Great campsite for tents, mobile homes, camper vans, and, in my case, lovely chalets. It is absolutely ideal for families and travellers keen to park up and go see Florence. The reception lady was great and courteous and also helpful, not a given in Italy! I found the facilities to be very good, with a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and ample free parking by the chalet. There is a free shuttle to and from Fiesole, which is a nice village 5 minutes away, from where you get the No7 bus in to Florence The view over Florence and the surrounding countryside is worth the money alone. The chalet itself was modern, compact, and very clean, with all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stat. Small kitchen area and lounge with good-sized very comfortable bed. Large sized bathroom with a very good shower. Outside, there is a table and chairs with two sun deck chairs on a patio area surrounded by nature. I would recommend this site without hesitation.

Nothing to dislike

The view was amazing. The cottages and tent areas were well spaced out that we didn't feel observed by neighbors. The cottages and the grounds were well-equipped and well-maintained (it actually felt that we weren't in Florence). Check-in was easy, and the pool was fun. We liked that there was a DJ in the afternoon during Ferragosto.

The furniture inside the cabins were too big that it was difficult to move around. Our cottage was at an incline that we were dizzy upon waking up. They could also put a vending machine for drinks and snacks, so guests wouldn't have to wait for the coffee bar to open at 7:00 am.

This is fantastic place. Even better than it is described. It is quite place. It has everything that it is needed. Maybe the bed could be little wider but they are comfy. It is perfect place from where you can go to Florence for a visit. Actually it is real relaxing from visiting very touristy Florence. There is a restaurant with excellent food. Also a market in the restaurant that is well stocked, not much but had everything that I need. Staff is very professional. You park your car in front of your app/ house. In a future we will plan to stay here again for sure. A shuttle bus drive us to the center of Fiesole, from where we took bus 7 , and journey last about 30 mins to Florence. One way bus ticket is 1,7 eur.

Just mosquitos, but you can buy/bring all that it is needed to protect yourself from it.

Great location, all necessary camping facilities including a small supermarket, pool with a view, free transfer to Fiesole and from there easy route to get to the center of Firenze.

All fine and super friendly staff, maybe one point that we held for odd is that nobody mentioned the need to reserve a spot in the restaurant for dinner, as we managed to seat we waited a long while for 1 pizza (while the other main dish has been served) which was brought without cheese and tomato sauce… weird.

Everything about our stay was superb, we travelled as a family with different accommodation types the pool was lovely the reception staff were helpful, the staff running the shuttle and keeping the grounds, worked tirelessly keeping the shuttle to time and the grounds immaculate. The views restaurant was great and as said on the tin, the views were spectacular. The restaurant staff were amazing, and could not do enough to make you welcome, and the food was very good. One of our party exclaimed that the ham and truffle pizza was the best pizza they had ever tasted. We loved our stay and if we come back to Florence we will definitely stay here.

The shop could be better stocked,

Lovely spot up in the forest with nearby walking trails. The staff at the reception were very helpful. They were happy to store our bags for us before check-in time, and provided us good recommendations for local walks and landmarks in Fiesole. The hourly shuttle bus from the camping village to Fiesole bus stop was really convenient, and linked up well with the public bus timetable (no.7 bus takes you to the Florence train station).

Gas stove ignition was broken in our chalet, but they provided a lighter which worked as a quick fix.

I loved the cleanliness and overlooking view of Florence that it had! The convenience of having a small store+restaurant+bar on the site was nice too!

It was sad that we didn’t get to use our jacuzzi option due to its malfunction, but the staff communicated well with me and was generous enough to admit the inconvenience we went through and partially refunded our stay. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation.

Everything here was just great...the location and it's views are stunning with loads of great local services in Fiesole. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and lovely - especially Ester and the restaurant team. The site's shuttle bus is a brilliant service down to Fiesole and the bus to Florence is really regular and stops right next to the main train and bus stations, so perfect if you don't want to drive but still want days out as well as being able to chill at the site. The accommodation was lovely, everything we needed and super clean, and there were plenty of fresh towels and bedding provided throughout our stay. You don't feel over crowded when there's so much lovely space around. We'll definitely be back - we had a wonderful stay, thanks to all the Team at Panoramic x

Excellent staff, always helpful, smiling. Nice, new, clean facilities. Restaurant food and service were also excellent. I would stay there again.

Pool water temperature - too cold, not pleasant. Shuttle van schedule - running once per hour is not enough. It requires planning and is a source of stress. If it was once per 30 minutes it would have been better. Water pressure in the morning - not sure why but taking a shower between 8 and 9 AM was difficult. Either there is no hot water or no water at all. It was a challenge. No issues at other times though.

Location was fantastic, overlooking Florence. The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially the ones from the restaurant. Chef Roby and Andrea are really nice, actually all of them but didn’t managed to ask their names.

I like everything but I can only suggest that they provide rugs for the bathroom floor.
