The Room has been fully equipped Kitchen, water boiler, coffee ☕ mashine, toaster. House, where boutique hotel accommodated, very old, with History. Easy has been found. Breakfast was good 👍. Thanks for Maria, she gave small Gift 🎁, like compliment, when I'm leaving from Hotel.

Conclusion: There, inside Room, not found at kitchen 2 tee bags or 2 coffee capsules and 2 sugar bags, unfortunately. Why? It's very easy doing, like compliment to Client. Internet very slow, 2,4gHz range, better suitable for documentary work. :-( When you come out, at the Street, main door very difficult open.

Our room was ready when we arrived and they stored our bags when we wanted to stay late. Our room (108) was huge, with a nice enough terrace to sit out and enjoy the view of the harbor, but also went to the rooftop deck for even better views (but not a lot of shade). We also appreciated having a fridge to keep drinks cold and the water dispenser in the room. There was plenty of hot water and basic amenities in the shower. The location is perfect: one street off of the pedestrian area, which made for quiet nights but easy walking access to everything in Valletta. Having the markethouse, with its bar, restaurants, and grocery store, across the street was an extra convenience. Breakfast each day was plentiful and varied, with meats, cheese, breads, pastries, fruit, cakes and cookies, vegetables, and the offer of scrambled eggs and bacon each day. They made us as much coffee as we wanted. Maria and her staff went above and beyond for us, making us a reservation for Friday night jazz and providing us with maps and recommendations. They even sent us home with a package of cookies!

We loved the location, so handy for site seeing in Valletta. The room was spacious, with the added bonus of a kitchen/dining area. We enjoyed a good breakfast every morning and we were happy with the selection on offer. We liked the roof terrace which offered great views of Valletta, and we were able to watch the annual fireworks festival for free from there which was a nice added bonus. The building/decor was quirky and traditional which we liked and Maria and her staff were helpful and very friendly.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but perfectly adequate and my wife would’ve appreciated a full length mirror in the room.

Location - central to everything. The city centre and Ferry terminal are within easy walking distance. Venue - charming with character, plenty of outside space atop the building if the room doesn't offer a balcony or terrace. Staff - Maria and the team are great, just ask, and Maria will do her utmost to help out.

Not a case of didn't like we loved it, but room 109, the Deluxe Seaview Room, or sometimes described as the Penthouse, does require good mobility or great teamwork as the access to the kitchen via some amazing steps is a little challenging but a stunning feature of this room.

The location was brilliant. We were able to be dropped off, and picked up by the taxi from the front door of the accommodation. The location is just behind Valletta food market, which is ideal if like us you were booking accommodation that had an oven, fridge etc. Communication was very good from the host, they also dropped a message mid-stay to check everything was ok. Whilst we bough breakfast from the food market, we did use the breakfast provided by the hotel one morning and it was very good. Really good sized kitchen, living area and bedroom (we were room 108 - Deluxe Sea Room). The balcony was lovely, sitting out in the morning having breakfast looking over the harbor. We slept really well in the room. The hosts also allowed us to leave our bags on check out day until taxi picked us up.

The bathroom was small - I am 6'2 and the door to the bathroom was only up to my chin. There wasn't a lot of room to dry towels - a clothes horse or similar would have gone along way to drying them. Nothing else though - really good place.

It is located in a wonderful setting in the middle of the old town of Valletta. All attractions are easily accessible from here. Shops and restaurants are 200-400 meters away. The interior of the hotel has a patina and is delightfully cozy. The common spaces contain objects from old times, which form an eclectic arrangement, but in addition to the "worn" stairs that have been used for a long time, there is also a modern elevator. There is a large terrace on the roof with a beautiful view (the open air in the evening is charming) of the bay and Birgu. The rented room (room 108) consists of 2 spacious rooms (bedroom and living room) + bathroom, with a view of the sea. The bed is comfortable, the room has its own bathroom, properly equipped, with a shower. There is a flat-screen TV, air conditioning (cooling in summer and heating in winter), a fully equipped kitchen in the living room. The room is cleaned every day and our less than perfect bedding is fixed. The buffet breakfast served in the common dining room is plentiful (onion-bacon scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheeses, vegetables (dried and raw tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, etc.), sourdough bread, fresh pastries, fruit juices and coffee of your choice offered by the friendly server. We also asked for breakfast with the room, however, despite the fact that it could only be booked from 1 p.m. on the day of our arrival, since we arrived at the hotel from the airport at 8 a.m., they immediately offered to have breakfast, even though it hadn't been there that day. Also, since we left the accommodation very early on our last day due to the departure of the flight, we even received a food package. In a simply fantastic place, amazingly kind and polite staff looked after our wishes, which were fully fulfilled. I can only recommend it to everyone, because we have never stayed in an accommodation with a better atmosphere, in which my wife and I agreed perfectly.

