The location and proximity to the train station and lots of great restaurants can't be beat! The soundproofing in the room was amazing - right on the square and we couldn't hear any of the noise from outside. The air conditioning could be set as you wish. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The interior is a bit plain and dated in some areas. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was good, but very overpriced. Bike parking in the underground city storage is not the most convenient.

Everything!! The location, the decor is phenomenally cool (that wooden table set at reception?!), the rooms are modern and clean and comfortable, they're huge, the shower and bathroom is spacious. Location is grand, you're surrounded by food, just a couple minutes walk from the train station. Wifi was excellent, they have a lovely "hotel guide" in the room, vending machines in the hallway. Well done!

The ONE thing I had just a tad of an issue with was the water pressure in the shower. If you've got the thick long hair like me, you're rinsing shampoo for a while.

We chose the Superior Room and stayed in room no. 23. The layout was very nice. It gave us a feel of a separate bedroom and separate sitting area. Bathroom was functional and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Service with a smile; southern hospitality.

We only stayed one night. Had we stayed longer than a good functioning refrigerator in the room would have been nice. The one they had was sub par. Also, the instant coffee was not what we're used to. I know, first world problem! We would've preferred some real coffee, perhaps a Nespresso or something along those lines.

Staff people are all nice and friendly. Though the bulding is not very new, room is clean and confortable, and enough space. When I stayed, the GLOW festibal was held and the market in front of the hotel was rather noisy but only by midnight.

Breakfast is good and tasty, but I stayed four nights and every morning eating the same food is not so fun. It includes several kinds of bread, hams, cheeses, green salad on basis; boiled egg, scramble egg, yogurt, fruits and coffee, juice etc. are on your choice. So, I might have to say it's enough and good for a day or two.

We loved the location of the hotel the staff were very professional.The hotel was spotless.we are deffo gonna stay again.

Being in q great location, we didn't like the street noise til 2am both mornings. But you have to accept such disturbances

Excellent location which was right in the city center. Dining and shopping were literally next door or short walking distance. There was a great variety of stores to choose from. The room was quiet considering there is a popular restaurant attached to the hotel. Comfortable bed. I liked the old bell at the reception to be used in case no one was there.

The passageways were tight - might be challenging to guests with mobility issues. Needs some sprucing up in some areas like the carpets and add more wall art or color along the passageways. Rang the bell a couple of times at the reception.

great stay. we booked the hotel several months back, but when we arrived it was the final for PSV, which was amazing, the only down side was, there was no breakfast being served or meals and the bar was closed, we couldn't leave our bags there before we left, even though it states in there little book. but that aside, I would highly recommend this property, location excellent comfort the same, nose level, not the best, but your in a market square, what do you expect.

Centrally located about 10 mins walk from the train station. Clean & comfortable.. Large cafe/restaurant/bar providing breakfast lunch and dinner. We had a very nice dinner, same pricing as the other restaurants on the market square. Helpful staff.

Have to buzz in - so dependant on receptionist to be monitoring the door cameras. There was an option to enter via the bar/restaurant with your room card/key but when we tried this the card/key didn't work. Restaurant staff helped us to get in. The hotel is divided into two parts left and right but one reception on the first floor . This could be confusing.

The location was perfect for our needs. It started with a very friendly welcome by the night receptionist. He was very pleasant and helpful. We travelled to Deurne for an event the following day and we were just minutes away from the railway station. The breakfast was excellent; not a massive choice of hot buffet but the food was good. The hotel bar and restaurant was very well supported by non residents so there was a buzz. The food was excellent, we ate they every evening. Despite it being very busy the staff provided an excellent service.

Absolutely nothing.

Prime location in the heart of Eindhoven. Very close to the train station. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Very easy to walk to anywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel. The gluten-free bread was excellent. So was the coffee. My room was very nice, quiet and had a terrace.

We were there for a couple of nights so it would have been nice if there was a refrigerator in the room.
