on top of the bed and looked like it was made but when the top blanket was pulled back it was the same slept in bed as the night before, Some ice machines were broken but we managed to find 1 that worked