Here? Nothing!!!! Only those for whom nothing is good enough can find fault.

The appartment is in an old fashioned house, very close to everything near the centre. However there are no bars, restaurants in this street, so it is quiet. We had the app. near the roof (109). There is a narrow medieval staircase, however there is elevator too. The terrace belonging to the room is excellent, with a spectacular view to the habour. There is an electric parasol, very comfortable. The room itself is very tiny, but the bed is good. Airconditioned. The breakfast is down in the "cellar". The choice is good, as it is in a hotel. The owners are very polite, and flexible, they wish to help you

The kitchen is a very romantic, very small niche, but almost useless, since you can reach it via a narrow old staircase. It is good to keep some drinks in the refrigerator, not more. There is no mosquito-net on the terrace-door, and we suffered a lot of this. The WC flusher was not adjusted, it did not stop properly, which is noisy and waste of water. Also the bathroom sink drained the water very slowly. However these things can be repared quickly, so we consider they are only temporary disadvantages.

Perfect location. Right in the middle of the old town but on a quiet street. Its mot a regular generic hotel but a boutique hotel with few rooms and personsl touch. The building is historical and dates back centuries, which adds to the unique atmosphere of our whole stay. Our room was the penthouse no.109 with a terrace overlooking the grand harbor and the 3 cities. Outstanding!! Really made our stay unforgettable. The room was tidy , cleaned daily, very spacious with a cute kitchen. Breakfast was excellent! Various fresh pastries, fruits, all kinds of cheese and ham. Maria and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Everything we asked for was taken care of very quickly. Check in was smooth even we came at midnight.

Respecting the location and history of Valletta everything was perfect. Of course it is a historical building and some rooms stay as it is. For example, smaller as it could be bathroom. But the room/apartment consists of 2 large rooms and it is not pressing you as it sometimes happens if your hotel room is too narrow. The hotel is located in a historical building with its charm as an old house should be. There are just 9 rooms. So, no crowd of big chain hotels. But everything is well cleaned always. There is a big roof terrace overlooking the harbor of Valletta. Just it was too windy during our stay. The breakfast, the food is fresh and tasty and two very nice persons are taking care of your breakfast. They are preparing coffee and scrambled eggs with bacon if you wish. Finally and most important- the lady in reception is amazing. Maria helped us in any need, stupid question and moment of confusion. That is most important for traveler- to feel relaxed and safe. And Maria realize a very individual and warm approach to every guest. Of course if you are not ugly person yourself... The Hotel is located in very central part of Valletta. The taxi drives you to front door of the property. All you want is up to the corner... I would stay in this property again gladly.

No big complains at all. Just be good to have vine glasses in the room. This hotel is for them who are looking for tranquility. There is no crowd in the breakfast room unfortunately :))) And do not await a view from windows. There are just few hotels in Valletta having view because houses are located very close o each other.

Great location in the city, walking distance from a big choice of eating places and shops,one whole streat is outside eating , bus depot also within walking distance, apartment has self catering facilities and also provides a good choice breakfast, Maria was very helpful and informative, amazing veiw from the roof terrace, the bed was a good size and comfortable the room and all the accommodation was very clean, Great architectural features as the building if 350 years old!

Not many complaints other than the stairs are very uneven due to wear of the stone steps over the 350 years of the buildings life, the building does have a lift but there are steps up to the lift, so no good for anyone with a disability or in a wheelchair, there are more stairs when exiting the lift with one small step that is a trip hazard, Also the staff didn't speak much English, other than Maria who's English Is good. We did have problems with the two pin plugs on some of the electrical items in the room but Maria supplied more adapters, the main plugs are 3 pin uk type!
