Our room was more than we expected. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were able to get into the room a little earlier than the regular check-in time of 4:00 p.m. which was great because we were only there overnight and had to leave very early in the morning. I wished we could have stayed longer.

We were on the second floor when the elevator stopped working and the doors wouldn't open. We used the help button to call for assistance. While we were talking with the woman, someone on the first floor requested the elevator, causing it to move down and open the doors there. Other than that our stay was perfect.

It's a very nice property in the center of Cape May. You can walk to almost anything in Cape May. Very friendly staff who work hard to accommodate whatever you need.

The rooms vary so the first time we stayed here the unit was very large and the second time it was much smaller but for the same price. We were expecting the same room size since we paid the same amount and both times it was during preseason, but that's the only thing!

We love the Sandpiper! It is close to the beach, shops, restaurants. We rented a room with a kitchenette, highly recommend, they have all the kitchen amenities. It is spacious and we have a great view of the beach.

Only issue in our unit is the heater was really loud and is in one of the closets in the bedroom. Makes sleeping kind of difficult when heater is on auto all night.

Great location. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice having a kitchen area to make coffee, have snacks etc. It was fully stocked so you can cook meals if you choose to. Nice view from the balcony.

The bathroom is on the small side. A big shelf to store your necessities, but little counter space.

The staff was above and beyond, truly amazing and helpful. The place was nice but looking at the prices during peak season you will eventually lose patrons. It's sad because it is a quality place that could be better if it stayed accessible.

The gym is very good and the staff is very nice. The rooms were very clean with nice toiletries and appliances/kitchen gear.

The mattress was uncomfortable. Could feel springs. Also, the bedroom needs window coverings that keep light out.

Very comfy accommodations. Well stocked unit. Great view. (Watching the sunset while snuggled up on the couch was spectacular!!) Accommodating and responsive staff.

Antiquated electric. (Had to unplug something to charge phone). Was a little pricy for the given accommodations - then the additional taxes and fees added on another 30% !!!!

We were the during the Christmas season. the staff was welcoming. We received daily text messages with events offered for the day

The one bedroom apartment had an amazing kitchenette, comfortable living room. The bed and bedding was so cozy.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. Full kitchen with even a dishwasher. Also washer and dryer was a good surprise. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony with a killer view. Will definitely book again.

Arrived on Friday 3/24/23 for a weekend getaway with my husband. Upon arrival in our room was a bottle of champagne along with chocolates and a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Our room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Staff was available and very accommodating all weekend. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
