Very spacious apartments, the kitchen and lounge was big, airy, large windows that let in the light. My friend and I had our own bathrooms and were on opposite ends of the shared apartment which was good as you felt you had privacy despite living in the same place. I love the gorgeous tropical gardens landscape and facilities, the pool both indoor and outdoor. I must thank the staff as I asked for a special request/special need regarding accessing my apartment and they were so accomodating and kind and non judgemental. Also in general they were always helpful, warm and friendly. I came in 2018 also, and now this year. I will definitely return I like the apartments, its location down the road from the beach and quick stroll to Cavill Avenue. I love their is an indoor pool option. Also that it has a resort feel as you can sit in the garden or have a bbq. I.e. not just a huge concrete building and no plants outside or greenery. I am a very light sleeper and liked there were curtains in the room rather than crappy venetian blinds that let the light in.

Apartment size, facilities, view and location were absolutely amazing. Reception attendant was very lovely and accomodating and she was a pleasure to interact with.

Still waiting for security deposit to be returned after checking out on the 03/06/25 and now it’s the 06/06/25. Having stayed in another apartment in Kirra after leaving the aegean due to their scheduled outage and only checking out yesterday I am pleased their security deposit has already been returned. There was also constant power tool noise during my stay which I would have thought would have been communicated during booking or at least price minimised to compensate for disruption of peace. I was also unimpressed with the phone attendant when booking who did not provide alternative ways to pay to avoid excessive surcharge which I would have appreciated. Went to use the spa however decided against it due to the water having a strong off putting odour of dirty feet.

Aegean Apartments is on the older side, but the size, comfort, and cleanliness of the apartment outshines any of the more modern accommodations I have stayed at. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location I give 10/10, close to restaurants, Cavill Ave, beach and public transport, but still isolated enough not to be bothered by too much hustle & bustle. Facilities are lovely and clean. I would & have recommended Aegean Apartments to family & friends and will definitely be back myself.

Just one thing. Being able to see ( into their lounge) and be seen (in our bedroom) by the apartment below us. No biggie, though, as we were out most of the time & when we weren't, we just closed the curtains

Fabulous location. Like others have said the extra small amount for the ocean view is absolutely worth it. Stunning balconies. Huge space. Really clean. Pools are great, spa is great. It’s definitely tired in terms of interiors. so if you like clean clinical modernism this isn’t the place for you. But for us it was perfect.

This is really pedantic but they only gave us 1 dishwasher sachet for a 7 day stay. If they want people to do the washing, seems like they could be a bit more generous. That was honestly the only gripe. Minor.

Up on the 30th floor - had an absolutely amazing view - from the ocean to the inland canals and out to the mountains. The apartment was comfortable with everything that would be needed for a stay of multiple days. The price was very reasonable for what we got, which included a car bay for our rental car and also the facilities - of an indoor heated pool and spa (used everyday of our stay in Winter). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return ourselves one day. Thank you

The height difference from the master bedroom to the ensuite - during the night tripped on the metal lip to the ensuite. Very painful. Maybe could update/improve the furniture in the future, maybe some pictures/artwork on the walls.

Spacious- top location in surfers and good value.

$200 security a bit rich and should be advertised on this site, not on arrival, particularly having paid the full amount in advance & then waiting 7 days after departure to get your funds back. Big Turn off.

Good size apartment, comfortable beds, nice balcony. Very friendly and helpful reception staff

Could do with a few more kitchen implements, eg large saucepan, steak knives, ice cube trays in the freezer. Also, there were no drawers or shelves in the second bedroom, and very few coat hangers

I don't really ever like staying in Surfers I prefer further down the coast and a lot quieter but had 2 teenagers and also wanted to be closer to them parks. The room and the views made up for the above and the staff were just so friendly and helpful. If anyone must stay in Surfers I would highly recommend The Agean. The complete unit was so spacious unlike many other newer buildings.

There is nothing I didn't like about it.

Reception staff were friendly and professional. Our first room was large and spacious and clean with pool views however we asked to upgrade to oceanview room. We were able to book one easily due to availability at a really good price. This new room was amazing and well worth asking for. Facilities were excellent. The lifts were really fast. Loved our 2x night stay. We also requested late check out and got it. Great service and experience overall.

There was no salt in kitchen but we got some from the shops. Very minor issue.

Apartment was large & roomy and fully equipped with everything we needed on holiday. We got a little sea view which was a bonus. Spa, heated pool and gym were good. Excellent location.

Was dated, could do with modernizing. Salt and pepper would have been handy in the kitchen. Have to use your own Netflix account. Our taxi got locked in at 5am & we had to wait for an occupant to free us, should have signage warning this happens.
