This hotel, although a bit outside of the city Center, is a perfect place for a stay in Toulouse. It has a very high standard of the rooms, the lobby and the breakfast room. Breakfast is great with mostly organic products. If you wish to go to the city center we recommend a pleasant walk along the channel next to the hotel. It takes you about 30 minutes, while you walk along the water under the impressive trees. Parking is great in the spacious parking garage under the hotel, where not only small cars can be parked without hassle!

Somewhat tricky to arrive at (I had to drive around the block), but good underground parking. The unit was perfectly functional, Wifi demands an email address to register, but happily accepts a fake one. The terrace is nice. The place is clearly geared towards longer stays, I didn't use the kitchen facilities for a one night stay, but I suppose they come in handy. The breakfast looked quite expensive (I didn't take it) - there is a supermarket just around the corner with everything from pastries to sandwiches to more varied components that can be combined in the kitchen.

Getting to the city centre on foot takes 30-40 minutes, though the walk is pleasant enough. I assume there are public transport options. The distance is the trade-off for price including parking. The most annoying "feature" is the requirement to take out one's trash. Again, it may be more reasonable when one uses the place as a residence, but if your expectation is of a one or two night hotel stay it looks quite weird. They do need to clean the room when you leave, anyway.

Its comfort. It has everything you need, a little kitchen, a basic fitness center and breakfast (we did not try it). The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind. Pharmacy and grocery shops nearby. The city centre is approximately half an hour walk, which we enjoyed a lot, or 10 minutes by bike, which I recommend as it is a lovely route. The airport is 20 minutes away by bus (if there is no traffic).

The ventilation did not work properly, we had to open the windows very often to get fresh air. A coffee machine was missing from the room, there is one for common use at the lobby.

Well situated for the airport (on the airport bus route). Reception open 24 hours which is great for late arrival at the airport. Excellent bakery 5 minutes away. Also a supermarket. Room had all we needed - kitchen area and balcony to eat breakfast. Air con was essential in the heat.

The accommodation is about 30 minutes walk from the centre. We did not mind this as we had lovely walks along the canals and the nearby Japanese Garden en route.

We were pleasantly surprised by our hotel. It is very spaciously built, the room offers a lot of space for two people. It is very well equipped and offers a lot of storage for your clothes etc. The room comes with a small kitchenette (including a very cute mini dishwasher) as well as a dining table. The breakfast was amazing, you get a little bit of everything; cakes, vegetables, a fresh fruit juice station - everything you need to start your day right. We picked this hotel mostly because of the option to cook food yourself. It is a 20 minute walk away from the city centre- but that’s exactly how we wanted it. We like to explore new cities by foot, so the hotel fitted our purpose perfectly.

The staff was friendly but yet a bit unorganised and sometimes even unprepared. But in general everything was manageable. It’s not going to keep us from booking a second time. :)

Nice hotel and comfortable parking space. It's a 30-minute walk to the city center, so you have a nice view of the canal, but not much more

Upon our arrival, I wanted first to leave the car in the parking, and then do the check-in, because we were tired and had a long and stressful trip (plus my husband was parked at the entrance and had to move the car). However, the receptionist was very pushy and more interested in charging me for the parking use and the breakfast first, rather than doing things calmly. Luckily, the other receptionists we met were friendlier. The breakfast was expensive (15 euros p/person), and the coffee tasted old

Good facilities, kitchenette included, laundry facilities at extra cost, parking at extra cost. They let us leave the car for a few extra hours on our departure day

It’s a bit far from the centre of town. Have to take out your own garbage before leaving which I’ve not come across before and I’ve stayed in a lot of apart hotels. Felt like the this is set up for longer term tenants rather than short term accommodation

We travelled to attend a game at Toulouse rugby and the location for this was brilliant for us. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Stade Ernest Wallon from this hotel. But it is also a fair distance from the city centre, we walked this on the Saturday and then got the metro back from the centre to the nearby Canal Du Midi station - which was then only about a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby to the hotel, and with our room having a kitchen this was perfect for us to get and prepare our own food for convenience. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented, room was really comfortable and very quiet considering it is nearby to a busy road - we all slept wonderfully during our stay! So it was perfect for a weekend stay for us, and we would stay again if we ever re-visited the city in the future.

Just a little bit too much of a stroll into the centre of Toulouse especially when the temperature is 35C, like it was when we visited

Its so nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. I love that you have a dishwasher and kitchenette separate from the bedroom (separated by a door) All in all a great place to stay and highly recommend. A few people have mentioned that the property is far from the town centre, however you can take the Metro or Bus which is just down the road from the residency and if you walk, it'll only take 25-30mins. You have a supermarket (called Auchan) around the corner and also a bakery (only 5min walk)
