Its comfort. It has everything you need, a little kitchen, a basic fitness center and breakfast (we did not try it). The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind. Pharmacy and grocery shops nearby. The city centre is approximately half an hour walk, which we enjoyed a lot, or 10 minutes by bike, which I recommend as it is a lovely route. The airport is 20 minutes away by bus (if there is no traffic).

The ventilation did not work properly, we had to open the windows very often to get fresh air. A coffee machine was missing from the room, there is one for common use at the lobby.

We were pleasantly surprised by our hotel. It is very spaciously built, the room offers a lot of space for two people. It is very well equipped and offers a lot of storage for your clothes etc. The room comes with a small kitchenette (including a very cute mini dishwasher) as well as a dining table. The breakfast was amazing, you get a little bit of everything; cakes, vegetables, a fresh fruit juice station - everything you need to start your day right. We picked this hotel mostly because of the option to cook food yourself. It is a 20 minute walk away from the city centre- but that’s exactly how we wanted it. We like to explore new cities by foot, so the hotel fitted our purpose perfectly.

The staff was friendly but yet a bit unorganised and sometimes even unprepared. But in general everything was manageable. It’s not going to keep us from booking a second time. :)

Nice hotel and comfortable parking space. It's a 30-minute walk to the city center, so you have a nice view of the canal, but not much more

Upon our arrival, I wanted first to leave the car in the parking, and then do the check-in, because we were tired and had a long and stressful trip (plus my husband was parked at the entrance and had to move the car). However, the receptionist was very pushy and more interested in charging me for the parking use and the breakfast first, rather than doing things calmly. Luckily, the other receptionists we met were friendlier. The breakfast was expensive (15 euros p/person), and the coffee tasted old

We travelled to attend a game at Toulouse rugby and the location for this was brilliant for us. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Stade Ernest Wallon from this hotel. But it is also a fair distance from the city centre, we walked this on the Saturday and then got the metro back from the centre to the nearby Canal Du Midi station - which was then only about a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby to the hotel, and with our room having a kitchen this was perfect for us to get and prepare our own food for convenience. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented, room was really comfortable and very quiet considering it is nearby to a busy road - we all slept wonderfully during our stay! So it was perfect for a weekend stay for us, and we would stay again if we ever re-visited the city in the future.

Its so nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. I love that you have a dishwasher and kitchenette separate from the bedroom (separated by a door) All in all a great place to stay and highly recommend. A few people have mentioned that the property is far from the town centre, however you can take the Metro or Bus which is just down the road from the residency and if you walk, it'll only take 25-30mins. You have a supermarket (called Auchan) around the corner and also a bakery (only 5min walk)

There is nothing I didn't like

The room was quiet and Spacious with good ac which was adjustable. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice garden terrace view. The hotel is situated along the canal which was nice to walk along. It is easy to get to the airport as a regular airport bus passes close by at the Port de Bernais bus stop.

A bit further from the centre of Toulouse but it is easy to get the metro as far as Canal Du Midi. This stop is just a few mins walk from the hotel.

Clean and comfortable stay with friendly reception staff. Also dog-friendly! We enjoyed our stay here and liked being next to amenities that we needed after being on the road (laundromat, grocery store). If you are looking to go to the center, it is about a 25-minute walk or even shorter on the bus. We also had a fabulous dinner at the nearby Chez Lena - highly recommended!

Location is great - close to bus stop for the airport and a short walk along the canals or bus ride to the city centre. Rooms were great for a family with simple self catering facilities including fridge and small freezer. Shops nearby to stock up on food or some fabulous options in Toulouse. It’s also about a 25 minute walk to the Stade.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, efficient and a good source of information. Our room was well equipped with a useful kitchenette, a pleasant and clean bathroom with walk-in shower, and a tidy, practical balcony, plus a comfortable bed. Around a 20 minute walk from the city centre (Capitole, etc.) with a handy supermarket and pleasant bakery just down the road. Some lovely bars, restaurants, markets and shops even closer - Navette airport bus stops 100m away, or it cost us €10 to get an Uber to the airport. Location, staff, accommodation all excellent. Would heartily recommend.

Extremly comfortable bed. Extra quite, no noice from next room, corridor or street. We had to put alarm, not to sleep till lunch time! Clean room with nice, fully equiped kitchen. Location is not exactly in the city center. It is 30minutes walking or few minutes by bus. Good bakeries just behind corner. Comfortable parking in underground garages. Just a bit pricy, 12eur per night.
