Staff were very welcoming and always pleasant. The room was a great size for my husband and myself. Having the kitchenette was an added bonus if we decided to eat in. Beds were comfy and always had a good nights sleep. Shops and restaurants only a short walk away. Would consider staying here again.
Only thing was the parking. We had a car. Easily get a park up to about 5ish. After that time guest parking was very difficult. This limited the use of our car after 5pm as we didn't want to park further and pay. So heading out for dinner was either eat in or walk. If parking was better I would have rated 10/10.

Room was big and comfortable - Remarkables out the window. This hotel is in Frankton which is a 'virtual 15 minute city' type suburb and so a lot of stuff around you. However the hotel is currently very quiet in a hardly used street with lots of open space around it - so a GEM !!! This may change in future. Currently a bargain in Queenstown and would stay there again. Proximity to Airport and Car Rentals was 100%
Not related to the hotel which is GREAT, but to the AREA of Frankton itself - The only wifi in this area is 5G and my persoanl choice of using only 3 or 4 meant my phone did not work unless I enabled 5G. The whole Frankton area is sad as IMHO it is an example of the future of living on top of each other in 'future slums'

The location was central which it made for easy access to everything from the Remarkables Market, to the downtown area and anywhere else I wanted to get. The parking specifically for guests was also nice as I did not have to carry my stuff very far or find parking on the street. It was conveniently located. My room was nicer and the blackout curtains made it so I could sleep in and wake up at my leisure. The mini fridge was helpful for storing my groceries. I think the best part though was the amazing staff who greeted me when I arrived with such warmth and care. Even though I was running like a chicken with my head cut off, on their part, they made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and their desire to help however they could to get me settled was so nice. They were also such sweet girls that just by their presence, it made me feel welcome.
The second night i believe someone was checking in next door and it was easy to hear them. Thankfully they quieted down within 15-20 minutes of arriving but their initial arrival was audible enough to stir me from almost falling asleep.

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was sound proof so we enjoyed a quiet rest. The mountain view from our room was beautiful. Our room was equipped with a washer/dryer which is a plus after being on the road for a few days. The kitchen had everything we needed, we were super comfortable and happy. We had a rental car to get around but there is a bus stop not to far from Quest that go to Queenstown CBD, the airport and even as far as Arrowtown. We enjoyed staying at Quest and will definitely book here again.
We enjoyed everything and was sad when our time here came to an end and we had to head back home.

Excellent location, three minute drive away from the airport. Room was a good size, with working facilities. Washing machine worked a treat, plenty of wardrobe space, plenty of space for luggage on the floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area was quiet and noise was not an issue. City centre only a 15/20 minute drive, and good connection to Wanaka, coronet peak, remarkables. Would stay here again next time.
There was one morning where hot water was not running. Not a big issue for that day in particular, and they fixed it within the day. Staff updated the guests, so not a big concern but would point this out. Parking can be limited right outside hotel, but not a big issue as there is parking at the gravel just outside.

Beautiful clean warm spacious rooms! Beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable bed and well equipped with all the essentials. Coffee machine was fabulous and the room and facilities were absolutely spotless.very welcoming staff and a friendly atmosphere. Such great value for money. Location is great and you're within a coyole of mibs walk to the shopping center with everything you could need. The room was fitted with a washer/drier also which is super convenient. Quest Queenstown will definitely be a highly recommend stay to anyone visiting Queenstown! Beautiful rooms, with small luxury touches, great location and such great value for money. Free wifi and free parking Will confidently recommend and rebook with Quest Queenstown again. Thank you.
Cannot fault this place. Was over the moon with my stay.

Beautifully appointed 1 bedroom studio apartment in quite new building, with all mod cons - full kitchen amenities, including dishwasher and washing machine, ironing board, iron, ample power sockets, main lights with dimmer. Coffee pod machine with pods. .Modern, stylish decor, storage - shelves and hanging. Great bathroom, fabulous shower. Location is 7kms out from Queenstown town centre - but it was an advantage for us - Queenstown itself was very congested and it was easier to drive in when we needed to. There was a shopping mall and restaurants a very short walk away. There was also a local bus 2 mins away which took you into Queenstown if you didn't want to drive. Staff were very helpful and obliging.
Limited number of dedicated free parking spots on the street outside the building which were taken by about 4 pm when we were there. The alternative, if you missed out, was an $11 overnight parking 5 minutes away.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room and the entire hotel. For an airport hotel, it was silent. We didn’t hear any planes, traffic or noise from other rooms. The hotel is new, modern and rooms are stunning, large, clean, and functional. We had a king studio which came with a kitchenette and washing machine, dishwasher, hob, toaster, microwave. The hotel provided dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, detergent, cloths, cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, milk, salt and pepper. Bathroom was spotless, great shower and lots of hanging and storage space. New, soft fluffy towels, comfy king size bed, and air conditioning. We came after reception hours and self check-in was quick and easy. Lots of free parking. We highly recommend Quest.

Very spacious studio apartment, very clean. Great location, easy to get to ski fields but with a local bus which was only $2 to get into town. Easy to walk to several restaurants and a large supermarket too. Parking was easy. Very close to the airport, but actually minimal flight noise. Beds were comfortable, daily servicing. Washing machine, dishwasher drawer, hot plate. If you are skiing this is great because it avoids the worst of the traffic in and out of Queenstown
The shower temperature varied a lot (I assume with other apartments using hot/cold water) but that’s not the hotel’s fault - it’s the building. I found the building very warm - even with the room aircon / heat pump off and windows open the room was warm so I suspect you would be running aircon in summer.

We stayed for a total of 3 nights as Queenstown was our mid point destination for the whole trip, Big and spacious room with full amenities like Nespresso coffee machine, washing drying machines and a fully functional kitchen was definitely what we needed. We also liked the quiet and coziness of the surrounding with a stunning view of the Remarkables.
Our room was not cleaned on the second day when we came back around 6pm, we called the reception desk and was told that we had put up the do not disturb door sign (which we didn’t). But the front desk lady was kind enough to help us to replace new towels as the cleaners were off duty. Also beds and pillows were a bit too soft for us and we ended up having stiffed neck and back pain.
